We found this business close to a funeral home and found it convenient. When we entered, we were informed of options for saddles and sprays for a funeral arrangement. We made our selections and as we were preparing to pay, Diana told us that other floral purchases had been made for the funeral, and I asked which ones they were. She stated her system didn't seem to be loading but she would tell me. As I swiped my card for the large purchase, her system conveniently worked and it turns out that we purchased the exact same floral arrangements that were already purchased by other family members. I asked her if we could do a refund, but it was already past closing. She said she would make them appear differently and make it stand out. She said we would have the next day to decide if we wanted to cancel the order. The following morning at 8am, I called her and requested a cancellation since we didn't need 2 of the same of everything we purchased. I was greeted with a nasty attitude about cancelling so early in the day and that they were doing us a favor by working on a holiday early morning. Even going as far as to recruit another employee in the background to make it seem like they weren't being dishonest. Overall I feel that our family's grief was taken advantage of for financial gain .

Ordered a barn box arrangement over the phone from another state and it was delivered the same day. My friend sent me a photo when she received it and it was beautifully designed! I had given a general color suggestion and it was spot on! It was larger and more intricate than I had even hoped! Great!

I ordered a plant arrangement for my nephew's funeral a few weeks ago. I just last weekend was able to come to Caldwell and saw it and it is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! Diana and her staff did a terrific job and it was delivered in a timely manner. I will order again!!

I got married about a month ago and I was SO LUCKY to have Diane do my bouquet! I wasn't sure what to get when I walked in but as I talked with Diane we were able to find the style I wanted! She also gave great ideas with the flowers to use, and I am so happy with the finished product! There is also has so much depth to the bouquet, which I had never seen before but I fell in love! Diane also did the rest of the wedding party's flowers and all the corsages and boutineers tied together wonderfully! It was icing on the cake, and just completed the day!I would highly recommend getting your flowers for any occasion here 😁

The compassion these women showed us as we walked in on the morning of our brothers funeral will forever warm our broken hearts. They went out of their way to help us choose the perfect arrangements and even offered to deliver them that same moment. This was a disappointment. It wasn’t even close to the picture advertised. I can understand some reasonable changes, but this isn’t acceptable for the price. I could have gotten a better bouquet at a grocery store.

Corsage & matching boutenier- forgot to get until last minute for my son's prom- Diana came through! From the time I placed the order to pick up was less than three hours- and the result was perfect!! Diana was awesome with giving suggestions which really helped. After talking with her on the phone a couple times and then talking with her when I picked my order up- she is a kind person that I would definitely have a coffee with. I will definitely be using her again!!

We went to Diane’s at the last minute for a floral arrangement for my mother, Louise’s, funeral. We were needing it the next day. Not only was the arrangement beautiful but they helped me pack it with ice packs to keep it fresh for a 3 hour drive in the trunk of our car in 90 degree weather. The flowers in the arrangement did not wilt and it looked great! I would highly recommend Diane’s for all of your floral needs!!!

I called Designs by Diana & Company, and asked to have a arrangement delivered to my sister in law. It was beautiful!! My sister in law is always pleased with her bouquets and raves and raves over them each time. We have used them many times, and always recommend this shop to our friends in the area as well. They always go above and beyond and will try to do things also at the last minute for us as well. I feel they are the best in the valley!! When I decided to go with Diana for my wedding I was super excited. The flowers were beautiful. And then as the days drew nearer she had called to let me know that she had forgotten to add a few things onto the invoice (my toddlers boutonnière and my flower girls wristlet) but she was just going to give them to us as a gift which was nice of her and we appreciated that. Then a few days later she had called me to ask what time I wanted things set up and when I told her that I wanted everything there and set up by no later than 3pm she told me that she “doesn’t want to be hung up all day” and that she would prefer to have everything there and set up by 11am. I then went to her shop to drop off painted bottles that we had arranged for her to deliver and set up at the wedding with the flowers inside of them. She had then called me to tell me that she “has an issue” and forgot to add one of the arrangements onto the invoice and that I needed to come pay her an extra $100 that same day that I had already went out to her shop and she had failed to mention that when we were there but refused to take responsibility for her mistake of forgetting to add this to the invoice. Which in turn should not be the customers issue if the owner of the company just forgets to add it on. So we once again drove out the following day to pay her the $100 to just be done with it and make sure things would go as planned on my big day. When the wedding day arrived she showed up 1.5 hours late to the venue (showed up at 12:30 when she made a big deal that she wanted to be there by 11 so that she still had time to do something with her weekend) and then didn’t even set up the bottles on the tables like we had paid her to do and she refused to reimburse my father after he had asked for a refund on that service since, once again, she did not perform the service we had PAID HER TO DO. Whatever you do, do not use this lady. She is disrespectful, dishonest, and has absolutely horrible customer service. She over charges and doesn’t stick to her word. She is very forgetful and will blame you for her mistakes. I will never recommend anyone to use this company.

We ordered a heart shaped arrangement (to stand on easel) for my dear mother-in-law's funeral. We looked at pictures and showed Diana about what we wanted, but we wanted all shades of purple and lilac with a couple of additions to what we saw in the picture. She told us it would be beautiful and she was absolutely correct. It was truly the prettiest arrangement I have ever seen. Before leaving it on her grave site we took it to the reception after the service and it smelled so wonderful. If you read this Diana we say THANK YOU! FYI: date of funeral was 10/29/16
