Store is conveniently located, friendly staffed, variety of items that change and are priced lower at times. As a member for $5, you get a member number to check weekly for prizes. We like it.

The products are rather expensive, in my opinion. Some workers seem like they are not working, where they will be talking amongst themselves for extended periods of time. Some of the isles are cluttered with boxes and carts - Not a very clean looking store.The cashiers are usually nice and friendly from my experiences.

Customer service is excellent. Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful....... Of one person is unable to help they will find someone who can. You are not left wandering the store trying to find something, or worse, following someone throughout the store while someone that's as clueless as u are. Plus they have just about everything, from electronics to furniture to crafting supplies to spring goods to holiday decor and while they don't have as many clothing options as a department store, what they do have is good quality AND less expensive. They also have groceries, again, not as many choices as a big grocery store, what they do have is cheaper plus u can save more on their specials (which are going on all the time). Bi-Mart is #1 on my list, love it..... And when my mom came to visit from out of state..... She fell in love and wishes there was a Bi-Mart near her home. 😁👍

This is a great home-town type of store. They have just about everything that a major department type store would have... From electronics to fishing gear to groceries to household items. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I love the kitchen section! It's my free therapy in town. I always feel like I find something super cool & handy here. Checkout the flat drying rack for dishes. Totally worth it! 👌 thanks for going to work guys!!

In this tiny town there aren't many stores, so bi-mart is really needed here. I can almost always find what I need, and the rest has to be from the grocery store. (Only one of those in town)Bi-Mart is always clean, great people on the floor, and reasonable prices. I give Bi-Mart 5 stars because they rock!

The touch that I wanted to buy from the Ontario bimart were all sold out so they sent me over to Emmett and they had everything I needed or they had everything I need or that's teamwork and and Justin was an excellent assistant is assistant and manager
