Amazing experience from start to finish. It's the first time since moving here 5 years ago that I needed a major repair on my Jeep and I was really nervous about finding a competent and honest mechanic. Overall great experience at Caldwell Automotive. Would recommend this place to anyone. We are on a road trip back to Texas and the A/C started acting funny. They got me in for an appointment super fast. Shoutout to Sarah and Robert for being extremely friendly and helpful (even at 8am!) great people, great service.

My car broke down, not sure what the problem was and I had to go out of state. My son called them (he had used them before) and asked them if they could look at my car. They has me bring it right in, I went out of town for a week and it was ready for me to pick up Mon morning. Couldn't ask for better service. The office staff was so nice and kept me up to date. Definitely a happy customer and of course I'll use them in the future.

THE most helpful and transparent mechanic shop I've ever used, and I'll only be using these guys in the future! The ladies I spoke to on the phone were super knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. My car came back running great, even $100 under what I was initially quoted, with a warantee! They're very budget-friendly and willing to work with you to prioritize what needs to get done. Super friendly, as well. I appreciate y'all!

These folks go above and beyond to help to get you back on the road. I was doing a DIY repair at home and decided to call Caldwell Automotive for help as I ended up in over my head. I was ready to tow my rig to their shop and pay for the repair.I got one of their mechanics on the phone and instead of reeling in the "catch of the day" for a sale, he instead talked to me for 5 minutes on the phone, coached me through the problem I was facing and gave me the confidence to finish things on my own. Unbelievable!!!I went into their shop a day or 2 later, after I successfully finished my repair at home, to thank him and pay him for his help. Again he refused to accept any money and simply said that I've now found a shop I can trust! Without a doubt, I trust these folks and anything I need in the future will end up at their shop. I will certainly recommend them to my family and friends!THANK YOU!!!

I was in the midst of a relatively last-minute cross country move from an island in the PNW to New England and knew I’d be staying with family in the Caldwell area for a few days. I called about an appointment to get an oil change and deal with a few other concerns on my old minivan (I was skeptical it could make the trip). Jennifer was incredibly helpful and squeezed me into a tight schedule, and had me stop in ahead of time to go for a ride with one of the mechanics to listen for a noise I was worried about (which magically stopped after I left the island, of course). Ultimately I was able to head east with some peace of mind and made it to Massachusetts with no car issues. It’s always so helpful to have a reliable, friendly, honest auto shop. If I lived nearby, this would be mine.

The folks at Caldwell Automotive have been taking care of my cars and truck for 12 plus years now and have done a fine job for me. I like the fact that they have a national warranty program, the best part is I have never had to use the warranty program as their work has always been good. Gotta love this place, they gave me a decent quote on repairs for my 2500 and as soon as I can I'm gonna let them do the work that my truck needs. They are reasonably priced. Have to get another vehicle first so I'm not stranded anywhere. But I'm gonna let them do the work.

Very friendly. My truck never acted up while they were trying to diagnose problem. Just before I picked it up problem that I described happened. They diagnosed problems,then didn't charge me for it and made an appointment to make repairs. I haven't had that kind of customer service in years.

Definitely recommend this company. We had our Van in another shop more than out. Finally after the 3rd time in the other shop we took it to Caldwell automotive to get alignment straight. They got it completed and now drives straight & you don't have to keep turning steering wheel.

These people are the greatest, really. We were traveling thru when the water pump went out. We called around with no luck of getting a tow to a shop that could not get to it for a week. About to give up... These guys had a great tow person and the car was ready before check out time at the hotel! They really rock!
