Every year I order a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Bond & Bevel's anniversary, and they nail it every time! They are quick and easy over the phone, don't need a ton of direction (I say go for it), reasonably priced for what you get, and man do they build some gorgeous flower arrangements. Thank you Again for making their anniversary special (and pretty!).

I am beyond impressed with this florist! Customer service was excellent. Piper helped me and was even able to arrange same-day delivery to a loved one. She was so kind and thoughtful, and she went out of her way to assist me in sending the right flowers in an elegant arrangement, as well as a beautiful add-on at my request. The recipient knows her flowers, and this delivery really made her day. I would highly recommend Ruby Bloom to anyone who appreciates quality floral arrangements. Thank you!! 💐

Ordered flowers for my grandparents who had to say goodbye to a beloved pet just a few days ago. They were so incredibly happy with the beautiful arrangement, and staff was incredibly kind and helpful. It was so quick and easy to place my order, and within a few hours the flowers had arrived. If 10 stars was an option I’d give it! We ordered flowers from Ruby Bloom for our daughter and son-in-law, due to the loss of their dog in a horribly tragic way. When ordering, I mentioned this and Ruby Bloom delivered not just the most beautiful, bright floral arrangement as a designers choice but they added incredibly special touch that we didn’t even ask for….. They added a tiny little dog figure that just happened to look just like their Shyla in among the flowers. It was the kindest thing to bring that level of care to them. Thank you Ruby Bloom! They’ve sent photos of this beautiful arrangement several times today and it’s made a bright spot in a very dark day.Cynthia and Toby Wadley

A friend of mine from another state was trying to send me some house plants for my birthday. The staff FaceTimed her to show her all the plants and were so kind and helpful, even delivered same day to the town i live in. The plants are so healthy and unique. The delivery lady even made sure they weren’t left out in the snow. I can’t wait to check out the store in person!

Their website sucks! There are no examples of flower arrangements OR prices to choose from. The woman on the phone was nice, but that's the only positive thing I have to say. I gave explicit instructions and had to trust their judgment because it was sight unseen. It turned out the complete opposite of what I asked for.it was very expensive and not at all what I had in mind. 100^ they need to fix their website! And when the customer asks for RED with a bit of purple, you don't fill a vase with a couple red flowers and a ton of huge pink ones with a giant cabbage stuck in the middle. I HATE PINK AND SO DOES THE PERSON I GOT THEM FOR!!!

Well the first time I went was pleasant I got a snake plant and a beautiful pot for it all for 20 bucks but when I called to ask how long they would hold another plant for I was told 1 week when I went in then was told only a day so the one person lied to me. Also they told me my aloe wasn't an aloe at all come to find out its a climbing aloe. So really they need to better research plants I think.

Beautiful arrangements and a friendly staff. Unfortunately I purchased an arrangement and agreed I would pick up in 2 days. When I arrived for pick up, they had re done the arrangement and took the roses out and added a different flower. The new arrangement wasn't what I ordered and looked less appealing.

If you want unique pieces, efficient and timely delivery and staff with creative, beautiful ideas, this is the place to go! Val and Beccy just handled a large event for me and I was wise enough to tell them to use their creativity. Wow is an understatement! This shop is the very best!!
