My Prius stopped on the freeway going to Boise due to overheating. I towed my car to JTS Point because their Google site says they do car repairs. Because it was Sunday, it was closed, so I called the emergency numbers and told them my situation. I also told them I would leave my car in front of the shop to be repaired on Monday. At 3 PM, the shop manager told me he would talk to her guys to be sure they were aware of the situation. Monday, I had to walk to the shop for 40 minutes. After I arrived, they told me -the mechanic had just quit and they could not repair my car-. The JTS Point employees suggested I call a tow truck to take my car to another mechanic. JTS team was laughing at my situation, saying that “they only sell tires,” not having the slightest intention to help. Or give me a ride anywhere as there are not Ubera here.I do not recommend this place unless you are a local Idaho farmer. They will treat you poorly otherwise.Advise to owners: if you don't do car repair please put a sign indicating you don't offer that service: NOT A MECHANIC IN PLACE and take away “car service” from your signs.

We had a bearing go out on a Saturday shortly before the shop should have closed, but they got us in, found (and drove to another town to get) the replacement part, saved our trip, and charged us completely reasonably. World-class customer service and we’ll be grateful for a long time that they were there for us! All the stars!

Heading to Boise on I-84 westbound got a flat on side of highway and they let us borrow a jack and tools to change the flat to the spare so I wouldn’t miss my surgery. I can not say this enough but the customer service was amazing got to us quick and we were back on the road. Thank you so much for excellent service.

Can’t say enough amazing things about this shop! We had an alternator go out on the way to Salt Lake, and were stranded right at closing time. Jessie worked her magic and got a part from Boise, and Robert came to the shop to do the repair on what should have been his weekend. Remarkable people, and just the kind of small town service one loves to hear about.

I was very impressed with JTS. I needed tires this week and I went there for the first time, they had them at a great price and very fast service. I then had a small issue and Rory went way out his way to take care of it. I will be a loyal customer after this experience.

Had a flat tire on inside duel on motorhome. They had it fixed and I filled with propane w/them all in 30 mins. Was back on the road. Were very friendly and helpful! Was great service! Highly recommend!!

Best tire shop in Glenn's ferry every time I had a tire go flat they fixed and put my tires even though I bought them online they put them on for less than 20 and Don is polite on top of the fact that it is not sitting there all day like some other tire shop mechanic in gf who I was very disrespected by I think everyone should go to jts for all thier tire needs screw that other guy
