Okay, one star. Don't give many of these but this case is special. I rolled in to drop $1200 on the commercial fuel island. Had to use the bathroom first, so I went inside. Bathrooms are very clean. Store was immaculate. Semi-Friendly attitude from the many employees stocking shelves and assisting customers. The food is horrible, especially the hot food. Undercooked and tasted freezer burned. It was like buying sushi at a gas station 1000 miles away from the nearest body of water. High risk, low reward. Unfortunately, It is undertrained Food Service workers like the one's here that demonstrate blatant inattention to the under prepared food that they serve and consequently, foodborne illnesses. Other than that, typical convenience store fare. Did enjoy a V8 from the beverage refer, though. Sarcastically speaking, that's not even the best part. Here's the rub. JACKSON'S employees exhibited a total disregard toward veterans and professional drivers. Case in point: Love's, TA, Flying J, Pilot, and a number of independent fuel retailers, like Stinkers Stores on Black Canyon Road north of Caldwell idaho, provide free coffee to veterans, first responders, and professional drivers, especially when those drivers are paying full retail for diesel fuel. NOT JACKSONS!Who knew. I brought my own cup and was charged full retail, not the refill price. Not a big deal, you say? Exactly my point. NOT A BIG DEAL. I can afford the $1.89 for a cup of coffee. But when I asked if JACKSON'S comps the $1.89 coffee price to professional drivers and/or military veterans or veteran drivers, the response was disappointing; an emphatic NO! Company policy, I'm told. Hmm, $1.89 vs. $1,200.00. Can you say, "Business Model?"Okay, fair enough. JACKSON'S is entitled to their $1.89 but not my $1,200.00. Love's is just north about 28 miles in Ontario, OR. I'll still drop $1200 on their fuel island and feel better about my 22 years of military service and my 17 professional driving years, some of which were spent making sure places like JACKSON'S got their coffee and accessories on-time and undamaged. Boo! Bad form, JACKSON'S.FYI, the JACKSON'S in Huntington, OR and Wilder Idaho enforce the same policy. Vets and drivers pay. First responders get free coffee, as they should, even though their fuel comes from a contract fuel supplier like CFN or Pacific Pride and NOT JACKSON'S.Advice: Professional drivers use your card lock or stop at one of the places listed above for just a little love while away from home, NOT JACKSON'S. Safe driving everyone!P.S. Anyone interested in writing the lyrics to a song titled, "NAWT JACKSUUN'S," reply here. And for those of you who wrote a positive review for this little roadside blip, God bless you and your generosity. May you prosper and be in good health always.

Cashiers were very rude. Tried to make a small purchase and my card was declined. The cashier was very abrupt and rude about it. I left, went to my car to make sure balance was fine (from phone) then went back in to a different cashier. The card was having issues and this cashier was also rude! Said loudly enough for line of people behind me to hear. I was very embarrassed. I will not go to this jacksons again. Appalled at horrible customer service.

We come here often at least 4 times a week. We get all our fuel here. Came in for propane during operating hours. The person at the counter said they couldn't leave the register and that it could be up to an hour wait for propane... What?!?We left.
