I've been hitting up St Vincent de Paul's for many years now. Unfortunately over the course of the last two years the prices have become outrageous. The prices rival that of new products. You can still find a handful of bargains but for the prices I'd rather just go buy brand new.

I shop here ALOT! I always find a cart full of great deals and I always buy more than I should! But the main thing I love about this store is the staff, absolutely every one of them have always treated me with the greatest care and service. And they're very personable also. I always check in with Marie at the register to see how she and her family are doing and she always takes such good care of me. I've been a business owner several times and I know from experience that this kind of crew doesn't just randomly manifest. Someone is running this place the right way and I'm grateful for that. Best of all, all of your business is funding legitimate local charity which is making a substantial impact on our community.

St Vincent de Paul honestly has the worst price markings I've ever seen, especially with the Rae Dunn items sticker price from TJ Maxx is 7.99 and they're asking 14.99So something new at TJ Maxx is cheaper than a second hand thrift store?Whoever is pricing these items needs to check the actual price of items and not double it! Throughout the entire store though. The prices are all just overpriced and why I don't shop here or will shop here ever again.

After getting frustrated with staff on getting a price check on a mattress, I left. After coming back a couple hours later, the manager on shift was super helpful and gave me the mattress at a reasonable price. Even showing where to get sheets, she saved the day for this review is the only reason why I am giving 3 stars. evening PM on 3/31. Store could be better organized, but the prices are what you expect from a thrift store, very low. Will shop here again due to the very friendly and helpful manager, she definitely deserves a raise.

Like a lot of local thrift stores this one is not a stranger to price gouging. I finally found one item I was interested in but the price sticker was not only insanely high it was also marked for the wrong department. Thinking surely it was a mistake I went to an employee and pointed out that the item (a kitchen dish) was marked as a tool and asked if it was possible the wrong price sticker had accidentally gotten stuck on the dish and if it was possible the price was also incorrect...well apparently that was too much to bother the employee with. A simple question met with such rudeness. No problem, I won't bother you ever again. And I'll make sure everyone I know hears about my experience there. Yeah, everyone has bad days, doesn't mean you need to take it out on your customers.

I wanted to get a snow blower they had marked at 89.00 then the green tag was 50 percent off and it was still there and the next day it was to go down to .99 cent's. We were there before they opened and it was still there. Then an employee put it behind the counter and open the doors. And we were the first through the door. Then the employee took it to the back. So we couldn't buy it. So how is this right? If a employee was going to buy it before the 9:30 opening they should pay the 50 percent off price. I was very disappointed. I heard from someone that use to work there that this is not allowed.And a lot of times when we have gone in there the older lady at the front has been rude. Never heared back from owner nor manager Like they had posted below.

There was no parking, and when we asked an old lady working at the donations. She said we could park across the street, and when another lady mentioned that it was dangerous. She said, "oh, well." We'll never be back.

We love everything about this place. We love coming here and all that they do to help people. From food boxes, great deals on clothing and furniture, to clothing vouchers and amazing service, this is a one stop shop. Keri M. is always running around with a smile and ambisission to help.

I have called a few times now to donate different items such as jeans, fresh picked apples and many other things, with a possibility of exchanging them for pants or jeans in my size so I have them to wear at my new job this coming week, and all I got was we don't do that or sorry we can't help or just plain no, but we will take your donation. I don't understand how they can feel right or good about this, especially after answering the phone "we help people" how may I help you? It truly makes me sad that the last few times I called for help I was shut down and told they couldn't help me. I have always given as often as God provided me with extra and it is unfortunate that the churches in this are have taken to an application process to decide who gets this help regardless of the abundance they receive from our community, it all gets applied to the retail side of the thrift store from what I can see. God bless the people of these religious communities as they have forgotten the most important thing, THE PEOPLE.

While there were some decent prices, I was surprised to find the apparent hospitality of the staff missing. I was not once acknowledged; not even when I greeted the staff directly. Instead I was treated to blank stares bordering on glaring. I do not often rate low over something like this, but I found this unacceptable.

I came down to get beds and other furniture and everything was so high priced. I couldnt afford anything. I feel disappointed that a second hand store would charge 3 or 4 times the price for a frame and matress than you could purchase brand new at Walmart. No way I could get my 3 kids and I beds at those prices. I dont recommend this place if you're looking to save money.

Friendly service. Clean and organized. Non-profit: proceeds go back into the local community.@Ken Kaderly: This store has a couple of groups of disabled people who come in to do volunteer work frequently. It may have been those workers that you observed.

Went into Saint Vincent for the first time today and was helped by the manager Keri, was very impressed with her customer service and was shown a lot of great deals I didn’t notice at first. Will definitely be returning to this location thanks again

It's really horrible when you have employees that brag about purchasing an item so they can list it on their ebay and sell it for a lot of money. Other thrift stores dont allow their employees to sell on ebay if they work there.

Horrible service. I waited nearly 10 minutes to ask a question while the person at the register talked to another customer, completely ignoring me. And when they told me I couldn’t sell items there, they just said no, and didn’t give any recommendations or help. Never coming back.

Watch very carefully when they are cashing you out, Pink tags were supposed to be 99¢ or 50% off if it was $1.00 or less, they charged the full price on both dresses. Super frustrating!!!!

I think his name was Mike stood there and had the nerve to put down and belittle my husband and then look at me and tell me I need to keep an handle on him. Wow really.
