If you order from this place and they don't put the food in the bag that was still sealed when it arrived and tell you it's your problem not there's. When you ask for the manager some guy says he's the manager and hangs up on you. When we call back to ask his name they wouldn't tell us and hang up on us again. Food was ordered from there app.

Will never eat there again. My kids got food poisoning. Probably because of cross contamination, you know, basic knowledge of culinary arts. But it’s probably some kid that doesn’t give a rap.

Guys I'm actually curious about this, why don't you ever put bacon on your bacon cheeseburgers? It's in the name. I'm ok if you don't have any, just tell me so I don't pay extra for it. This happens every time at this particular location.EDIT: In all fairness, your new burger flipper is excellent though, perfect juicy medium. Idk about the next guy down the line though, maybe time for a drug test.

Never been to a worse mcdonald’s in my life, they never put bacon on my burgers that literally have bacon in the name. i say no onions, apparently that means no lettuce to them. i ask for substitute mac sauce and they still put ketchup and mayo on everything. i dont think i’ve ever had a sandwich made correctly from this place. the kids they hire have no idea what they are doing even though machines do half the work for them. Do you want anything made correctly and to be fresh and not made an hour and a half ago? there is another mcdonald’s down the street that’s been doing it right since i was a kid. at least those kids know what they are doing.

When I was a kid, I used to go to McDonald's and I liked it because it tasted good but now that I know how literally poisonous the food is, I just can't go in there and support it. At the outset, they were revolutionizing speedy service and in an ever expanding world, the speed was necessary but now they charge more than the food is worth, have machines take your order and it has become a dystopian nightmare, take a second and think about the reality of what you're monetarily supporting before you go into one of these and poison yourself. Your health matters, you owe it to yourself to do better, don't eat McDonald's anymore.

just went throw the drive through there 2 girls in there not taking orders finished their conversation before letting me pay. I corrected my order twice at the window and they still had me missing part of my order I Was already on the freeway n they told me I was screwed then put the phone down to ignore me. The line was so long and they didn't care.

Our family's favorite fast food. It was great when this location first opened. We never had any problems. We like the McDelivery option for when my kids are home with a babysitter. But the last few deliveries have been incorrect, like wrong sandwiches, wrong drinks, and incorrect orders, and no way to fix it once it's delivered. I'm starting to think it's not worth the hassle with so many reliable fast food restaurants in the area.

My kids and I came in today for lunch. I was very impressed at how efficient Loagan was. He brought our food out to us with everything we needed. He was polite and asked follow up questions. He made sure the delivery drivers were not waiting very long. He was staying busy wiping tables and sweeping when there were no customers to help. I was very happy to see a young man with work ethic these days.

Worst servise ever sat dec 2nd at 845 pm the young girl who was taking orders was rude she didnt get anybof our food order right asked ger to start over she got pissy gave her the order again she put diffrent things on the order a diffrent lady came on i asked her to clear the order she said she coyld not i had to get what was on the board i told her sorry thats not what i ordered she say sorry i left and jacknin the box got our dinner right and my money please gire people that want to work and not be rude its not our fault they are having a bad day i called 6 times asked for a maneger they hungbup on me every time

So I ask for extra caramel at the bottom of the cup, not the sides. They applied on sides ignoring my request. So as I drank it down, caramel remained on the sides. So with straw I was moving caramel to bottom. With the movement of the straw, the cup tiped over, and ice coffee spilled on my $800 suit and on my $500 Jordan's shoes. The upsetting part was that they wanted to charge me for another ice coffee when I requested it. Very disappointing. Will never return there, nor will my family.

Ordered a large #7 last night. The people were nice but the food was not. I opened my bag half way to Weiser to find my large fry was half way full. There were no fries that had fallen in the bag. The burgers were old and crunchy so I only ate one. Woke up at 1am violently ill. Food poisoning is not a joke. Get rid of your timed out food. I have no problem waiting. I’ve worked at McDonald’s. There is no excuse.
