The pharmacy was fast at filling up my prescription. They were very friendly when I picked it up in the drive-thru. This is my local store and I go here often. They are almost always understaffed, but the people who are there are friendly and helpful.

The restrooms are filthier than any truck stop I've ever passed through. They carry and sale Bleach, Disinfecting materials, mops, and scrubbing materials. The " white" sink is disgusting to even wash your hands in. Come on Walgreens.

Why do you not open up your request to do a refill on a medication?? A person who needs their medication is being denied by your pharmacy by not doing your best to have send a message back at least! Walgreens I know that you get short staffed but I believe it is something altogether being judgemental.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this walgreens.Ryan the pharmacist is extremely helpful and the technicians are very polite as well. Yes, they are extremely understaffed but I have always had the best service every month when I pick up my prescriptions.

Gene, Walgreens representative, offered me a terrible customer service. Came in to have passport pictures taken for my son. Two ladies were on the photo booth ordering pictures. I pressed on the button for customer service. Gene came over, I stated what I needed. He immediately said to come back later or another day, because the machine, photo booth, was busy. I said I could wait. This is 4:25pm, the ladies finally finished 4:55pm and asked Gene to speak to Nan, Walgreens representative came over. Since, Gene was no longer waiting on the ladies, I asked him to help me with my sons pictures. He acknowledged my presence but opted to ignored me. By this time Nan, had finished with her clients. I had to asked her to help me, she immediately took care of me. To my surprise, she Pulled down the passport screen which is located on the right hand side next to the photo booth. Gene could have helped me since the beginning, he just chose not to help me. He could have taken the photo, ask for my information and ask me to return later for the photo.

This is not a reflection on the awesome staff in the pharmacy at all. I don't know what's going on but over the last year this Walgreens has gone downhill fast. Not open on Saturdays for the pharmacy, computers constantly going down, the app only working when it feels like it. I'm amazed you can keep the staff you have with such poor work conditions. The owners need to step up and fix all these issues. I only stay because I've been dealing with some of these pharmacy techs for over 6 years and they are awesome otherwise I would take my business elsewhere!

Someone might want to retrain the tech people and the pharmacist on proper communication skills and not be disrespectful as well as hang up phones. Even admitting that yes, they knew they were being recorded on a recorded line and still continued to be belligerent as if it were okay in their position. Or having to be told that law enforcement said to NOT engage with the pharmacist or techs UNLESS they were ready to ask me for the info needed for a prescription; But still continue to try to engage in something that was not relevant to any prescriptions whatsoever.From someone who works with people worse than myself, you could've handled that situation A LOT better than you did and the higher ups here should listen to the phone conversations to see exactly what I'm referring to. Because I'm sure you'd be just as disappointed as I was, hearing how they can't control their own emotions or temper. You probably shouldn't work this job if you can't keep yourself in check and remember what you're there to do. The last that I checked, you aren't supposed to resort to acting like the person is to you. You should know that a lot better than that than I do. I'm sure you were trained or given an idea of how to contain yourself with people who get aggressive. Please do a better job.

Pharmacy techs Amy and Katie have been working at this Walgreens for as long as I have been going there (years and years). They are both so great. They are knowledgable and fun, and efficient. To be fair, the whole staff is great! Thank you for great service!!

Called twice to fix a prescription order automated voice says one caller ahead of me was on hold for an hour then it hung up try it again the next day and the same thing customer service in this pharmacy sucks. They do not follow directions we're told not to charge to insurance and they did it anyway causing my prescriptions to be delayed. This is the third time they've done it they never listen. Now they finally get my scripts filled and they close the pharmacy down until further notice and didn't even tell me or transfer my scripts didn't even know that they had shut down until today when I went to get my scripts after they sent me a message saying they were done. Now I have to start all over again with a different one. I hope they stay shut down permanently they suck!

If you are looking for a Walgreens to meet your needs, then look elsewhere. The lack of customer service along with knowledge in the Pharmacy department has hit an all-time low at this store. For the pharmacy to take a month to fill my mom’s diabetic insulin is beyond words to me. With her calling her insurance and her doctors office with no help from the Walgreen Pharmacy. Then to have 3, yes 3 employees at 16:50 holding a cone blocking the pharmacy drive-thru to make sure they can be done with work at a certain time makes it loud and clear that your business isn’t valued at this place.

This walgreens pharmacy used to be super fast, efficient and helpful. I have been getting prescriptions here for years. But now, call wait times are 45+ minutes just to talk someone, and the lines at the pharmacy are always ridiculous...45+ minutes. I'm stuck on the phone right now and it's been 35 minutes, with "more than 3 callers ahead of me"...I dont know if I'm ever going to reach someone. But yet, the walgreens pharmacy robot lady calls me and leaves 5 or 6 voicemails, texts and calls, over old prescriptions, or outdated information. I have told the pharmacy to update this multiple times, but they still call. Super frustrating...I guess I will be switching to the Neighborhood Walmart Pharmacy.

So either Walgreens will not pay a competitive salary, or the manager at this branch is lackluster at best. Bottom line is they can not retain enough staff for the store to function. Stock is sitting in pallets, drive through is closed permanently due to staffing

I've been going into this store for 6 years without any issues. I recently went in to buy the Walgreens brand of Robitussin. The cashier, Sarah, was extremely curt and rude. No please or thank you came from her when she asked for my ID to buy the Robitussin. All she said was, "I'm going to need to see some ID for that". I have no problem giving my ID. I'm 40 years old. It's the way she said it and how curt she was when she said it. Not even a please or thank you. She needs customer service lessons. I complained to corporate and then never heard back from anyone. I guess they don't value their loyal customers. I'll just go into the Walmart across the street from now on.As far as the pharmacy goes they are quick and polite. Sometimes they are continually out of stock of certain meds but otherwise, I'm happy with this pharmacy.

This Walgreens refused to fill my son's prescription as written by my doctor because it involved breaking a box of 30 into a smaller portion. Since the doctor did not want to increase the prescription, (He explained the risks, and I agreed) they were willing to make my infant go without medication. They were more concerned about profit than patient care. They also did not contact me as soon as possible to inform me that they were not going to fill the prescription as written, so I had to call several times to find this out and then scramble to find a pharmacy with morals and the drug in stock. We have moved to a different pharmacy.

I have been a Walgreens customer for years. I have filled my prescriptions at Walgreens for the last 6 years. I recently moved from Ontario, OR. The Walgreens here on 10th Ave has had some trouble getting things figured out, but, I think that they’re starting to get things sorted. I do appreciate all their hard work. They definitely don’t put in quite as much effort as the Ontario Walgreens did, hence the -1 star. But, they do well. I would certainly recommend them over other pharmacies in the area!

07/12/19 : went in to pick up an order that was corrected from the night before. We had a total of 8 canvas. Jaclyn, manager took the time to work on the order most of the day. she did a great job and we appreciate the hard work. She was very friendly. Thank you Jaclyn, you made my aunt's day. Do not get your photos printed at this location. I have tried getting prints with them three different times now and every single time, they “can’t find my order” and the worker has a nasty attitude. Worst customer service. Don’t waste your time with this location.

By far the worst service in the pharmacy and in the retail I've ever come across and I truly mean that the people they hire lacking everything's after leisure the pharmacy is just horrid when it comes to customer service right down to their phone system I'm sure it's National but it is the worst phone answering service I've ever dealt with this company as a whole has completely got me to my end with them I'm removing all my prescriptions from this Pharmacy and will never shop there ever again and it's not one incident it made me mad it's just every time I go in there I leave shaking my head with how bad the services every time I know that it's hard to get anybody to go to work right now but holy cow the other night I went in they said my doctor had called in a prescription at 4:00 but they wouldn't be able to get it done it'd have to be the next day they couldn't do it at all that night are you kidding me there's just no end to this store its comical

Pharmacy is the worst in the valley horrible customer service if you go through drive through you have to wait 4 hours for your meds but if you go in to the store you only have to wait 15 min how inconvenient is that and they messed up on my meds I called manager but she did not seem to be all that conserned
