He was helpful with insight regarding online options and savings, and assistance at the checkout counter as well. He’s truly a rare gem. That’s why I’m writing this. Thank you Justin! The staff here is great but I want to specifically shout out to Katrina in the bakery! I've interacted with her twice and each time she made my day brighter. Some people just deliver-happily, she's one of those people and her customer service skills make her feel like a friend. Shes awesome and I'll look for her any time I need a cake 😎

Not only prices have gone up, but there has been more than 10 times where I have to go back to get a refund as they charged the wrong price. Customer service tonight ( 4/6/24 @7:30 ) the lady, was pretty rude when my husband asked the 3 women that were right in front of the self check out station just talking, if any of them can help, guess their conversation at work was more interesting. I think if they don’t like to deal with the public should go get another job.

All the ladies at this store are simply outstanding, especially Christina. I'm always treated like a friend and a neighbor. The store is always very clean, organized and well stocked. They always have great sale prices too, but really it's the warm and friendly service that makes me look forward to coming here.

Tonia refused to allow us to go through self check out in a completely empty store.Sayin that more than 15 items it was not allowed even though it is not posted anywhere that that is the rule. Candace and Kathy rang us up and apologized . i have been shopping there for 20 years she is the only cashier i have had an issue. There were 19 Items on my reciept

Managers really need to know which sodas are Pepsi products if they are gonna do a sale. I spent 10 minutes arguing with the manager about if Mountain Dew is a Pepsi product. I asked her if the sale was only for Pepsi or if it was for Pepsi products she said it was for Pepsi products, but Mountain Dew didn’t count because Mountain Dew was not a Pepsi product. I didn’t get any soda as I just wanted to get out of the store.However, if there is a deal on Pepsi products, please make it known, which are Pepsi products so that way people don’t have to argue with them

I ordered a half sheet birthday cake for my 23 year old granddaughter in pink with white ehip cream icing and for decoration I asked for punk flowers and ping writing. Their effortless work was only good enough for just the writhing m, NO ROSES, NOTHING! ARE THEY THAT LAZY THEYRE OK TO SEND OUT A DULL LOOKING CAKE LIKE THEY DID. I DIDNT PICKVUP THE CAKE, MY BAD OR I WOYLD TOLD THEM TO PUT FLOWERS ON IT. DO I NEED TO HOLD THEIR HAND? VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Albertsons is a lot more expensive then the other grocery stores in the area. The merchandising team definitely went the wrong way on competitive pricing. Sausage crumbles $5.99 I pay $3.49 @ Walmart for the exact same think. $9.99 for a 12 pack of soda, $6.99 for a six pack. Paying almost double isn't worth the convenience. On the plus side they do carry ice cream for my dog.

I ran in for some quarters, I've never been in in years. was told to go to register and buy something. while waiting in line, as l was next up, cashier who heard me at service desk got off her break and took the guy waiting behind me. now I know retail and that was b.s. i should've been pulled out of the line first. So I glady, a little irritated, 8 am up and I tap to get my purchase, it did not ask if I wanted change , just processed and spit out receipt! there is no notice or warning. I was told, like I was an idiot, that I couldn't use tap to get cash back and I would have to purchase something else to get the cash I needed! Very poor customer service. I've worked in grocery/retail long enough tobkniw that I was not treated fairly or respectfully . never going here again and telling my friends about my recent and last trip to Albertsons. You get better treatment at Walmart!

This is such a great store. I always enjoy When I visit this store. It's always so nice, clean and neat. All the store employees are always more than happy to assist me if I need anything. They always have plenty of my favorite wonderful pistachios available.

Great little neighborhood Market for quick in and out trips or for stocking up for the week. The deli, bakery, meats, and produce people are all so helpful. This location has a pharmacy which is helpful.

Mostly it’s convenient. It helps that they have a good rewards program and I get a discount on gas. We’ve never had any problems with their products. The staff at the two stores I use are super great.

Purchased 2 cuts of grass-fed beef on 7/9 only to return home and realize the date on the meat was five days prior (7/4!). Why are you trying to sell meat that's Five days past the "sell by" date? I wonder how many other customers took home this "expired" meat?

Weekly deals at the meat counter. 1st Thursday of the month is senior day (55+) get 10% off.They desperately need more people running the checkouts. One register open and 2 at the customer service center. 2 dozen people running around the store blocking isles with inventory. Cross training people is a real thing.... I have a difficult time getting handicap parking but the online pickup is always empty

It would be a great store but I can't afford to shop here much. I'll grab one or two items because cheaper stores are further away but the prices are way too high. It's hit or miss on employee knowledge and friendliness.

Popped by to pick up some bag salad. Only two checkers at the registers and one was leaving for the end of the day. I had to wait a bit to get checked out. The self service lanes were jammed.... I mostly don't have a pleasant time at Albertsons in Caldwell. The Caldwell stores are WAY less stocked that just about ANY other Albertsons in the Treasure Valley. Many times when a sale flyer comes out, the Albertsons stores in Caldwell don't have ANY of the items in stock. The Caldwell Albertsons employees tell us that the other stores get the sale items, but they don't usually get them in Caldwell. So, we've been driving to Nampa to go to the Fred Meyer grocery store. We've found Fred Meyer to be MUCH better stocked than the Caldwell Albertsons stores.

Very expensive, their app to save money is horrible and makes my phone crash every time, coupon app is not user friendly. Walmart is much cheaper but Albertson's has a monopoly in this town

This store treats me so much better than all the rest, maybe it's the employees, maybe it's just that I feel comfortable here. If your looking for reasonable prices, a clean store, and good people this is the place for you.

Of all the stores I shop, this is the worst. Most of the front-end help is fairly rude. I like shopping almost any store over this store. The only reason I go in there is that it is closest to where we live. From here on out I will drive to any other store over that store.

Ordered white cake with chocolate whipped topping frosting. Arrived to pick it up & it had white frosting. They remade it but then when we got home & cut into it we realized we got a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Still wrong!

I love Albertsons. But when I went in on January 4th at 6pm. I didn't have a very good experience. When I went to ask about a price the cashier Jen, wasn't helpful at all. She said they were too understaffed to do a price check. So when I went back to grab the price tag and let them know that the chicken was in the wrong place. But Jen, instead of helping me just waited while I was in another line, to inform the cashier of the exact same thing that I was already telling her. She made me feel uncomfortable and like a criminal the difference on the tag and the marked price was $2. I would have happily paid it but not when I'm going to be treated poorly.So I don't understand how Jen had enough time to wait behind me and follow me but not do a simple price check. I have no problem doing it myself it's just the attitude that nobody needs.Like everyone is going through something. Let's be nice to each other.

Overpriced, and is only in it for the owners benefit! Only thing that's great is the weekly deals, which are the only items that should be purchased anyway! The disadvantages of paying the double retail daily prices drain your pockets and strain the economy!

I know Albertsons is kinda pricey but they have good quality meats,fruitsand veggies, sometimes you have to pay a little more for better quality. Employees are always kind and helpful, store is always clean and organized and if you use the store app you can usually save some money and that's always a plus.
