I shopped with them when they were squished in the little building down town and I am so happy to see them have such a great space now.This place is a lifesaver for all my projects. I’m not sure I’ve been to a hardware store that has had such high caliber people running it. They are super helpful and knowledgeable to all the random and unique challenges we are experiencing with an old A Frame we recently acquired. Not sure we could make the place livable without them. To make the place even more impressive- we walked in on Christmas Eve to a live 4 piece orchestra playing beautifully. Such a great shop. Major props to Ryan, McKenzie and their team.

Greatest little Hardware Store in Idaho. For a small store in a small town, it is amazing how much inventory they carry. They are ALWAYS so helpful in helping me find what I am looking for and on occasion, giving me instruction on how to make a repair.

The essence of Idaho, this is the way hardware stores used to be managed - everything from atv and rv supplies to all paint and hardware needs to farm/ranch supplies and point-of- sale .22 rounds lest you forgot ‘em. This is one of my favorite stores in Idaho (not just Cascade) run by two wonderful people who literally run up and down the aisles to help their clients.

Cascade has needed a hardware store...a REAL hardware store... for years now. Yes, there's a hardware store in McCall. However, it has neither the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, nor the profound selection of products that Cascade Hardware True Value has. I used to shop in McCall, or drive down to Boise for a number of items I couldn't get there, so I know what I'm talking about. On the 1 occasion I couldn't immediately find what I needed, the folks at Cascade Hardware ordered the item in, and it arrived a few days later... just as they promised! If you haven't stopped by to see all the various things they carry, you are REALLY missing out. As far as I'm concerned, there's no need to go anywhere else for my hardware needs. Cascade Hardware has it all!

This store has a lot of merchandise.... just spend a little time looking....we found an item that we couldn't find in Nampa. They are very helpful, as well.
