This store is not properly stocked. The other stores are much better stocked and the employees have much better attitudes.I live down the street and I come in just to get something and get out. No matter what it is, they are either out of it or it's in a box on the floor. And they definitely won't get it for you.I don't know why I just didn't go down the street to begin with.I just hate to patronize a place that treats me badly. And treats everyone else badly.

Save yourself the hassle goto a different one.Used to prefur this one. I often have driven out of my way to come to this store of the 2 in Caldwell. Since new management it's not as nice as it was 6 months ago. Decided to give it another shot today. It kind of just stopped any and all future visits.Walked in with 2 toddlers as a pregnant lady with a full bladder. I barley made it to the bathroom to see the sign that read key needed. I wobbled back to the front asking for the key to use the bathroom (only dollar store that locks out puvlic) before doing a large shopping trip.the staff member couldn't help me and paged/ tried getting help. The manager came out with a huge attitude. She was dressed in a pajama shirt talking on the business phone in what seemed to be a personal conversation annoyed to be interrupted several people needed her time, including a distributor and she had attitude with all of them. She was short and curt even to the teenage girl working. She announced, standing in front of the store, that their was no bathroom key in an annoyed tone to myself, 2 customers, the distributor and staff on shift. They have to have access to a toilet, so I directly asked what she suggested I do with 2 kids and a pregnant full bladder. She unempathetically told me to goto Freddy's who would want me to pay to use bathroom. Because of the wait just for her to say basically deal with it I embarrassingly almost peed myself in broad day light in front of the audiance of people asking for help. Normally I am pretty forgiving but this could have been avoided by a sign on the front door that says no public access.Knowing te management is so guick to belittle and treat her guests, business partners and staff... I won't be shopping at this location. The downtown location has really cleaned up and middleton is still the best of all 3. If you can make the trip goto middleton.

To store 6076 and the cashier I think your name is Lisa!! who on Thanksgiving told my senior Mother when she went back in to pay for one item (coconut flakes) after grabbing her $ on Thanksgiving to “hurry b/c she didn’t have all day to wait on somebody , I have work to do” then proceeded to attempt to take the product when my Mother tried to change cashiers you said “then I don’t think I want you in “my” store ever” after you were already rude and she said she no longer wanted your help! thus my Mom leaving with nothing! I KNOW you wouldn’t have acted that way had I been standing there!!! Shame on you!! I tried calling back to clarify the situation to the manager (it was one cashier, this Lisa) but someone refused to pick up the phone the second time so I could and repeatedly hung up the phone immediately after picking up, your store # was sent to complaints as well as your cowardice actions. You do NOT treat seniors this way especially my Mom!!! Grr* I see in the reviews this has happened before recently to another senior woman, how dare you, you should be more than fired , despicable!!!!! 😡

I generally have a pleasant experience at most Dollar Tree locations, however, today was a frustrating and upsetting time. While waiting in line to pay for my items, cashier woman was checking a senior woman’s items. The woman requested that specific items be separated into two separate transactions. Over the course of watching this, the cashier made a mistake and had added too many items to one transaction order. The woman requested politely that she needed it changed, the cashier began to get upset and stated “I guess I can do it all again” in a very angry tone and look of disgust. The woman apologized for the inconvenience and misunderstanding to which the cashier said nothing to her in return. The woman gathered her things and you can hear it in her voice and see it in her face that she was embarrassed and upset for the way the cashier treated her. I generally don’t leave reviews like this, however, I know that if that were my Mom or Grandma I would be upset. All it takes is a smile, a simple hello, or one kind gesture to make someone’s day change for the better. Empathy is a key foundation for customer service and it’s also what makes you a decent human being.

Ive been to different Dollar tree stores but this one was so helpful! My little girl wanted pizza so i ordered it on phone and then went to little ceasar across from them by Dutch bro's well my pizza and things came out to $36 they couldn't break a 100 dollar bill so went to Dollar tree the lady that was working didn't hesitate to break the 100 and i didn't have to buy anything but I bought some drinks anyway ill be goin to that store any chance i get thank you for your wonderful heart!

Clayton the cashier was not pleasant. He threw our stuff in the bag like it was garbage. If you don’t like your job then get another. This is the holiday season. Smile . Be pleasant

Loved my visit today. The store was very clean and organized well I noticed a person tidying the shelves as we were shopping which was awesome. The store clerk was a little shy seeming but due did get job quickly and well, and she had a nice smile. Thanks for all you do Dollar Tree employees 🙏❤️

Great Customer Service. One Female Employee asked me if I was finding what I needed. And the Cashier was very Friendly. She asked me if I was having a Good Valentine's Day? Can't remember her name but she is always very Friendly and Accurate. Love my Dollar Tree.

Absolutely will never go here again! The cashier who rang us up left my daughter in tears because she wanted to spend her own money on her toy and the "the line was long". I complained to the on duty manager but I'm not hopeful anything will be done as the cashier continued to insult me and argue with me on front of the manager and the manager didn't stop her. Corporate will hopefully do a better job.

The store was stocked nice and full. It was clean and the staff member I interacted with was very happy and friendly and did her job well. The other customers were even polite and friendly. I'd say it was a good day to visit the store.

The cashier was very unprofessional. The ladies were amazing, restocking shelves and taking care of customers. Kudos to them and the one male restocking today 8/17 good job. However, listening to the cashier complain about being at work almost 8 hrs...sir that's called a JOB! Then letting me know I've been there a Long time and then reiterating that he can't wait to get off was EXTREMELY unprofessional.

You need cards for all occasions then get them here and save lots of money. Just don't agree with needing a key for the bathroom like we live in California or some other big state.

I really like this dollar tree, building is newer and the convenience with the Walmart super center is a plus.... like any other dollar store, its a hit and miss with merchandise and the shelves are always patchy.... Not to mention I have never seen more than one cashier working register checking customers out the whole time its been open....

Ok so the employees are nice but I think there is a camera in the bathroom which is a violation of privacy. I don't know exactly if it is a camera but I search it and it mostly did say camera so, tell me if it is or not.

Johnathan was on register today yelling at customers to put stuff on conveyor belt to check out And also swearing. Not impressed. Hope they close this location when Middleton opens. It's been going downhill rapidly.

I just want to say what a great location!! The manager his name was Mark he helped me out when I was short $5 cash at checkout, he personally gave me 5 dollars to get all items!!We need more people like this in our world...I’m heading back now to pay him back for his act of kindness!

Went in to get one thing and was approached by a male employee and told rudely to leave because they were closing soon. Told to go to a different location. There were people still inside shopping! It would have taken me 2 min to get what I needed and pay.
