We went in looking for Sparkling Cider but couldn't find any. I asked a lady by the register who said it was on the center aisle. I looked and didn't see it, so I asked a gentleman (Scott) if he knew where it was. He didn't see any but took us up front and asked the same lady I had asked she said if it wasn't there it was gone. Well Scott went above and beyond and said let me go look. He went and looked and sure enough found it. It's so nice to have people that still like to help and go above and beyond to do it. I definitely appreciate his help.

My husband and I go at least once a week. We get all our camping and fishing stuff there and wild animal food plus other things. I only have a problem with one employee because he always makes a fuss on helping or just not happy to work at Bimart. One employee we enjoy seeing and saying hello to is Bev. She is always welcoming, and we are always greeted with a big smile and a hello welcome to Bimart. 🌟

I think that Bi-Mart is a cool place to shop. It pretty much has everything from clothes to ammunition. The only thing that I didn't see was refrigerated items, but then again I haven't walked all over the store.

The ad said 11.99 for canning jars regular or wide mouth. Rang up at 14.99 and 14.79 but cashier would only adjust price on the 14.79 one. There was no disticon the ad other than ball canning jars. I wasn't going to argue the point over less than 5 bucks but it adds up.

$5 for a lifetime membership. You bet! I've only had my membership for about a year but I've already won two drills and a outside canopy during their Tuesday number draws . I can honestly say that if you can't find it at Bi-Mart it probably doesn't exist LOL. I'm not a fan of feeding corporate Giants that of Force us to shop there. I'm not saying it will happen for everybody but I'm on a first name basis with the people there and absolutely love coming in.

Not my go to store.( Paul's the store originally at that location, had amazing prices and set up was mesmerizing. )Bi-mart takes some getting used too.The isle organization can improve, it's that and separating food from hardware and or anything edible!This store is more high end. Needs high end organization especially for those bottom up thinkers vs. Top down thinkers.I got nervous looking for rice, cheese, eggs and milk due to isle set up ! Where's my money for my thoughts Google !

One of your employees feels like anything negative about him is about his race. However, his skin color isn't what makes him lazy and ignorant.You keep letting this guy play the race card and you will never be able to fire him for his poor work ethic. Grow a back bone. Get rid of the employees that refuse to do their jobs. All these lazy folks do is cost you money. This is supposedly an employee owned business. Every lazy employee suckling off the corporate title without working to their best ability has no business owning a single share of an employee owned company.You did good getting rid of bed bug human and play the hurt card human. I know it's hard finding bodies to work in this new generation, but you will just have to churn through applicants til you find the right people to make your location flourish. Don't hire someone out of desperation. I can come consult for you if you like, but I'm expensive.

The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The staff can easily direct me or take me to what I am looking for. Always a simple and easy shopping experience. If they don't have what I need they can usually tell me where I can find it. Now that is great service and keeps me coming back.

Incredibly disappointed in bi marts customer service. I sent my sister and brother in law to buy 2 TV's for my business. The ones I wanted, that showed in stock online, were out. Okay no big deal. They picked a different one that was similar, a bit more expensive, but again, no big deal. An employee goes to the back to retrieve them, they get up to the register, it rings up almost $75 more than the sale price advertised by bimart. 4 managers later, they would not honor the price THEY had posted. Waste of time for everyone involved and they left with no TV's.We won't be returning. I'll pay a little more to shop elsewhere, where they will own up to their mistakes and honor pricing posted in the store. I've worked customer service my entire life, and I've always done everything I can to make it right for the customer. Shopping at bi Mart, I've spent well over the $150 discount we would have ended up with. I hope they took the pricing sign down for future customers, because they definitely won't honor it if the sign is still up.

Great store with multiple products. Better than Walmart. Lots of parking with very helpful clerks. Bought rifle shells here that even sportsman whse don't carry. Was very satisfied with all the products on hand and in store help. Will return before I even think of going to wally world. Great sports dept and lawn and garden. 1st time here but it won't be my last.

I love the ease of being able to pick up multiple items in one trip. Store was clean and check out moved quick , especially with the long Christmas shopper lines. Parking lot is ample and there are multiple handicap spots up close. My only complaint is that the prices matching items on the shelves were very hit or miss, which made it hard to find the correct prices and we were in a hurry. Good selection of items ranging from hunting to kitchenware and everything in between. Overall wonderful experience

Been going to this store since it opened in Caldwell. Prices are always competitive and staff is friendly and helpful. The departments are well stocked and I generally find whatever I'm looking for with the exception of some specialty items which I really didn't expect to find anyways. Overall a great store to pick up most anything you'll need around the house, and maybe outside too!

The parking lot is tight. The store is well laid out and clearly marked. The selection is pretty good. My biggest gripe is getting help in any of the departments. I would argue it’s a staffing issue and not a staff issue though. I’ve always been treated kindly by all the staff.
