The customer service at this store was awesome...the deli guys answered our questions and helped us decide what deal was best for us; the nice guy working in the meat department helped us locate what we were looking for and answered my husband's question about the best way to cook shrimp. I would recommend this store to everyone that wants helpful customer service😁

The good; the employees here are great & they have an excellent floral designer. The bad, you have to watch the cash register like a hawk. I am always being over charged for items any where from $2-$37 bucks so far.

The last couple days times we came to shop it's been a huge disappointment in the attitude of the cashiers, and the organization of product, and most disappointment in the produce department. I'll share a pic just for an idea. And hopefully the associates will start paying attention to the rotation and importance of customer satisfaction.

Highway robbery: the store. Prime example: they have replacement toothbrush heads, 2 for $40, when on amazon I can get 4 for 15$, and walmart is around that price as well. Unfortunately, emmett only has this option as a supermarket. So it's either drive 30 mins to walmart, or pay exorbitant prices. Honestly, just get on amazon the stuff you need.

Tricks, gimmicks and so-called mistakes at the cash register will always make you pay more at this disrespectful grocery store.They prey on seniors using complicated pricing games. For example mix and match items are mixed together so that you mistakenly grab the wrong ones. Sale items are always sold out, the bait and switch routine. They tout their online coupons which are too confusing to even use.The receipts are so complicated that you don't know you've been cheated, and after waiting in line for 20 mins you just want to get out of there even when you know that you've been cheated.I can't imagine how much money this corporation swindles out of seniors like me and others but it is criminal, and they should be prosecuted for their disrespect, greed and outright theft.The management is to blame. The employees are just like you and me, honest people just doing what they are told to do and will try to help you as much as they can, even going against company policy when it's pointed out you have been cheated or tricked, and try to offer you restitution when nobody is looking or listening.Update: they charged me $18 for two small bottles of yeast that were clearly marked $5 for them both. When I brought it to thier attention, they said some customer must have moved the price tags around....yea right.Went to buy coke or Pepsi because they were on sale.....but of course sold out! Really? No retailer of this size should ever run out of coke and Pepsi at the same time. Bad management? Nope. Bait and switch.Another trick to be aware of, never buy anything at eye level. There are always cheaper alternatives on top or near the bottom of the shelf.Oh yea, you must buy four gallons of milk, bread etc, when you only need a fraction of the product.Update dec 5 22Bought some brownies that were expired and threw them out when i realized what i had done. Everyone is hoping, praying that the Kroger take over will bring some positive changes. But the prices and gimmicks still show a level of disrespect for customers that is appalling and in most cases criminal.

I took my friend there because of senior discount day. She wasn't happy with the new handicapped motorized carts. Very large and hard to navigate. Especially with so many aisles partially blocked by people stocking shelves. Also Albertsons has severely cut the shelf space for their store brand soda and they were out of the flavor she drinks.It would be nice if senior discount days were more frequent than once a month.

This is the only grocery store in Emmett. That being said, it is very clean and I seldom find them out of items I want.They will even order items to add to inventory if you ask them.One thing I don't like. Sometimes same items are priced less in the Boise & Nampa area, even at other Albertson stores.This has asked that I update my review.My feelings are still the same.

My wife and I really like shopping at this Albertsons. We live in Star and drive to Emmett because of the selection of food and items and the friendly staff. Grocery shopping has never been something we look forward to but this store makes it enjoyable.

Albertsons does not care about it's customers. Aisles are always clogged with people stocking shelves blocking customers. Never seem to have more than 2 checkouts open

Clean and well stocked. Employees are very kind and helpful. Prices seem a little higher possibly due to it being our only grocery store in town. Online coupons help tremendously as well as manager specials. Always deals to be found here.

THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM 2 STARS IS BECAUSE THE PPL THAT WORK THERE ARE AWESOME ❤️❤️ THEIR PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS THOUGH... They offer digital deals with a discount, but the discount can't be found on the receipt. The clerk can't understand they are stealing from me when they offer one price on the shelf but charge something else at the register. Just go to Winco, much less drama and better prices.

They take advantage of the fact that they are the only good store in Emmett. They cost way too much, and they are always changing the food around. You finally get some good choices in, and then they disappear. If Emmett would only get a new Mayor that cares about the people in Emmett . Maybe we could have real stores instead of another car wash. How about another food store, clothing store. Albertsons needs competition. We need more.

The bosses need to treat their people better. U can feel the tension. It is hard enough dealing with the public and then have bosses like that. u can laugh and engage with each other and still do ur job. It is expensive and Emmet's only grocery store. Which is wrong. Albertsons be nice and give these hard working people a raise. It won't kill u.

Man oh man... You'd have to be fool....as a fool is soon parted with his money...to shop here. Expensive; combined with employees who don't want to be there. Half-manned departments made my experience lame. Make no mistake, this company wants top dollar and beyond for commodities (the things we all need) and isn't ashamed to charge sometimes over 30% from other grocery stores. Shop at Albertsons and get poor.

I went to Albertsons in Emmett today And purchased some digital coupon items and a few other items. I needed to go to customer service desk and also asked for the manager. Every item that was a digital coupon did not ring up correctly from my Albertsons app. Beware customers I was told the only thing they would do is say I’m sorry. Double check your receipts.The staff are greatThe store is cleanBut the app doesn’t always work

I screwed up the pickup date for my daughter's birthday cake. When I went to pick it up, it was set to be done the day after. I was so mad at myself! But the lovely ladies in the bakery helped me get one together and my daughter loved her cake! Thank you so much!!

Usually very accurate, but the last cashier refused to recalculate items, after I found my card. She laughed and acted like it was nothing. 15% on grocery bill is something. I will never go to her again with her flippant and cavalier attitude.

As most people know, Albertsons is known for high prices. So, no surprises there. But the cashiers are terrific, and the store and restrooms are clean. I appreciate the variety of uncommon items I won't find in Walmart or Waremart. I live in Emmett, so shopping here beats going over the hill, unless your grocery list is huge.

The food was wonderful, once we finally got it. The service was horrible. I understand they're going through an owner transition, but to have only one server for the entire restaurant? It wasn't busy with customers, but the one server didn't respond to our requests nor even humor us with an apology for her inattention to us. Have been there several times and the service is very inconsistent. The food has always been good. I hope the new owners take care of the service issues.

This is my local grocery store. It is so conveniently located close to my home. The employees are very nice. They were the ones I socialized with during COVID as I shopped. Right!? I like the deals I find here and there In the store, too. I like the area in Albertsons where they sell flowers and helium balloons. The flowers are always so beautiful to look through. The deli is nice. I use Saveon pharmacy which is inside the store and they are great help. There's a bank in front store inside also.
