My little buddy was really sick and Dr. Bennett didn't give up on him. He gave him a blood transfusion and treated him with B12 and vitamin K. After stabilizing they were able to pull his infected teeth. He is feeling better, hopping up right away to go outside, eating all his food and wagging his tail. Chewie says thank you! The vets here always take good care of our pets.

Dr. Bennetts is great! He is great large and small animal vet abd is willing to go the extra mile. He met me on Sunday afternoon to deal with a very sick cat after already do a ranch call for a sick calf. They are extending the practice to Arco.

The front desk was rude on delivery and pick up, and they didn't provide or suggest cones or anything else for licking incisions after a spade and a neuter. Thankfully I had cones at home.

I had the great opportunity to job shadow Dr. Dani Sims for a class I am taking. Dani worked so well with me to set up a date and time that I would be able to come in and shadow the amazing work she does. She called me back very promptly after I left a message and was very easy to communicate with. She is so kind to everyone she helps and works with. My family has brought all of our animals to Dr. Dani and Dr. Jeff and they both do great work.

Very nice and friendly to take my dog for a checkup. But pretty prices when it comes with medicine.Beware.... 79 bucks for 2 shots on cats.😳 My sister said i could have gotten those medicines somewhere else and its only $13.00 for each cats.

Big shout out to Lone Pine Animal Hospital in Challis. Our dog was bitten by another dog and we didn’t want to cut vacation short. Lone Pine worked us in and took care of our pup with great care and compassion. Dr Dani and the staff were extremely personable and willing to help us out. Dr. Jeff Bennetts was very patient explaining the effects of a Rattlesnake bite on my dog. He came in after hours, gently treated my dog and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Lone Pine Animal Hospital for all animals, big and small.

My dog developed mammary lumps during the pandemic. In my area vets were only doing "curb side pick-up and drop-off." The vet consultation would happen by phone.Since I was in a new city, I had no established vet. I had to trust strangers to examine my sensitive and frightened dog. While complaining to a relative, she said, "My vet is the best, I trust him, he's taken care of my dogs for years. I wish Spot could have someone like him see her."A week later, desperate for a walk-in, hands-on vet with a great reputation, I decided to drive over a thousand miles to see Dr. Jeff. I want disappointed!Monday was our appointment, she needed surgery, it was scheduled for two days later. Though they typically recommend surgery patients spend the night, Spot was doing well enough to come home that same day.It's been 2 weeks and she is doing great! Her biopsy results have evidenced no cancer. We are so pleased with Dr. Jeff that we've decided to come once a year and bring our two dogs for yearly check-ups!Sensitive, professional and accommodating care by a great veterinarian who spends time explaining and answering question. Great prices, too! So glad Dr. Jeff was recommended.The only criticism was the holding area where the dog were waiting for surgery. It was all rough surfaced cement, cold, a very thin blanket on the floor and a strong smell of urine. The other dogs, in the pens, were VERY loud! This all terrified me and my dog. Maybe this is how it is everywhere, I don't know. I do wish it was a bit more comforting (for dog and parents) and warm.Nevertheless, Dr Jeff is a first rate doctor! I recommend him with my whole heart! Yay!

Had both dogs spayed & neutered. Also had pre-care for one pregancy. The dogs were well cared for, after care for for both dogs was explained & in writing. Emergency information was given printed as well as verbal. The office staff were kind, respectful, & patient.

We had to put our Charlie boy down our dog and they were fantastic couldn't ask for a better bet she was very caring and came out to our vehicle and examined our boy. We are not from this area as we full-time RV we will always remember this place as this is where our Charlie ended up.

Lone Pine went out of their way to assist me with my dog while I was passing through Challis on my way to Montana. My Setter has suffered barb wire lacerations on his chest and tail while camping and other clinics wouldn’t even see me.The Lone Pine veterinarians took their time to inspect his wounds as well as clean and sterilize them. They got us back on the road so I could get to my vet at home for the full care my dog required.They didn’t charge me and really helped me out when I didn’t even have an appointment.Thank you Lone Pine! You are first class.

Made an appointment with LPAH after being turned away from our local vet due to a high volume of calls during calving season. When I made the appointment with LPAH I was reassured that there would be no problems with them keeping my appointment. When we arrived at LPAH the receptionists were cold and unwelcoming. We had to wait some time before the vet would see us and when they finally did they too were distant. After loading up the horses we stopped in Challis to fuel up, when my phone notified me that I had a message. As it turned out, sometime during our 1.5 hour drive to LPAH, hauling two horses through an area where cell service is poor at best, LPAH had left me a message stating they were canceling my appointment. Not sure how I feel about the whole event but it sure took away that element of trust in what they say.
