My father and I went to the pharmacy at 11:50am to fill a prescription for myself, as I had just been discharged from the hospital for a major surgery and my care team wanted me on a pain management schedule as soon as possible. By the time we arrived at the pharmacy, the script had been sent over an hour earlier. We were told by the tech that the script would not be filled until after lunch, at 2:00pm. My father asked to speak the pharmacist and he was incredibly condescending and rude. He kept cutting him off and talking over him when he asked questions about the process for filling a narcotics script. Then, the pharmacist just decided to walk away, and he and the technician refused to come back to the drive through window to answer any more of our questions about the medication and a time frame. They both decided to completely ignore us as we repeatedly asked for them. I understand that filling narcotics prescriptions takes time, because there are a lot of hoops to jump through, and I can understand the pharmacy being short staffed and behind on filling scripts, but the complete and total lack of empathy and respect for customers is deeply alarming. Also, the refusal to do their job and the fact that the pharmacist and technician both felt that they were entitled to completely ignore questions about medications and timing is disturbing and unsettling. How many other patients and customers have they been ignored and mistreated for them to be so comfortable doing this? My parents and I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years, (even moved from the old location to the new location!) and now I am seriously considering switching to another pharmacy because no company should ever tolerate their employees treating customers and patients like this. If anyone is looking for a new pharmacy, I would advise against this one, especially until this issue is resolved by management.

Was really upset with our visit. The only reason 2 stars was because the manager I spoke to was very kind. I got there 5 minutes before their lunch and was trying to use the drive through because it was a quick pickup it wasn't as if we were putting in an order for a fill it was already filled and ready. There was 1 car before us in the line by the time we get to the window it's 1:28 so we think no biggie it will be a really fast transaction instead they turn around close the windows turn off the lights and leave. I went in to talk to a manager because I was kind of upset, then I wait 30 minutes for them to reopen, when they reopen I noticed they went to the driveway before dealing with someone who was waiting patiently in line. Not gonna waste my time anymore with this store might as well spend the extra hour driving to the one in meridian.

My daughter had just had surgery and on the way home with her I stopped to fill her prescription.I was there a little before 1:30 and there was a customer in front of me. When I got to the counter the tech took the prescription and told me to come back after 2:00 because they were closing for lunch.First of all, I was there before 1:30. Second, my daughter, just out of surgery and needing her medication, was in the car waiting.He just said, 'we close for lunch' and asked if I would prefer to come back the next day...seriously???I repeated that my daughter was alone in the car and needed her medication...he just shrugged....Amazingly lame customer service.....I am not impressed.

My husband and I went to get our annual flu shot. The pharmacy was empty except for the two employees behind the counter. We ask them for a flu shot and the female that evidently was in charge said no flu shot without an appointment. They were not busy, just visiting, and turned us away. We went to Walmart and got our flu shot. First time in so many years to not get our flu shot from rite aid. What happened to Issac?

This Rite Aid in Caldwell is one of the nicest stores I've visited. The employees are always kind, helpful & friendly. The Pharmacy is very knowledgeable or if they don't know they will go the extra mile to find you the answer your looking for. They even know me & my grandchildren by name

Not happy with this pharmacy. Riteaid told me right away I had good rx card on file when I never ever used them before. I told them to run my good RX gold card which shows through good rx that they are a gold member participant. Was told no, pretty much told the pharmacy to at least try and she said it was denied. I told her and showed her all of the pharmacies for gold and not for gold had the prescription for around $4. After 30 minutes she finally got the price from $31 to $8. I called good rx gold to see what happened and they said it was processed through my gold card. So with that being said this place lied to me and tried to get me to pay full price for the med instead of my gold member price. I've been buying this med for over 7 years on and off of insurance and know the base price starts at around $35. I shouldn't need to negotiate to use my gold card and be lied to.

I was supposed to get my meds fill today 11/13/2022. Only to grt to the pharmacy to find out they are closed. Everything says they shoild be open. Staffing shortage, go to or contact our closest pharmacy (30 min away) and they will take care of u. Well according to them there has to be a PHARMACIST AT THE PHARMACY to send the script to them. So they can do NOTHING. so now i dont get my medicine. I am forced to call into work. And i have reached out to rite aid only to be told, oh well better luck tomorrow... ARE U KIDDING ME. is this not a breach of contract? I called it in yesterday. Was told it would be ready today. NOTHING EXSEPT BETTER LUCK TOMORROW... TOTAL DISCRACE. I left Walgreens because they was too busy to fill in a timely manner. BUT I WAS NEVER TREATED LIKE THIS.

Ordered RV toilet paper from Rite Aid and paid accordingly. Rite aid sent me another type of to that I could have purchased for less money from the corner store. When they emailed me for my rating they said they would not post it....not did they try to contact me to fix their mistake. This is nothing more than false advertising and bait and switch. Shame on you Rite Aid.

The pharmacy closing on days and not being able to refill at other riteaid is unacceptable. No notice let's just shut down for 3 days. Stupid. Going to switch pharmacy next Dr appointment.

Pfizer released new safety data on their vaccine showing SIGNIFICANT amount of deaths during their trials (Over 1k!). I brought the document to the Caldwell RiteAid location and the Pharmacist had zero care or concern over the data. Sounds like they're just following orders from corporate and cannot think independently like scientists. Exactly the wrong attitude to be administering these injections. It's their JOB to notify customers of risks to their health. Their response to me was "It's up to the customer to make that decision". Pharmacists are not exercising true Informed Consent and people are dying as a result.

I dropped off two very important prescriptions to be held by rite aid until needing filled.i am very disappointed of their handling of prescriptions as they have lost them and have made it a nightmare to getting them filled at the time needed.they are a controlled substance, so having to go back and forth Dr to pharmacy has made my experience with rite aid a living nightmare. . They are holding no accountability towards this issue. .I suggest to everyone do business elsewhere.

They cannot MAKE another pharmacy open for you! However, If they can facilitate anything in their power to make it happen, it will be done. I called the pharmacy department this evening because they advertise “free delivery “. The technician finally came to the phone after waiting several minutes and said her name so fast that I didn’t quite get it. I told her I was calling to inquire about how it worked to have free delivery for our prescriptions from their pharmacy. She said”what”. I repeated myself and she acted like I was joking around and I told her we where both seniors and your add says you deliver for free. She acted repulsed as if I was pulling her leg. She told me NO.!!! Where did you hear that ??? I told her it was in your add and the woman was huffy and rude. No explaining or sorry for the confusion. Now this was a technician not the Pharmacist. And it was 4/1/20. @ 7:PM. I was very interested because of thecovey 19 virus floating around. If you go to pick up your RX it’s quite an ordeal to pick up. The pharmacy treats you like you are carrying the plague. Too bad it’s a new store and I had planned on moving all of our RX’S over there.

I would not shop here, period. Bought laundry detergent in a hurry, it was marked $10.99. When I went to the counter it rang up as $16.99! You have to sign up for the membership to get the $10.99 I was told. Completely ridiculous and honestly a scam. Needless to say I will not go there again.

Yesterday I called the pharmacy to see about a script needing refilled was helped by Mitchelle if that's what you would call it she was rude, acted like it was a inconvenience to check for me. I have used this pharmacy for many years with never any complaints most everyone there is always so very friendly ,helpful and just over all super great people , Karla is way awesome she will do everything she can to help you. All I can say is if I get treated like that over the phone or in person by this Mitchelle I will take my business some where else!!!!!

I went to the Rite aid today, (11,1,2020) to get some stuff and one of the items was a 4 pack of gatorade protein shakes. After i got home and worked out and got one of the shakes to drink, i took a drink and quickly realized it was rotten/expired, since October, 12, 2020. I went back to show them and the lady just gave me a new pack and gave me money back, only to make me pay that same money back to get my new pack. I didnt make a scene because there were people there so i just did it and left. I honestly want to sue them for this. I literally drank rotten milk that was expired since Oct, 12, 2020. I still have the bottle and the receipt of exchange. Never going again.

You are not special but if you think you are go somewhere else and don't forget to take your threats and nastiness with you. I can always call the DM and ask him or her to ban you from our store. When business is close that's what is. If your husband situation is that bad why you didn't take him to the E.R. ???Don't you harrasse our pharmacy !!!!! Go away. It seems to be you are mesirable person. You cause trouble anywhere you go including McDonald's !!! Have a life !!!

Very disappointing experience. My daughter purchased a power drink from a vending machine at her husband's work, took it on the bus with her, and headed home, stopping at Rite Aid to purchase some items needed. She took a sip of her drink while in the store. Next thing she knows...she's accused of stealing the drink and told never to come back into the store. This is a store she, my husband and I frequent regularly, and have all of our prescriptions filled there. The store had not charged her with anything...and no footage could be found to prove that she actually took anything...because she didn't. Vending machines do not provide receipts of purchase and since she had no receipt they ASSUME she took it from their store. Well, Rite Aid...that's what you get for assuming. You've lost my business and I will tell everyone I speak to about how you accuse young adults of stealing from you...without any proof.

I made a 530 appointment for a covid shotGot there on-time, checked in, was instructed to sit down and they would be right with me. Sat there for an hour. Nobody said anything to me while I waited. Finally got up and left as I had to be somewhere else at 7.If you want a covid shot go somewhere else. They don't even honor the appointments that they make.

So , you see he is in pain, literally standing there crooked, and you can wait for a leaky pipe but you can't fill a script for a patient??? Of course you are not the one in pain so I'm sure its hard to sympathize. As a medical staff, If I told that to a patient a provider would have my head! This is horrible patient care, and horrible customer service! Then again what do corporations care about the individual. Bad on you rite aid! bad on Michelle the pharmacist! I'll make this known to the DM and even Cooperate if I have to. I hope this attitude gets corrected so other poor people in pain don't have to go though this.
