I get it, it's the holidays and it's busy but it's so hard to shop when there's stock in the middle of every aisle like this. Also the store was super messy this time around.

This store is filthy, constantly has bare shelves, and boxes everywhere, blocking me from seeing the items on the shelves, staff is not great. I smiled at the clerk, when I walked in, but she just looked at me, like I was gonna rob the place, or something. She was pleasant, once I checked out, but, agonizingly, excruciatingly slow. People have places to be. Why are there NEVER enough staff, working here? Why can't management come out and lend a hand? Do they think they're above honest work? Nothing is ever stocked, yet there's boxes everywhere, shopping buggies are all over the parking lot.... I have bad pulmonary scarring, from contracting covid, exercise is difficult for me, but i ride my bike to the store anyway. But, if I were able to ride further, I'd patronize a different store. Not the one farthest from me, on the blvd., though, because the Latina females in there are racist and treat white women like trash! But, the one in between the 2 stores, that one is ok. Could be better, but, could clearly be worse... Dollar tree, you have serious staffing issues. Maybe you should spend some of the money from the price hike on properly paying hard-working folks, rather than on sponsoring a racecar, so you can only afford to hire the dysfunctional, the emotionally stunted, and socially crippled.

I always enjoy my regular trips to this store, it's a safe place to indulge in a little shopping compulsion. The company seems to treat this location like an unwanted step child though, their size and selections seem like left overs compared to other locations. Nevertheless, I always find a basket full of useful things for pennies. But what I love most about this store is how friendly and helpful the lady at the register is. She's always working her tail off, but never complains. She does her job quickly and pleasantly and always has a kind word to say. Last week as I was walking out through the parking lot I heard this voice behind me. I'm literally half deaf so I couldn't make out what was being said. Finally I turned around and there she was, I had forgotten one of my bags! She just smiled and wished me a nice day. Sadly, you don't see that kind of integrity much these days, and when you do it should be acknowledged and honored. I hope this company recognizes the gem of an asset they have in this lady. If you shop here, take the time to say something nice to this fine person!

Worse customer service ever. I went in there cause I lost something and they told me that they had it and I went in there and they said sorry we don’t have it but one of the cashiers pulled out her purse to find it after asking us how much was on it. And on top of that they were rude about it and the manger asked the lady how much was on it and she told us that they don’t have it. They are thief’s and liars. I don’t recommend going here cause they also didn’t have anything we were looking for shelves were empty boxes everywhere. Thanks dollar tree for being the worse one I’ve been too! I would give you guys a zero star but unfortunately can’t!

Wow this place is a mess. Should have known from the parking lot it would be terrible. Trash and cigarette butts all over the place. This store is just awful. Items all over the floor and boxes and uboats in the isles blocking products. Found it hard to shop at all with everything in the way. Headed to the checkouts with my slim picks and was about 6th in line before they started looking for another cashier.

So John the gentleman with the glasses is a HOTWHEELS scalper who works here. Either other scalpers pay him when they drop the cars. It's not right!!!!!!!!

There are a couple friendly cashiers here, but when super busy there are at least one or two hiding in what I assume is the manager's office and when they come out they act like they don't see the lines of people waiting to check out. The store is always a MESS, inventory stacked everywhere, but the shelves are empty. It is one of the most disorganized and poorly managed stores I have been to... worse than Ontario Dollar Store!

Worst dollar tree Ive ever been to!! Every time I go it looks like its closing as all the shelves are empty! Always...does not matter time of day or week. Staff is rude and very unfriendly. Store is a mess.Back again in Febraury to give it another try and its worse! All shelves are empty and theres boxes and boxes of inventory in the aisles!! I will not be back!!!

This store used to be a nicestore, but the last year or so it has gone way down hill. The shelves are empty and it doesn't matter what day or time you go it the same. Looks like a store that is on the final days of liquidation. Very sad

Much, much improved over the last time I was here a year or two ago. The floors used to be filthy coming in and the aisle shelves were once pretty messy. But not now. It's well maintained, the aisles are stocked and full. Fairly well cleaned (though not impeccably), lots of great choices for snacks and whatever, the nice friendly cashier -- all if it easily merits 5 stars.

Nasty manager woman closed store early. Also helped other woman out but popped an attitude at me. This woman needs mental help n needs to stop closing store early because she does not want to follow the rules.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The poor store is having a hard time keeping the products on the shelves. I think that they need more shipments of merchandise and probably more staff to put it on the shelves.I like the inexpensive craft projects and stickers that I can find there. And when I can't find a card in my box of cards that's a good place to try.

This is the only dollar store I ever go to and most of the time it is fairly well stocked and with that also very organized as well, however, the cashier who I dealt with today was very, very slow. It took the cashier about 5 minutes to wrap maybe eight glasses in separate plastic bags. There was two people ahead of me, one of which needed change back and again it probably took the cashier a minute or so to count out 84 cents; just very very slow moving and maybe it was just an off day for her, but I don't think I've ever been in a slower moving line.Other than that I like the store. It's nice to have a store I can go to for a product that would cost $7 elsewhere and get it for just a dollar. Common household items are sold here for way less than they would be at other retailers such as any regular grocery store or others such as Target, Walmart, etc.

The employee and management at this store on 10/04/22 are not knowledgeable of how to run a store. They said they ran out of helium; and had no idea when they would be receiving any in store. Ok so my follow up question is there a way we could call a local store within 15 mile radius like Middleton to ask if they may have any? It’s our daughters bday and we would like to purchase some balloons. The management response was we don’t have their phone numbers I googled and found the phone number 🤔 the incompetence is far beyond comprehension at the Caldwell Dollar tree.

Very filthy. Entrance hasn't even vacuumed in months. Maybe even years. Floors haven't been swept and moped in months. Maybe years. Belts at cash registers same. Gross. Rude cashier. Long line with only one register open. With increased prices, where is better service and a store clean up? And no hand sanitizer.Bad experience going there.

I think this is one of the better dollar stores. And Thank God Caldwell has one. Or 2 Now...I remember we had the one next to the hardware store on the Blvd by the college. It wasn't a real dollar store but it was as close to one as we were going to get for awhile.The only reason the dollar stores or any other stores for that matter are out of stock and are a mess is because the people that come into them make them that way. And its difficult for a couple people that work there to clean up after hundreds of people.

I love Dollar Trees. This particular store has a wide variety and a great selection. However, it does not settle with me very well when the manager and another employee are on the aisle next to me complaining about customers and saying they wish the customers would leave the store so they could hurry and close. The manager here is very unprofessional and that's the only reason I'm giving it a one-star.

Came here for a couple things and left with a bunch!!! Love this store. This location seems to have much more selection of cosmetics than most and everyone here is very nice. Only downside is the aisles are kind of cramped because there is so much product and not enough employees. Can't gripe on the prices though!!! Some baby stuff is incredibly cute😁

They should stock shelves at 8 or 9 pm. It was hard for customers. Employees had to stop stocking each time a customer walked thru the isles.*Employees were awesome very helpful.You need better quality and more options.

They don’t stock as much as needed. I’ve gone to get simple basic things and they won’t have it. One thing that bugged me was it was 1:40 pm and on google it said it was supposed to be open, all the lights were on but the doors were LOCKED!

It is your basic dollar store. Nothing too fancy does get the job done. Also right next to a tobacco connection for all your tobacco needs and $1 store needs. Located Caldwell Idaho

This Dollar Tree has good selection. Terrible service. They close their store whenever they feel like it, even when they have employees there to staff the store. Obnoxious.

As I go here, there's some pretty cool stuff especially during around the holidays. The only reason being for 3 stars is because it's kinda run down and there's literally a tobacco store right next to it. And one of the workers yelled at a kid for going next to the balloons which I thought was kinda rude.
