I LOVE Idahound. I have had nothing but great interactions with them. I make a practice of supporting the small business person. It pays off in old fashioned personal service and having a care for their customers. The people at Idahound are personable and respond quickly to inquiries.As for the quality of their product and the shipping, my dog started eating their green tripe as part of her biologically appropriate raw food (B.A.R.F.) diet when I got her at 2 months old. People comment on how shiny her coat is. She is a happy dog and I give Idahound and their green tripe part of the credit for that. Their shipping is fast and their product is superior. Anyone that asks about what my little Mini is eating gets the lowdown on Idahound and their quality green tripe. Just ordered another batch.Keep up the good work, Idahound!

My dog has an obsession for these treats! The lamb and beef are her favorites. I love that the company makes quality treats with no junk or fillers. I'm glad I discovered these while shopping at Whole Foods. :) Off to go buy more treats at the store!

We started feeding our pups raw from day one and have used a variety of companies until we were introduced to Idahound at an event held at a local pet store in Salt Lake City. We initially tried using the beef tripe for our Border Collie/Aussie's sensitive stomach issues. After our pup started eating the green tripe his sensitive stomach was back to normal with no more vomiting. We have fed him green tripe everyday since and our mini-Aussie now eats the same. Our pups also love their meaty bones, hare balls, Snake River slivers and Beef & Veggie ground.We were fortunate enough to tour their facility when vacationing in Sun Valley and was able to see the in house butcher process and was impressed with the cleanliness and personal small business vibe as well as the pride they have for their own product. These guys really love and stand behind their product and have excellent customer service. A simple thank you to Idahound for keeping our dogs healthy with your top notch quality products!

My sweet 3 year old Australian shepherd, Kaiya, suddenly became sick, very sick, in May. She refused to eat, had a high temperature and ended up at West Vet Animal hospital. After 30 diagnostic tests with no positive results and several pharmaceutical drugs prescribed, I took her care into my hands and began weaning her off the drugs. I started feeding her an Idahound raw diet. Literally within 24 hours of her first Idahound meal, her vitality began to be restored. Yesterday, October 3, we went on a five mile backcountry run. I am forever grateful to Idahound. Kaiya will be a lifelong Idahound foodie!!

I love their products but my poor dog just vomits up all the carrots they put in their raw lamb and beef complete meals. Really wish they would make a product without veggies and they are also very bad at responding to emails or facebook messages but I purchase their food and raw meaty bones weekly at H3pets here and I know they really care about dogs so that's great
