Good so far…just dropped off a wool rug. Very pleasant people to work with. Ryan picks up the phone immediately.Will update when the rug is home and unrolled!Well, the rug came out great. Service was on time and I had a chance to meet the whole family. What a great team. Pleasant and efficient. Very sophisticated machinery in the warehouse for their rug cleaning operation. I highly recommend this place.

All American Carpet Care is a great company. They came out to clean 3 couches that had marks and stains from pets and kids. After the initial cleaning some of the stains resurfaced and they came to take care of it to make sure the job was done right. Oswaldo was also very nice and professional. Great work and great company.

I had two large areas rugs cleaned and I’m very happy. They look and feel great and don’t smell like anything, which is exactly how I know they are clean. The pickup and drop off service was appreciated and the staff were on time both times. Will definitely use them again!

Highly recommend! They were late to the job but called to see if it would be alright if they came late in the evening or if I would prefer to reschedule. I appreciated the communication and that they cared about not inconveniencing me. They arrived with a whole crew and did great work at a good price.

Exceptional rug cleaning service, door to door. The rug I had cleaned was old, well used by adults, kids, and pets. Was going to toss it because I thought the 2” artificial shag was un-cleanable after 5-6 years of nothing but haphazard vacuuming. All American picked the rug up, cleaned it far beyond my expectations and delivered it back to my door looking like it did day one. They communicated clearly and effectively throughout the week long process. No surprises. No nonsense. Just exceptional work and service for reasonable and competitive prices. 10/10, will use again. Recommendation: Promote ahead of peers.

Was not impressed with the time spent doing it. Didn’t call to see if they could do deeper cleaning and called it a standard cleaning and I doubt if any pretreatment was done. For a 5 room carpet job a little over an hour was not enough time to really work the carpet. And seeing wand marks doesn’t mean it’s clean. I’m selling the home and the clients are asking if it was cleaned because it’s not a good job. Sorry but never will give them a referral.Even after calling to express my dissatisfaction just got blown off with a boast of 28 years experience and nothing offered to resolve the issue. Ending the call abruptly. $275 wasted!!

Blake and Jarron were awesome! On time, great at communicating what we needed, and answering any questions! My kids were very interested in what they did so they took the time to show them each step of the process, made it fun, and even showed us how they pack up their van (the kids loved that!) Very reliable guys and will definitely use them again!

They did a great job of cleaning my dryer vent and stretching the carpet. Both workers were very nice and professional. My big concern is after cleaning up after the carpet stretching there was 2 holes present in our hallway from the stretching that are gonna be really hard to get rid of or to hide. Otherwise I’m very happy with their service and how fast they got everything done. They came back within the hour and fixed everything and the holes are no longer noticeable.

Blake was the one who came and did my carpets for me. He was extremely nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. He was really quick too! My carpets were a disaster from my pets, and their products were able to get them out and smelling better.
