Heather has been grooming Ollie for so many years, I can’t remember how many, maybe 10. He always comes home looking “beautimous”. She is always very gentle with him and very caring. Ollie is a 5 lb poodle.

Heather at Canine Country Clips started out years ago just trimming my dog's nails. Soon, I had her groom my pomeranian. Then my old cocker mix, then my really old and grumpy chihuahua that we inherited. Not to mention, my mini boxer. She has become part of the family over the years. When we had to put down my pomeranian, she didn't send a card or place a call. She asked to stop by to say goodbye.If you want your babies to see a kind hearted, talented woman at a reasonable price, this is the only place to go.

Honestly, I never review anything but Heather is well worth the time it takes to write it. I am very picky with how my shihtzu is groomed, to the point that poor Heather basically interview with me before I even took him in for his first groom. She gives me exactly what I ask for everytime. I don't have time to mess with a typical Shihtzu hair cut and have a little dog who thinks he's a big dog. He plays in the pasture and all but also thinks he needs to sleep in bed with my kiddo. So he has to have a "wash and wear" cut. I have had many local groomers refuse or complain about how I want him cut, not Heather she does it exactly how I need it done with a word. She is very knowledgeable in what she talks about and is always watching out for the best interests of the dogs who come into her shop. My Wesson gets so excited about going to be groomed. You mention to him that he's going to see Heather and he starts bouncing around and barking. Once we hit the driveway of her shop he whines and barks until I open the door. Once I open the door of the car he's off like a shot to the front door waiting for me to open it and let him in. You walk in and are instantly comfortable and welcomed. I have never felt comfortable leaving my fur kids anywhere, not in this case. If you're looking for a forever groomer in a clean, welcoming, safe and knowledgeable environment. Heather is the way to go.

I am very, very picky about my little girl (toy aussie). Moxi does not like that many people, without growling first. Heather is the BEST, Moxi looks great, smells wonderful and pretty nails, when I pick her up from Canine County Clips. I think she even likes going, Heather has a way with animals. I am sooooo glad I found the perfect groomer for my little spoiled princess.
