Dutch Brothers drinks and snacks are good and fair priced and and I have never given a Dutch Brothers more than four stars do to the fact that at most Dutch brothers there is usually more time talking and less time serving. That's great for some people but not me. This Dutch Brothers is large. It has two lanes with people taking your order out side in the line (normal) but they will come out and get orders out to customers while in line making things go much faster. Fast food restaurants could learn from this Dutch Brothers. This is probably the only Dutch Brothers I will be stopping at now.

I would normally just give them a call but considering the phone number listed is for Grants Pass Oregon they kinda didn't leave me much of a choice. It's mother's day, my husband just ran out to get a Dutch Bros. We get the same thing every time. Two large iced white mochas with an extra shot. What we received for 12 dollars was two large chocolate milks. Straight chocolate milk. Mistakes happen and I rarely have an issue with my orders but this kind of irks me today. I could give this to my kids, there is not even a hint of coffee in these drinks, and we paid for an extra shot. We now don't have time to drive back over as my husband is headed to work and I'm at home with five children. Very disappointed today as I do not get to splurge on myself often. This was a treat for ourselves and I ended up with chocolate milk.

My dutch brothers in Payette is awesome love all the workers there they are very polite they make me laugh I love them all and I love my Dutch BrothersParking: U can park and walk up to the window there's plenty of spaces to park inKid-friendliness: Kids normally don't go their butt with their parents or go to the drive-thru I would imagine I would assume but they're friendly to everybody they have something for everybodyWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is fine you can get in your wheelchair and go right up to the window and tell them what you want

(Update new review) -->We went back to this location the other day and I am happy to say that our drinks turned out AMAZING! Great job! So glad we gave this location another chance.(Old review) -->Just want to say that we once upon a time loved this location, but not so much anymore. We always get 2 drinks and one of them we get with light Carmel drizzle. We stopped by this location on our way home and ordered our drinks and the one with light drizzle was once again handed to us with almost an inch thick of Carmel at the bottom of the cup. We asked them to please fix it and said we asked for light drizzle. The lady's working got pissy and started rolling their eyes and throwing the cup with an attitude. Then handed us the "new" drink with no drizzle and said hows that. Not impressed at all.

Really great experience every time I go, the coffee is pretty good and consistent, which is great for a coffee chain, and the price is really good. If you haven't, you should try the muffin tops, they're amazing.

I really appreciate their customer service. They were super friendly and the vibes was cool. The baristas were singing along to music that had like reggae vibes. But the drinks that I ordered were just way too sweet. And the flavors were OK. I should of ordered a extra shot of espresso because it was just sugar I tasted. I ordered sugar cookie Frappuccino, chocolate shake, cotton candy shake, and a mango smoothie.

The two times we've been to this location we have been pleased with the speed, the staff, the product, and the ease with which to come and go.Yesterday the drive thru line was LONG, so we opted to park and stretch our legs - we went to the window. The employee was wonderfully cheerful, despite repeating his pleasantries so many times because there were so many customers. Gotta love "sticker day".This location has been super clean each time we visit and so far our orders have all been correct. I heard a young woman order a concoction that sounded DELICIOUS - something about coconut and peach with raspberry drizzle... I think her base was a Rebel but seeing as I don't do those energy drinks (my adrenals are mad enough with the coffee and sugar), I would try it with a lemonade base.About an hour and a half after we left, my youngest son beieved he left a most-loved Batman Lego figure behind. Instead of driving all the way back, I called. The kind young man who answered my call happily obliged and went looking for the little Lego figure around the seating area. He did not find it. However, happy ending - Batman was in our van. Huzzah.Lastly, if you are not familiar with "sticker day", it happens the 1st of every month. New stickers are released in a limited, first-come-first-served fashion.

The Mafia was helpful and pleasant. Not in your face or overly excited like Dutch has a reputation to be. It's my birthday and I do t usually get coffee out, but this morning was a treat for the kids and I. I was unsure of what I wanted and my runner was patient and made great suggestions. I didn't have my app updated, so she gave me time to pay at the window and redeem my birthday drink. The line was extremely long when we pulled in but I was amazed at how fast we got through! This place is a well-oiled windmill.Kid-friendliness: They show the kids extra love with the whip on their cocoa!

Our FAVORITE location to go to. The staff is always friendly and willing to recommend a new drink (after finding out flavors you like). They have even made me a different drink when I didn't like the one that was made (no complaints about it). My drinks have to be sugar-free, and I can count on this location to get them right. Dutch Bros is pretty much the only business that offers so many delicious, flavored sugar-free coffee and energy drinks.

Open late, even on holidays, which is convenient for travelers needing a caffeine boost. Though the line was surprisingly short, employees are usually good at keeping the line moving pretty quickly by serving customers while they wait.

My parents where driving through to Portland as they'd received a call that my grandmas cancer was back and she only has a matter of days left. I told my dad to stop and order himself a 911 and that should help them drive all the way. They told the barista why they were there and she comped their drinks. It made a difference to them and touched their hearts in a world that seems to becoming void of compassion. I will always be a Dutch customer just for this experience! I went to this location around 3pm and the customer service is terrible. The person out in the driveway taking order just stood there while we were asking a question about a drink and he said nothing when he clearly could hear us. He took our orders and got one drink wrong. I asked the girl at the window if he was new and she said no one that worked there was new and she herself was not so nice either.I get that you guys deal with people on the daily but it don’t give you the right to take your frustration from other customers onto the next customer. If you are not having a such a great day step back and let someone else do the job because one bad mood can ruin someone else’s. Also, we got our order wrong all because the customer service was having a terrible day. Do Better.
