The deli and bakery are ok to deal with. I haven't had a single person ask if i need help finding things while they are(seemingly aimlessly) wandering around. The prices seem to have gone up and quality down. The sandwiches were my favorite lunch, but now they are one size and no custom orders.

Stopped in to get something quick to eat and thought I'd get a sweet treat from the bakery. As it turns out, you can't get anything from the bakery case after 7pm. Apparently, the bakery is a separate business within the business, though the store is open until 10pm. I asked a manager, and all they could say is sorry. I feel if the store is open, the items should be available.

I purchased a container of bleach. I wasn't going to bag it, but concerned it might leak, the bagger insisted. I really appreciate true customer service, which is what I consider this! Thank you so much. ☺️

Stopped by to pick up some lunch for the day skiing. Excellent selection of freshly made lunches at reasonable prices. Will definitely stop in again next year.

I read a one star review to see who could possible write a bad review about Broulim's. I Saw that this issue was not allowing her service dog in the Basket. Props to the management! The Service Dog issue has gotten so, so abused! Finally Broulim's did the correct Action!I love this Store. If it was truly a service dog. With a true service vest, shouldn't it would be walking along the cart not inside the cart.My wife is allergic to Pets

Lots of fun, learned a lot about dolphins. Fun to touch them. Stormy day, ocean waves were hard for Kindergarten and younger to stand still in. Guides were great.

This is a really nice grocery store similar to a Publix. Google maps made it seem more like a pharmacy but it’s a large grocery store that also has a pharmacy. All the other “grocery stores” nearby (like in Victor) are really nice overpriced specialty shops with not a lot of variety. If you want a large basic grocery store this is it.

Well, not only have the overcharged locals for years and monopolize the entire grocery industry. I recently got some “ lo mein” from the Chinese food bar, and it was made from spaghetti noodles really? Gross

I've been shopping here since 2009. I ALWAYS bring my service animal in with me, especially in the summer because it's too hot to leave her in the car. This visit, we were met with a rude employee assuming that my dog is not a service animal and also telling me that my service animal could not be in the cart because it's a health issue. This employee needs to be schooled on how to treat people with service animals and what questions you are allowed to ask! I have always brought her in the cart. I put down a clean blanket for her to sit on as well. I work in a grocery store, it's not a health issue, but kids are!! This is the only time in 12 years that I have experienced this! We bring her to every grocery store we go to with zero issues. I took her out of the cart right away and then saw the lady talking about us to another manager. Shame on you. The store is way overly expensive as well. We paid $18 for the Chinese food togo and it was just enough for 1 person. We will not be coming back to Broulims. Thank God we live in Jackson now and have other options!

I'm from Florida and thought Publix was a great store but this place it that, on steroids. Huge and clean with upstairs lounge. The 1 issue I have is their bathroom has 1 stall, 1 urinal. For that size of a store seems not user friendly especially if you eat there.

We're from Texas and looking for something to eat on our way to Grand Teton and Yellowstone. Great food and store. Stayed at a hotel nearby just a short drive. Satisfied

The best grocery store around. Love stopping here first thing when I'm in town to visit my family. Grab a coffee and some scratchers lol. Just unfortunately is closed on Sundays. Always when you need it the most. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. And the sandwich counter is bomb. Thanks!

The store had great presentation, had many options, was well stocked, and had good prices. However, there was one interaction that left me confused on our third visit. My friends and I came here on vacation and spent a total of over $500 on supplies. At the end of the trip, we needed to return ~$34 from our orders. The supplies we needed to return were unused, not opened, nonperishable, did not require refrigeration, and sometimes were not even food items (rice, gravy cans, charcoal, and trail nuts). When I came inside, one of the managers I noticed outside followed me from the vestibule to the front desk and asked several questions why I wanted to return the items.1.) I asked them if they allowed returns, they said yes.2.) I asked them if the items I am returning would be thrown away and they said no. The items could be restocked and sold again. With these questions answered, I thought the exchange would be over but it lasted about 3-4 more minutes. They asked the same repeated questions as if I was going to change my mind about the return.I won't say the name, as they eventually did allow me to return the items, but I was confused why I had to elaborate on my return for items that were clearly undamaged and could be resold. In the whole week, we still spent nearly $500 on supplies even after returns yet the $34 of remarkable goods was controversial. Why is a return policy allowed if it is controversial to use it?The rest of the products we bought were great. We were going to buy more for our road trip back home but we decided to get supplies elsewhere after that exchange.

It's the only big store in town to purchase a range of food and other products usually associated with grocery stores. However, being a conservative and religious based store, they aren't open on Sundays and tend to pull products that aren't conducive to religious conservative beliefs... I'm sure most of you can translate that issue. Quite literally a must visit if you live here and don't want to travel more than an hour or more to other options.

They got rid off the 6 inch and foot long sandwich and replaced it with smaller "Bistro" sandwiches for more money.

This is a high quality food store which is a nice refreshing find for the traveling public. Prices are noticeably increased, but quality is more important.

The produce from this market is terrible. Over the last 3 years I've probably bought a hundred avocados. I would guess that 85 of them I've thrown away. They either never get ripe, or when they get soft enough to cut they are brown inside. Their apples have brown spots in them. Their pears never get ripe. I've bought onions that I've cut open and they are brown. Their produce is simply the worst I have ever encountered. If there was an Albertsons or Smith's in the Teton valley these guys would be out of business in a month.

As this store is in Teton valley, it's not the cheapest place in a thousand miles but they got everything you could ever want. Plus, they're nice! Let me add that at the local food bank 3/4ths of everything has a Broulim's sticker on it. I suppose they are by far the largest supplier of food to the food bank in Teton Valley. That's especially generous considering every item people pick up at the food bank is not being purchased in Broulim's. Very Generous!

Considering our small town, we have a pretty outstanding grocery store. Our local broulims has great and helpful staff, a wide variety of departments/ products and even specialty/organic items that are harder to find. They are a bit higher priced than other area grocery stores but are better prices than the other two grocers in the valley. I’ve never had a problem with a product that wasn’t resolved quickly and I believe they strive to carry quality goods. Quite a few items I refuse to buy anywhere else. The pharmacy is also my one of choice, Karla and the other staff treat us like family.

This is the most beautiful grocery store I have ever seen! I visited Driggs in June 2022 for a week and was seriously impressed. It's super clean, great prices, amazing service. Their deli meat, oh my god, I'd drive the whole way back to Idaho from Pennsylvania to eat their turkey breast again! Beautiful produce, great selection. Someone else mentioned it reminded them of Publix and I totally agree with that!

We've shopped at Broulim's in other towns but this store is fabulous! It's a full service store with all the services you would except in a larger city.Well laid out, helpful staff and great customer service.
