I have always been treated with respect. They text me when my prescription is ready. I dash in, take my place in line. They explain everything I need to know. They are always polite. They say, Thank You. I say, Thank you.Plus the pharmacy tech takes the time to find the best prices seeing how I am self insured. Much appreciated.

I used this pharmacy for the first time today and I just wanted to let the staff and the public know how helpful they were! They took the time to figure out which supplies would cost the least for me despite the rush of people and line behind me. Then the Pharmacy Manager (Rich), helped me learn how to use my new device and took the time to really explain everything which was so helpful. I truly appreciate it!

Worst Walgreens I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Super long wait times, I have had the drive thru closed in my face at 1:27pm when she told me "we are closed for lunch" I reminded her there were still 3 minutes left. they just finished with the car in front me. 😳 I know why they are always short staffed/incompetent when fully staffed.Walgreens only pays thier P Ts 16 an hour. Shame on you Walgrens! A position that requires a state license pays less than most labor jobs. You can make more sortin boxes around a warehouse for amazon. Get real!! Pay your PTs what they are worth..Would Not Reccomend this Walgreens. Would give ZERO stars if optional

The pharmacy manager hung up on me twice tonight after I was on hold for 19 minutes and then 11 minutes. The first time he hung up on me because it took me 2 to 3 seconds to grab my phone. The second time my smoke detector just went off and he said he couldn’t hear me. I said, “Hold on” and walked into another room where the alarm could not be heard. It took me 3 seconds. As soon as I got to the other room, where it was quiet, he said, “I cannot hear you” and hung up on me. By the time I got through, it was too late to have my prescription filled tonight. When I told him that he hung on me, he keep saying, “I couldn’t hear you. Your smoke alarm was going off.” I tried to tell him that it only took me seconds to walk into another room but he kept repeating, “I couldn’t hear you. Your smoke alarm was going off.” No matter how stressed they may be because they are backed up with orders to be filled and short staffed, there is no excuse to quickly hang up on a caller who has been on hold for who knows how long because it takes a whole 3 seconds to be heard. I see this store already has a very low rating. I have been going to this particular Walgreens for years. The rest of the store staff has always been pleasant, patient and professional. The store is always clean and organized.

The pharmacist had permission to release my meds 1 day early. They don't know math or how to read. My script us a 28 day and she argued that it was 30 day. Don't go here they are very dumb. Since everything is typed on a paper script

This store changed hands lately. The pharmacy service is really bad. Yesterday 3 people in line 2 walked away due to the long wait. The reason why is that the cashier walked away to help someone in the store. After 20 pluss yearsWe will look into another pharmacy,

Pharmacy closed abruptly. Issues with being able to pick up my prescriptions anywhere else until the store cancelled items. They say all their systems are attached. Wrong!!! They aren't and the primary store has to be the one you deal with. Automotive phone system is horrible.

Never do canvas prints or any photo prints that you need by a specific date unless you by weeks in advance or months in advance. They don't provide orders when they're due for pick up, especially canvas prints. Ordered one for a grandmother and it was the only thing she asked for for Christmas and pick up was December 23 11:00 AM and here I am at 6 pm told by Delilah that it won't be in until "MAYBE" next Tuesday. She didn't even notify customers with sitting orders in her system of the delay. All she offered was "I'm sorry" and excused their warehouse doesn't ship them stuff yet I can go to every other Walgreens in the valley and get orders ON TIME. Worthless workers and service is not efficient at all! Thank you Delilah for making a grandmother gift less on Christmas Eve when she's with family.

Every time I try to pick up my Rx after calling it in, it’s never ready. Even a full day late! Seriously?! I call it in a day or 2 in advance and it’s still not ready despite being told it would be ready. I even gave them 1 extra day because of this. The tech told me it wasn’t ready, so I had to sit in my car for 30 minutes while they filled it. How does this pharmacy stay in business. Albertsons sucks, too! Anyone know of a decent pharmacy in Canyon County?

Normally I enjoy shopping at Walgreens. Today however a new gentlemen in the pharmacy was rude and disrespectful. I have not seen him before and I hope he is not our new pharmacist. I will transfer our prescriptions. I will not return to that store for as long as it takes me to get over his attitude towards me. He wore blue scrubs, dark hair 35 - 40 years old. There are plenty of other options just as convenient and nearby to spend my time and money with.

Don’t bother with Walgreens pharmacy, they are a joke! They tell u that ur one simple bottle of pills will be ready if U headed back of the line give me afew mins. I went and did some other errands came back the next day and they weren’t ready!! I really had to go back of the line and do it all over again! Everyone is moving to Albertsons savon and so will I.

Scheduled an appointment to get tested for COVID, waited in the drive thru line for about 30 minutes and when I got to the window I was denied my test. I was told they tried to call me…I checked my call history and emails to look and there was no phone call. Instead of sending me a cancelled appointment email the morning of, I got a confirmation email about my appointment. The attitude of the window girl was very disrespectful. I don’t know why my COVID test was declined and they didn’t care to explain why.

A man went into the women's restroom here and scared a woman very badly. A child witnessed him going in there as well. When asked for assistance by 2 customers the manager wouldn't call police or review footage. They even gave service to the man. She was completely uncooperative, unhelpful, and apathetic about it. The whole situation is unacceptable and disgusting. Do better.

I am so glad I did get rid of you and took my business somewhere else where I am appreciated and treated with respect and dignity.This hole is very abusive to their not anymorePatient. Walgreens treat's its employees like crap. My daughter has worked there for over 3 years. They don t support families. They have accused her of many things faultsly. Including being to nice to the customers! I mean really!!! They impose made up stuff just to try to get her to quit. Please shop other family friendly business in the area. Thank you

I tend to only go to Walgreens for over the counter meds and photograph printing. But I've looked around and there's a lot more to the store than just what I shop for. Decent drink and snack selection, and my tobacco needs can be filled 👍

Sooo freaking awful. Pharmacy was rude would even answer the phone. Hung up on me. Had to call 3 times before having an empoyee walk back ther and had them the damn phone to answer 3 little freaking questions and the lady was just rude. She even hung up on me while I was talking. Honestly makes me never want to come here ever again!!!!!

I did three stars because they let me use the restroom without having to buy anything. But that is the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen. The handicap stall had poop on it. I told the attendant about it and it's still there. The sinks looks over rubdown with Greece and then wipe down with a paper towel. So gross
