My dogs mean the world to me. We recently lost Mookie, she lived a long 18 years. They have always taken such great care of my animals. They're always kind and compassionate. Rocco is my 9-year-old American bully. He's deaf and he is very well loved by that office and he had a major surgery within the last couple months and they helped him along the way with a few complications in between. But they went above and beyond for my dog and he is doing excellent now. We love our vets! (All the office staff are amazing)

Friendly, capable staff. This veterinarian was recommended by our dog's breeder and we are happy with his knowledge and care. Our big boy seems to like going there too...probably because of the treats.

Our dog is kind of naughty. He has a bad reputation for biting. Dr. Bauscher is great with my dog. He's patient and slow moving so he doesn't react. We told the vet's office he's not friendly and they were prepared for him. It was great!

My husband and I have lived in three different states and taken our 5 animals to many different clinics and were never overly happy with any of our experiences at best. This Clinic is the BEES KNEES and I do NOT say this lightly - our animals are our babies and treated like royalty in our home! They are extremely efficient in their diagnostics, the kindest staff to both people/animals (and a couple of the babies aren’t the best patients lol) and VERY affordable. They NEVER try to oversell on medication or treatment and they LISTEN to your concerns. I could write a novel about this clinic and how much we love and appreciate them. They are our favorite thing about Idaho!To the staff: you’re making a difference in animals lives but you’re also making a difference in people’s lives. You have touch my heart in a million ways and I cannot thank you enough!

They take amazing care of our dogs Holly and Rhiannon! Great regular veterinarian with amazing staff and their portal makes keeping track of vaccines, deworming, check ups etc easy!

We had an appointment with this clinic for our small dog who was sick and dying, they refused to squeeze us in sooner than the allotted time, so we took her to an emergency animal hospital and had her put down, we called to cancel our appointment with this clinic that refused to bump us up a little in there schedule and they were flat out cold about it when we told them we had to put our beloved pet down that we had for 12 years. Whoever is working the phone or the front desk needs to learn a little bedside manner. Because it's very off putting and I will not be bringing any of my animals there there now.

Not terribly friendly about new patients and make you pay to schedule the first time. I understand the reason for the policy, but it is a huge turn off for new potential patients. They are also priced well above services offered by similar businesses.

New to the area and my 2 dogs needed updated rabies shots & a new vet. I was so pleased with the care my Hunter & Charlotte received at Canyon Small Animal Hospital. From my phone interaction to get info & set up an appointment, to the quick wait to be seen, everyone was friendly and professional. My dogs felt comfortable, there was no hard sell like I've had from other vets. Clean office, reasonable fees, great experience! I will definitely bring my pets back & refer them whenever possible.* updated 11/21 Still love this vet hospital, we sadly lost Hunter to cancer . They now take care of our new golden puppy and continue to care for Charlotte with her Addisons disease. Great staff, caring vets, good prices. I've recommended others to take their pets here.

I had to have my kitty put to sleep, and CSA was so compassionate. They gave me as much time with my kitty as I needed, before and after the procedure. From the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor, they were all amazing.

We had a small emergency with our dog. He had an infection. We really liked the staff, and how they treated us and our fur buddy. I noticed our dog wasn't feeling well. I called at 1:30 PM, and he was seen at 4:45 the same day. Meds and everything. Very reasonable rates too. Our new forever vet!

I am truly blessed and honored to have found this Veterinary practice when my senior Boston Terrier became severely hypoglycemic. They quickly assisted me getting her into the clinic, performed emergency assessment and got her blood sugar stabilized.Our pets are have become family. Deciding to end their suffering and letting go is so very hard to do. Dr Erin and her staff went above and beyond in assisting with this. End of life measures were carried out a few days later with the utmost care for both my beloved canine companion of 11 years and my family. We were given time before and after to grieve privately. Cremation was arranged.Thank you for helping "Patch" in finding the Rainbow Bridge.

They got my kitty in right away I called at 8 and they had an appointment for him at 9! They were so caring to him and to me and my concerns. They were quick and they have good prices! Everyone in there is so nice and helpful. It was a great experience except I feel the receptionist is not very friendly. Very dry. Didn't do anything wrong, just not very friendly. Dr. Erin was very helpful and understanding with my Tinkerbelle.🐾🐾

So grateful for Dr. Brett and his amazing staff. The experience was great from the time we entered the door until we walked back out of it. Our big loveable lug, Rock, absolutely loved them. He even went into the lab on his own to have his nails done and blood drawn without hesitation. He has never done that before so that says a lot. I have already recommended Canyon Small Animal Clinic to a good friend and will continue to tell everyone I can. Thank you for being the first to answer every question and concern we had.
