I have gone in once in all my years, and it is so close to home. My mother and I went in, no greeting, no offer to assist. We were trying to find things and the few employees glanced at us and just continued to chat with each other. We stepped to the counter to ask a question and were completely ignored. I had heard so many good reports, but not our experience.

I ordered three gates Wednesday online, said they were in stock. The next day, they email me saying they canceled my order and refunded. What the heck? I just ordered from D&B 30 min ago and its ready for pickup. Please maintain your orders/online inventory.

Excellent product with even better customer service!! I have purchased several bags of fertilizer and just happened to get one that was rocked up. No questions asked, firm handshake and flipped another bag in the bed of my pick up! I'm a loyal customer! Thanks guys!!

I drove by Friday and seen a small animal feeder. I was in my car. Saturday I called and asked the price and asked if they would hold it till Monday and I would come from weiser to come get it. I asked if he needed me to pay to hold it, because I didn't want to come over and it not be there . He told me no just give me your name I will hold it. I was there Monday morning at 10:00 am and it had sold. The sales man said sorry about that. Just want you to know I'm very disappointed in your service. And I won't be back. Sorry about that.

Went there with several questions about grass seeding and weed killers and prevention and was blown away by just how knowledgeable the guys were. They helped us find a solution for our clay soil and have some very good quality ground cloth.

Best prices for commercial grade farming/gardening supplies. Better than D&B Supply or Home Depot/Lowes. Great help on what to do to solve tough weed/pest problems.

Best customer advice I've seen anyplace. Dog food and fertilizer is substantially cheaper than anywhere else. Weed and spider control that works. You won't find that in HD or Lowes for sure.
