This store is our neighborhood Zamzows. I always seem to find what I need and I enjoy browsing around. We started buying Zamzow dog food here and our dog loves it. It’s not inexpensive, but seems to be made of the best ingredients.

the staff here were really friendly and helpful. she showed me all the kinds of betta fish, the food i should get, as well as the types of tank companions it could have. however, as others have pointed out, the fish that was sold to me turned out to be a sick, weak, anxious, nauseous, diabolically fimble ahh fish. i set up the tank properly, let it acclimate for two weeks, put tank companions in it and let it settle for another week, checked pH level and temperature, and it was all perfect. this is my first betta fish, and i thought for a store that would hold such a promise of excellence, they wouldn’t sell me a fish that i later found dead after 6 days of getting it. i noticed he was just laying on the bottom of the tank in the store and i asked if he was sick or something, but she said he was okay and was still getting used to the new tank like the other fish were. the fish she sold me had black gills, never wanted to eat, always laid on the bottom of the tank, was turning grey every time i had him, and was constantly hiding. the guppies i had in this tank, along with snails and shrimp (which i had told the worker here i had and she said that the bettas would do perfect with them, just not other bettas), and they all were fine. none of them got sucked into the filter nozzle, and it barely disturbed them. the guppies are more playful than ever and are perfectly fine, so i’m a little disappointed that i blew 15 dollars on a betta fish that was just gonna die in 6 days when i could’ve gotten a petsmart for less that were somehow healthier.

Right next to an Ice cream place a plus and right behind Walgreens it's a perfect place for all things pets and all things garden. Got a hummingbird feeder and set to welcome them to my yard, the people their were helpful and nice, the service was great. I, my brother, my family like this place.

Stopped by the Eagle location to pick up my Fall lawn program fertilizer. I had a few other things that I needed some help with. Vinny helped me and he was great! Top notch customer service by being very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Zamzows and hopefully Vinny is available to lend a hand!

**READ BEFORE BUYING HOUSEPLANTS**I love Zamzows and will forever be a customer. Their staff is so kind and helpful, it's a very relaxing place to be. Especially since expanding their houseplants selection I've been a frequent flier at many of the locations in the valley. Many of the locations offer plants from the same supplier as Franz Witte for a fraction of the cost and I have been guilty of going a little crazy with my collection 😜HOWEVERThis location does not use the Beau Chateau supplier and their greenhouse is absolutely infested with pests. In one quick pass through I found mealybugs on the false aralias, black aphids on the ferns in such numbers that the plants were dying, and misc victims of what look to be thrips damage. Pests are notoriously difficult to be rid of in greenhouses--and short of tossing their entire inventory and blasting the empty room with insecticidal soap, they won't have a way to sell pest-free plants, ever. If you buy a houseplant from here you will need to quarantine and treat it.

Good people here, especially Vinny. Great, helpful guy who’s always a joy to work with. One of my favorite retail people in the entire valley. Helped me get propane the other day and was reminded that he’s the man. Also very good with my young son. Just a good dude. Management, if you see this, please thank Vinny for doing such a good job.

I purchased a nelsons milksnake that had been a long term resident there. I wanted to let the staff know he is doing good and living the high life in my colubrid collection. I appreciated that the kind lady helping me did let me know how skittish he is. He seemed to enjoy my company and calmed down a little bit for me. Also he did eat and shed for me after a day in his new enclosure! I dont have a name for him yet, but hes definitely warming up to me. I can tell he is a well bred snake that has alot of handling potential. I advise anyone if they're going to buy a reptile from anywhere to do all needed research as some pet stores may have incorrect info or enclosures on display!

Went for the first time to Zamzows, and it was amazing! I had no idea where anything was, but they immediately saw that I needed help and helped me. They gave me a recommendation for my cat and he loves it! Thank you to who ever helped me today, I did not get his name

They are professional and honest about the pets they are selling. Animals look healthy, not crowded, and cared for. The care of the reptiles far exceeds that at other stores in the area: they do not cohabitate incompatible animals. Size and care requirements are very clear. This is the only pet store chain in the whole valley that will openly sell you feeder rodents. The dog stuff there is just what is durable and practical.

Had multiple great experiences with the Zamzows in Eagle, from healthy chickens and great chicken feed, to products for lawn and garden. The staff have been super helpful and friendly!Also, a special plug for Zamzows Pepper Popper product, an absolute MUST for growing peppers in our Idaho soil.

Every time I get an animal at Zamzows, it is always sick. I just had a rat pass away after 8 months due to a very aggressive cancer. Almost every other rat I've gotten from Zamzows has sneezing and respiratory problems that I've had to go to the vet and get them treated for. All of my friends who have gotten rats there have noticed the exact same thing. I will not be buying any more rats there and if you're considering getting a rat, don't get it from Zamzows. It's usually the breeders fault, but Zamzows chooses to sell them anyway, even though they've probably gotten complaints. Other than that, Zamzows is a pretty good store with good customer service, but I will not be shopping there.

Very wonderful people! My wife and I couldn't afford a Christmas tree this year and they said "no problem we will give you a tree for free"! Praise the Lord for the employees of Zamzows! We cant thank them enough! Thank you,thank you,thank you!!!!

I came in to find out what I could do about caterpillars in my fruit from my fruit trees. The staff was very helpful and authoritative. We'll have to wait till the end of the growing season to find out how the product worked.

They did not have any paper or plastic trash bags. The clerk charged two petunias as geraniums and argued they perinnals. They did not have any thing for a pound in regards to water features.I went out of my way to shop there. I WILL NOT GO BACK.

I get my propane here and infrequently other things. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable , but their prices tend to be higher than other options for gardening supplies and pet supplies in my opinion
