Horrible customer service. If you order groceries on line to pick up it doesn't give you any time to get your order in before it changes your time slot to an hour later instantly. If you try to use 2 different cards to split a payment it doesn't work. The when you go to pick up your groceries you check in on the app like it says and end up waiting 20 min then call the store just for them to say oh yeah the app never works you have to call. It would of been nice to know that. So stressful and such a wast of your time. Go to Walmart they even have better service and give you time to oder your food and add replacements before it tries to change your time.

I went shopping at this store a few weeks ago and purchased a large amount of groceries ($400 worth). Part of my shopping included raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, 2lbs of roast beef and 1lb of cheese from the deli (for sandwiches). The items that I listed did not last a week in my fridge. The berries ($4 - $5 per container) were all starting to mold and the lunchmeat ($11 per pound) and cheese ($7 - $8 +/-) smelled like death when I opened them up to make a sandwich.I have to say, with the rising cost of groceries, having to literally throw $40+ of food into the trash was not a good feeling. I used to work in a grocery store stocking merchandise and I know that all of the dated food is moved to the front of the stack and the fresh items are in the back. I ALWAYS pull my items form the back so they have the longest shelf life. It is just been frustrating situation, being that this scenario is not a one time issue for me. It has started to become a pattern of me having to throw food away because it starts to rot before AI even have a chance to use it. It is unfortunate, especially knowing what we are all paying for food nowadays.

No the best one I've been to. Their cinnamon rolls, have no frosting. And are dey and Albertsons is one the place I go to for cinnamon rolls.

This is a nice grocery store in Caldwell, Idaho. Plenty of parking. The store is in a good, central location in Caldwell. Lot's of selection of everything you might want. The staff was very nice.

What a great selection of everything. Loved that you can buy small quantities that fit an empty nester life style. We were impressed with the quality of the produce. All the employees that we encounter were polite and helpful. The store was very clean and well organized. We definitely will be back.

This store is always clean and well stocked, all of the employees are super helpful and polite. The management is always present and attentive to the needs of customers. I wish their prices were better though, honestly I only go here when I can't justify the trip to Walmart (sorry). Nevertheless, overall an excellently ran neighborhood market and I'm glad they're just a couple blocks away.

Staff is always so nice! This Albertsons always has the best things. When looking for fresh veggies their selection is very clean and prepared for you.The pharmacy is top notch! I went 2 hours before close on Christmas eve Eve and they got the prescription done in 20 min for me!💖 Thank you so much!!Delicious desserts there!Our family likes their chicken meals. Thankful they extended their hours for that.The hot chicken area people were so nice! Very helpful

The store is very clean and well laid out. Great staff. Fresh cut produce is always very fresh. They have a great pharmacy with a drive-thru as well off of Blaine Street. The store is accessible from both Blaine and Cleveland boulevard.

I got a cake from the bakery but they wouldn't let me take it until I proved i paid for it. Why has that changed? Asked for one behind the counter and they said they would get it ready while I paid for it. I told them ok I have more shopping today do, since I was back by the bakery I thought I would try to pick it up, nope have to show the receipt, i hadn't gone thru the cashier yet, just trying to save myself a trip. Why do I have to show a receipt at the bakery to get the same type of cake I can get out of the freezer?

My experience at this store today was awfully bad because they refused to give me my money back. What happened was that a few days ago I bought a box of eggs, and some of the eggs turned out to be red in the inside and this wasn’t the first time this had happened while buying eggs from this store. Today I went to the store and showed them an egg that was red and they said sometimes those things could happen and they could do nothing about it.😶

Solid selection of pretty much anything you could be looking for. Only reason I mark it as a 4 instead of 5 star is the layout is a little random. All of the foods needing to be kept cooler are separated and spread throughout the whole store.

The store has some nice options, and hard to find cat food. But everything is really expensive here. Customer service could have been better as well, especially when paying that high of a dollar for groceries. Check out was confusing, it wouldn't tell me if it accepted the phone number or not. Lots of activity outside and I kind of liked that.

Extremely overpriced and I don't know what it is about staff, but when I asked something as basic as can be, three people stood there and one just sort of gesticulated to the corner of the store. They were wrong, too. I felt bad for them, because they were clearly overwhelmed and exhausted.For what this place is charging, surely they can pay their employees more to help them feel like it's worth doing the basics. Absolutely a management and ownership issue. Make me wonder how much money is being made by those behind the curtain, compared to the actual workers keeping the store running in a pandemic.

EDIT: I decided to give this store another chance and it was SO much better!! It was clean, there was no smell and the staff were incredibly helpful when I had a payment issue.What an excellent turn around from before!!------------------The seafood section smells like fish in the worst way. The last time I was in there, the whole store smelled like rotten meat though, so I guess they're improving..... Would not recommend.

I like the size of this store. Not too big, not too small. What really sets it apart though is the level of customer service exhibited by all the employees I've interacted with. They truly will go out of their way to help you.Big shout-out to the meat department. They'll make sure you get that right cut of meat, or piece of seafood you want.I asked the busy-butcher if he could cut me a 4lb. Bottom-round and slice it for jerky I wanted to make. He dropped what he was doing, went to the back to cut it, brought it back out to ask me if it looked alright, which it did. He even trimmed off the fat(ideal for jerky). Then he showed me a couple sample slices to ensure it was the correct thickness for my jerky.Saved me from having to use my own meat-slicer!I doubt you can find that kind of service, especially at that level of concern for the customer, at many other places!

Shopping itself was easy though, I'd never been inside before. However, the Self Check-out is really complicated considering you can't even move anything anywhere, without going through ridiculous steps. Or in our case she had to walk over 4 times to reset the terminal and politely tells us what we did that time... I understand the staffing situation and most stores utilize some form of self check out. But, it's not just impersonal and shows lack of care. I literally had to be scolded by a machine 😐.
