Omgosh.... where are the words.Customer service in my opinion has fallen by the wayside.I have lost heart more times than I tell you over the industry and greed.I came to what I had experienced in the past a greedy pawn shop, I tell you now I called at least 5 before I came here.PAWN ONE is not a pawn shop it's more like a friend or even family member when your at your lowest.They gave me MORE than I asked for and most importantly when everything fell through, more than more time to not loose priceless belongings to me.They have a loyal customer for anything and everything I want to purchase.You can bet I'll call them first and say "hey do you have a" before I head out to a corporated chain to waste more of my precious time money or life.They gave me back some faith.

I love Pawn 1. These guys are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. This store always has a great variety of merchandise, fairly priced and if you still think you need a better deal, ask them, they will always look to see if they can cut the price any. The store is also very clean!

My daughter's "best friend" stole my daughter's Nintendo Switch and her VR Occulus, along with my son's VR Occulus. When my daughter realized that these items were missing from our home she went to Pawn 1 and was able to find the items in their possession. ( my daughter and her exfriend could see each others locations on 360 so she knew she had been there.) My daughter had proof using the serial numbers that these belonged to us. We were told to file a police report and they would put these items on hold. We filed a police report and the police officer had been there to confirm that these were ours and they were supposed to put these items to the side and hold them while they continued the investigation.One of the managers ended up selling one of our VRs knowing that this was a stolen item. According to the police officer this manager has sold items that were supposed to be held before. Not sure why this guy still has a job as a manager? I get that Pawn shops can't always know the difference between stolen items but when you have definitive evidence that you have stolen items and still sell them you are a shady bussiness!

Their hand guns are all stuffed together in one small display case so it was really difficult to see what they had. We waited a good 20 minutes before someone could help us since they were busy with other customers. The staff was kind though. Had we been able to clearly see their pistol selection then I would give it 5 stars.

Great staff, very friendly, helpful, clean store.I just don't want to pay almost brand new prices for things that come in used. Would definitely be 5 stars if they priced more accordingly.

This is the best pawn shop I have been to in a while! I have been to plenty of other Pawn 1 locations, and this one is by far the best. It is very well organized and easy to navigate. The staff is also very friendly and happy to help. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted by Jesse, who gave me a brief breakdown of the shop’s layout and told me he’d be happy to help if I had any questions. When I did have questions or wanted to view an item behind the counter, he made sure to do it in a timely manner, not to mention he went above and beyond with trying to get me some good deals on items I liked. I definitely will be coming back soon!

make sure if you get quoted a price from these guys you have them write it down. they will tell you that a offer is good to think about. till you go back and they offer you less then originally. don’t know why i thought i could expect more from pawn 1 but i guess they are just like the other shady pawn shops!

Got a great deal on a laptop. They were great working with me to get everything up and running, special thank you to the sales person Davin. No issues getting the power brick replaced when I had trouble getting it to charge. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Went in looking for a keyboard for our daughters birthday, with the help of one of the staff members we found one. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this place to others, I've had a lot of great experiences here Always found what I needed or wanted at this shop or one of the other pawns 1 stores..

Tychus, one of the workers there, did a great job. To only list the broader points to keep this not a 5 page peer-reviewed essay, let me begin. He was kind and calm, and very knowledgeable. He was, although 1 of 3 during a busy time, kept us his main focus and we didn't feel rushed during his time helping us. All In all, pretty good (although short) time at the store thanks to Tychus.Not to mention he also is a gamer, it's pretty fun to see another like-minded fellow out there in the world.

They have a huge selection of PS4s and Xbox consoles! I went in not sure what I was looking for and Tychus helped me choose the one that was the best for my nephew. Everyone was super super friendly and they have a great environment.

READ VERY IMPORTANT:my mother pawned her father's ring for extra cash, she went to pay the pawn shop back and retrieve the ring EARLY and WELL BEFORE she was DUE to do so. The pawn shop staff was super condescending and rude. They told her they had LIQUIDATED her DEAD FATHERS ring, one of the LAST MOMENTOS she had from him. Even though she WASNT LATE AND WAS EARLY on her payment. Staff told her there was nothing they could do. Super UNPROFESSIONAL.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They are not pushy.The store is clean, bright and well organized. Sorta ruins the old pawn shop ethos. But I have found many good deals there on musical instruments, tools, and electronics. I needed to get a duplicate receipt for a guitar I purchased over a week prior, and the associate took the time to go back in the system and find it for me. FANTASTIC!!

Manager and Staff are Great, In this world there are are putter in pawn people and there are purchasers. I purchase stuff. Jewellery is a good buy there with knowledgeable staff behind the counter. I watched the inventory looking for a gold and diamond band with the correct size and shape diamonds in a 14 kt band for a gift to my spouse and found it there after a few months. Great Price. I have purchased firearms at that location over the last few years, again I watch the inventory talk with the manager if it doesn't move quickly the are very open to reasonable offers. It is a business and they are fair, respectful and easy to deal with .

There’s a worker by the name of Jen that went out of her way to help us find the perfect ring. Had the patience to help us try on over 20 rings and to explain everything. The store was full of clients and not once did she ever pressure us to hurry up. She made our experience over the top. 10/10 would recommend

This Pawn 1 Store has seen me through a few tough times. Cancer and the cost took my set. Cancer is expensive!!! They posted a beautiful ring after treatment and I went right in and bought it! Got a fancy wrap and if was blingier than my sister in laws! Great service, great people. Always fair, willing to help if They can.. I wouldn’t, and haven’t, gone to anyone else!!! Go HERE! Everyone has things happen! They are great to work with.

Was in 2/24/19, got greeted the second we walked in the door which was awesome. Salespeople were super helpful and found Sharolynn to be incredibly knowledgeable about guns and watches in particular. We drove from Boise and nobody shooed us off at closing time. Will definitely be back!

I rarely have an overall enjoyable experience at any pawn shop but all that has changed when I sauntered into this one. Great people (shout out to the best Manager ever...Jaun) they work w/your needs w/o trying to nickel and dime you to death...everybody has a smile and positive attitudes I really really love this place!
