Constantly get things wrong. Will add two profiles then say they can't find anything and then just chew gum and tell you to solve your own damn problem several of the pharmacists are rude and act like they could care less. And they all chew gum while they talk to you

I have went here for over 8 years. Chase was amazing. He left and it all went down hill from there. Samantha tries to be a know it all and has a massive attitude problem, when she really knows very little. Every time I have got my medication when she tried to make it hard to get for no reason. Most of these new employees like to play gate keeper too and like to be the "decider" lol when you have a prescription from a doctor..... they need to fill it period. I have stories for days and an actual prescription that a pharmacy tech wrote on and scribbled stuff out on it. I won't even go into it. But this pharmacy is horrible now. Go elsewhere. They lie as well. Samantha truly doesn't know anything though but acts like she does and I always feel so embarrassed for her. Like if I was her and acted that way, i would be so embarrassed. she has no clue what she is talking about. Its like telling her the sky is blue and to look at the sky it's blue and showing her..... then she will look right at it and say nope it's purple. Lol so embarrassing.

Dropped off prescription at 1:30 went to pickup At 7 and they said another 10 min and the pharmacist would do it immediately 25 min later the pharmacist said they couldn't find the prescription so they couldn't even fill it what a waste of time

Do not ever get a prescription from this pharmacy. They lie about the status of your meds or if they are even in the system. I've been given meds with a wrong pill in the bottle a long with too many other issues to count. When I tried switching pharmacy's the new pharmacy had to call 3 times to get them to send my medications over. They gave myself and my wife more attitude than I've ever recieve at any establishment. The incompetence that the employees show at this pharmacy is immeasurable.

Staff is friendly, the company doesn't seem to be able to manage med ordering and following up with customers when there is an issue they are unaware of. Stayed with them for nearly 10 years, but it was time to move along

If you want to be left on hold and not be returned, have your new prescription not explained to you, to be lied to about the status of your prescription and wait almost a hour to get your prescription filled, and finally be over charged for them not using the right insurance card. This is the correct poor excuse of a pharmacy for you. Ill never be returning, my girlfriend use to love this pharmacy a couple years ago and since then this place has gone down hill.

They have been great for a year until I tried to fill a new prescription that is time sensitive. Went to fill my prescription and they would not give it to me because I had “missed my window” I now have to wait another month to start and all because they wouldn’t process my prescription that day or the following. They were also rude to me each time and it was their fault for not following FDA regulations and rules. And I got no apology either.Thank you Albertsons I am switching to Walgreens!

Finally, at 12:05 p.m. on August 20, my prescription was ready at the Blaine Street SAVON pharmacy. There had been a simple admin error but poor communication. I made several phone calls and received assistance from two other SAVON pharmacies in the area. Things looked brighter. Also, my doctor's office phoned the Blaine Street pharmacy.So today, I walked into the Blaine street store. The pharmacist went above and beyond. She gave very clear instructions and was friendly. Unfortunately, the SAME woman waited on me as yesterday. This was my 3rd trip there. After the pharmacist gave me instructions and walked away, the SAME woman (wearing no name tag) handed me my sack and said "You're outta here!"

I have never had a worse experience. Every single time I am in line for over 35 minutes. This is day number 2 trying to pock up rd in line nearly 40 minutes and have gone through 3 customers. This is in absurd. The staff is overworked, the space is too small and I am tired of this. Grow to the demand Albertsons or I am switching. I would hate to switch because I have used you pharmacy for me and my family for years but this is out of control.

I soend a lot of time in Vancouver WA and I can pickup my RX at either Albertsons on Blaine or Safeway 4th Plain stores with a phone call, both Phamacys are equally easy to deal with and they always get it right! Thanks to both of your staffs!

Simply put, Rick and Heather are exceptional!I needed a tetanus shot ( I won't go into the gruesome details on this), and had great difficulty ACTUALLY finding a location at which to get this done (these details are more gruesome than the injury, itself: false/incorrect phone and internet information regarding whether or not I "have to be a patient" and, thus, must get/pay for a full exam; confusion as to whether I would be getting a shot for "tetanus" or "TB", two very different shots; and, of course, scheduling issues. These are just the highlights of the adventure)Honestly, I had given-up and was actually considering that "tetanus shouldn't really be a worry; I mean, it's just an old rusty nail, right?" (among other foolishnesses).I decided to make one last call before finally giving-up. This lead me to speaking with Rick at the Albertsons Pharmacy on Blaine.Within the hour, I had my tetanus shot; felt secure that I was dealing with professionals (and friendly ones at that!!!); was more-than-satisfied with the service provided; was made to feel comfortable (despite the fact that they were clearly busy!); did not have any concerns about having to mortgage or pawn anything or sell either of my children; and did not have the slightest concern that anything I signed might have waved my rights as a a living, breathing organism.Okay, so this all may seem like I just needed a venue for my histrionics; perhaps this is the case. But let's consider two things:1. Were it not for that phone call with Rick, then my interaction with Heather, I would be spending the next several weeks wondering if/when the lockjaw would start... that is, if I were to live that long.2. My last vaccination of any kind was somewhere close to 40 years ago. I haven't been to a physician in about as long.I have held a firm (and well warranted) distrust of the medical industry for decades.Now, go back and re-read the above.

Horrible service. Do not choose this as your pharmacy if you have a job, a family, or anything else to do as you will spend many hours waiting to fill Rx's, correcting filled Rx's, and convincing staff you got the wrong meds. Tried to fill a Rx today, told to return in 30 mins, came back to find out Rx didn't get entered right so come back in 45 mins! I understand they get busy, just don't waste my time by saying "30 minutes", then let me drive home to find out somehow I was given some other medications that doesn't even match the label? Some of these are for my children.

2020 UPDATE!!!!!! I HAVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THE ENTIRE STAFF OF THIS PHARMACY HAS CHANGED MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE PAST YEAR. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MAYBE ONE OR TWO EMPLOYEES. THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. HORRENDOUS WAIT TIMES AND CONSTANT ATTITUDE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.I've been going to this pharmacy for about 30 years, and have always been really happy with the service they've provided. The staff are outstanding. It's so nice to have a pharmacy that takes the time to care and be concerned with my individual needs. There's no other pharmacy I would consider. EVER!!!
