I went in here to print off some pictures at the instant print kiosk. I had a total of 38 pictures to be printed and then we got a notification on the screen indicating us to see an associate due to the paper being out. Both gentlemen there that we had asked simply said "we're just covering, we don't know how, the lady will be back in 5 minutes". Now I understand if you're new to a department and still learning but you probably shouldn't have an employee cover that area if they don't know what they're doing. Instead, to help any customer out, not just us, maybe find someone who has some more knowledge instead of making us wait and doing absolutely nothing to help us and walking away. We waited more around 10-15minutes and no one came. Unprofessional.

Hey all, we went to get a car seat the aame one as the picture below, but in pink. Eash car seat had prices under each displayed car seat shelf and so picked the pink car seat next to all the other car seats of the same look and brand as displayed. We got to the register it brought it up to like $100.So We told and showed a worker she says she scand it and the pink car seat was not the same car seat because the pink one has a (head reast pillow) so its not the same car seat as seen in the picture on the car seat. ( So my husband said Ok Fine we will get one from somewhere else(yes he was flustered however we did not curse or yell at the workers) in the end as we are leaving the manager follows us all the way to the exit. (made me feel be-littled and was un-nessary)

I showed up at Walmart at 10:45 p.m. their doors were already locked and I had to first the door open to get in. I went to use the cell phone recycling machine and it was still before closing time. When I confronted the manager about this the manager didn't even know what to say. Walmart is what is wrong with this country.

Our pick-up order at Walmart store #2780 Caldwell Id.We got a text that our order was ready at 6pm 1/26/24. Upon arrival we called the phone number for pick-up. The phone was busy and we called 5 times. I spoke to an associate who was giving an order to someone else and said that no one was answering the phone and he said that the phone was left off the hook. Really? Wow...After getting back in the car, my wife went to the pick-up glass door to find someone and nobody was around. Then she saw a group of people milling around in the back room and knocked to get their attention. When they saw her at the door they started laughing and ignoring her.Several times, one of the people would begin to approach the door only to turn around, ignore my wife, and continue to laugh at her. Finally, someone was brave enough to come to the door and my wife told them that we tried calling several times and just wanted to pick up our order. The person went inside to tell the group that were standing around and finally got a woman to come out.The woman came to our car to tell us that they were on the phone and that's why it was busy...uh really? According to the first person I spoke to the phone was off the hook.Additionally, the woman said they were cancelling our order! Wait-What? When we gave her the order number she said "oh, that must have been another order" and went inside to get ours.Perfectly the WORST customer service for any company we've ever dealt with. And for all the laughing hyena's making a couple of bucks an hour in the back room...you're right where you should be in that menial job, it suits all of you.

It was absolutely predictable - just a Walmart, nothing particularly special, but nothing particularly bad either.I don't recommend picking up produce here, but a lot of other stuff is good.

Store is clean but service and friendlyness suck. I had my headphones in when I first came in, took them out after about 20 mins there, put them in the pod and back in my pocket, shopped little longer, spent about $70 just to get stopped by an employee and accused of stealing as I'm leaving. I really wanted to return everything and get my cash back was already running behind from shopping so long but I won't be back..

Don’t develop your photos here. Came 2 weeks later at the pickup date to discover the photos weren’t ready. Called and came to the store 2 times AFTER that to discover they never got sent out. Was told to come back a week later - still nothing. I’m now told they have no way of tracking the order or can confirm they were ever sent out. After spending over $100 on cameras in store, film, etc. You’d think they’ve a system in place. It took even my husband walking the employee to the counter to even put a sticker on our order form - to which she almost threw away. Just lazy. What’s the point of hiring anyone if nobody can do basic instruction?

I called 4 days before Christmas and asked them if they carried pork heads. (I am making tamales from scratch.) They never transferred me to the meat department. I asked the sales associate in the deli department to please go & check to see if they had any or to ask the meat guy. He did & he told me that sorry they don't carry pork heads. I went to their store & guess what I find?? PORK HEADS!! they flat out lied to me! Next time, I WILL NOT believe them, I will just go to the store myself & check on it myself! Unbelievable!

Its Walmart... I really dislike the place and avoid it like the plague. The workers don't know where things are, sometimes you will get someone really helpful that will really try. Most of the time you will get someone that will look it up on their device (although i have already done that and looked there just to find that it doesn't even have a place...and surprisingly they find the same thing), sometimes you will get ghosted directly to your face... Like 0 f's given. Like the person is def... But they're clearly just ignoring you. Custom service is a 0. Long lines for the sylph checkout and no staffing on the 40 plus checkout counters. I have literally said hell no. Placed the products down right there went and completed to the head checkout person and left... I really dislike how they do business. Then, if you do get to a checkout you get to watch yourself on their blatant disrespectful "look we are watching you" surveillance. It's ridiculous I will literally pay more AND drive 30 more minutes each way to avoid!!! REALLY HOPE THEY GO BANKRUPT SOON. THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS TERRIBLY AND DESERVE WHAT THEY GET! Property staff your store with helpful people and treat your customers like you value them.

The surrounding Walmart in this area are complete trash! Their policies make no damn sense. Tell me why you can't try on a bathing suit due to "sanitary reasons" but you can purchase it take it into the bathroom try it on and return it of it doesn't fit! Complete stupidity. I cringe everytime I have to come here.

Apparently employees can make their own rules now? If you buy de icer spray for you car in the winter time they check your ID and say you have to be over 18, yet when I asked the manager and auto sales they said you didn’t have to be, seems like no one is aligned with the rules and can enforce it even though it says legally everybody is able to purchase it? Horrible overall and bad customer service

Why is it you have to check and bag your own groceries, and yet you have very annoying individuals standing at the door ready to pounce on your purchase and demand a receipt??? If you are going to make me do the job, then don't expect me to show a receipt to demanding employees at the door. Put them back in a register! Especially since your machines now give the option of not even getting a receipt!

If I want to use the self checkout, then I am going to use the self checkout. If I need to split my purchase in 2 and pay with 2 cards then I will do it. If I need 2 receipts then I will get 2 receipts. Employees watching people at self checkout shouldn't be asking how many receipts I have. They also shouldn't attempt to follow me out of the area and only stop when they get caught. If you are that worried about theft then maybe pay closer attention to everyone not just me. I literally over heard someone saying they only paid $5 for items in their cart and said they were just gonna steal the rest! At least I paid for all my items.

This review is specifically for Melissa in the pick up and go department.I had been shorted an item from a previous order and called the store to remedy it before picking up my next order where some kid told me they don't do that and then hung up on me.I spoke to Melissa today when I picked up my order, and she immediately got me my missing item and was incredibly kind. I appreciate her professionalism and level of respect.It would be great if the other employees were courteous and took their jobs seriously, like Melissa.

I went to the Caldwell Walmart on 10/30/23 and purposely parked my new BMW by a median in the parking lot away from other cars to prevent damage. When I walked out of the store, the sprinkler system was being blown out all over my car that I had just spent a couple hours hand washing the day prior. I also had to walk through the spraying water to get into my car. It’s not just water being sprayed during a sprinkler blowout - it’s all of the gunk and sediment that’s been sitting all year. I was extremely irritated, so I waited a handful of hours to call that day, but nobody picked up the phone.I called again the following day and finally got through. I asked to speak to a manager and the woman put me on hold. After about 7 minutes someone answered the phone, “Hello?” No name or title…just answering like it’s their personal phone with hesitation about an unknown number. I explained the situation and he had zero sympathy, never offered and apology, then told me it was a risk I took parking where I did. I asked for the District Manager’s name and contact information and he said he doesn’t know that information. He suggested I call 1-800-Walmart to file a complaint. (So I’m already majorly inconvenienced, then it’s suggested I be even further inconvenienced calling a generic number when I’m talking to someone directly from the store my issue happened at? Seriously?!) I asked for his name and he told me it is Will. I then asked for the Store Manager’s name and he claimed he couldn’t give me that information, but it’s at the bottom of a receipt if I purchased something. I questioned his logic with that statement, then someone else took the phone and said, “This is Coach Izzy.” There wasn’t any warning the phone was being passed to someone else, which I find very odd and unprofessional.I asked “Coach Izzy” if he is a Manager and he said he’s an Assistant Manager, to which I mentioned I asked to speak with a manager to begin with. The conversation went the same as it did with Will - he offered no apology. Nobody said anything when I made the suggestion of putting up signs or something to warn their customers the week of a sprinkler blowout. The tone from both men was basically “it’s your fault you parked in our lot and I don’t care what happened to your car…I just work here”. He did finally provide the Store Manager’s first name and without contact information and told me she might be back in 1-1.5 weeks.I was is a leadership role for many years. This experience was filled with a complete lack of empathy along with nonexistent emotional intelligence or leadership skills. I understand they can’t wash the sediment and water spots off of my car, but they could have offered a gift card in the amount of a car wash, or at the very least - an apology.

Okay, disclaimer: I work in another store, so take this for what you will. My wife and I went in this evening for groceries and had a young guy named Henry as our cashier. I've been with the company for a very long time and worked in many, many stores and I've never had better customer service. Which is why the five stars. He really deserves some recognition. He was very courteous, conscientious, and engaging. We were kinda stunned. We were trying to stay under a budget, he was really courteous and asked what he should try to stay under as he rung up our items. He even celebrated with us because we, miraculously, went exactly a penny under our budget. He was engaging and fun. I can't say enough how helpful his attitude was since we had a stressful day. It made the whole shopping trip. So management: take note and please do something nice for him, he seems like a really good hire and someone to possibly promote down the road.

Very disappointed that this store doesn’t carry College of Idaho apparel! College of Idaho basketball team was NAIA National Champions in 2023 and the Football team competes strongly in their conference every season and they are located IN Caldwell!! Merchandising group is really missing the boat on this!

Why does everyone bring their dogs to walmart now? Seriously every time I go here there's several dogs. NONE have service animal vests. Is it because no one can say anything anymore because people get so offended? This is just insane for Pets to be in places we have food. I have witnessed a dog walking around walmart PEEING in multiple areas. This is so unsanitary. And sitting in the carts where our food and children go. Gross. This is not only unsanitary, but accident waiting to happen. A child may try to touch a dog without anyone noticing and the dog may bite. Also, this is just waiting for a dog fight to happen. I don't even want to shop at any walmarts anymore because it has become a pet store 🙄
