I would like to redo that survey I didn't realize the survey switched to Walmart my online experience has always been better. A lot of the items in the store inventory was low on the shelves but there were packages everywhere on pallets. I went in for supply lines for my kitchen faucet. They had tons of plenty of faucets and shower heads and fittings for the sink but no supply lines for them.As I was getting ready to check out the employees were standing around complaining about customers common while they were ignoring everyone at the self-checkouts. This has been a problem ongoing for a while now. There's a lot of homesteaders here where a very hard-working group of people. It's irritating us to no end how these staff members are treating us.Like I said my online experience has been great The delivery systems working. I just got an email from Walmart and they're willing to compensate me for a delayed delivery. So I can say that the online experience has been a thousand times better than going into the store that suits me just fine.

I purchased a new puppy. I've done rescue dogs all my life. Accordingly. I buy dog and cat treats, at Walmart. Great price, "always fresh!"

My favorite Walmart! It's clean, not trashy, and well stocked. The automotive department is the best I've seen. Christina the automotive manger is very nice. With the advice of Forrest, she's sold me two new sets tires in the last year. When I pick up a 3rd vehicle next year, I'll be coming back for more new tires.

Great place to shop locally. A little on the smaller side of Walmarts though. They have pretty much everything you could want though. Nice to see that they have a mom room for relaxing. They actually ask people if they need any help finishing items in the store. That’s pretty rare these days at 99% of Walmarts. Wish it was like it used to be back in the 90’s

I was purchasing a product at the self check out when I realized I need a gift receipt being as stubborn as I am I flondered around for a while making no progress, the attendant came and asked, gift receipt? She proceeded in seconds to produce what I spent 5 min trying unsuccessful. My complaints to the attentiveness of the attended, success without embarrassment.

I went in to Walmart to purchase a curl bar. I obviously needed the weights that went with it. I asked to Walmart attendant to verify that the box of weights that I had, was the right ones for the curl bar. She said that they were so I purchased the curl bark and the weights and departed. When I got home, I found, after opening the box of weights, that they were not the right weights for the curl bar, the hole being too large as the weights were Olympic size, not curl bar size. I took the weights back and got a refund. I asked again, for the weights for the curl bar, but they only had one weight, not the requisite 2 needed for a curl bar. They said that they were probably on order and should be there in the next few days. I have been waiting for 3 weeks, re-visited the department several times and always find the single 1 weight that was there originally. What commercial sense does it make to sell a curl bar, but not stock the requisite weights for that curl bar. The fact that I have made repeated trips to the store to aquire these items and the still do not have them, says to me that they are aware of the problem but consider it my problem not theirs. They still have a healthy stock of curl bars, but still no weights to make the curl bar functional. I am going to return the curl bar and buy my equipment elsewhere. I should say that other than this, all of my other standard shopping at this location has been fine. I have since gone back, talked to a manager and a few helpful employee's, and they addressed all of my problems and resolved the issues. It took a while and had to talk to the right people, but once I did, the problems were resolved. Thank you for the nice people that finally addressed my problems, I wish all of the people there were as helpful as the last ones that I talked to.

Times for delivery are offered, and then they just delay the order unexpectedly. Don't plan on ordering items for dinner. You'll be left hanging! Such a bummer!

I blew out a tire while traveling from Oregon to Texas. I showed kup to the tire shop at 5 minutes before they closed. The Service people without hesitation got right to me and replaced the blowout and one other tire before they left for the day..I was pleased with the customer service and the fact they did not scoff at the time I got there but where very happy to get me back on the road..fast friendly service at this location...

I want to thank the automotive dept. for the excellent work a man did onfixing my tire on my car today. He was very good at finding the problem with my tire, very honest and only charge me a few $. Don’t know his name but you will know him by asking the people who work there about the red 2011 Hyundai he fixed the tire on. Two ladies from Star Idaho, thank you very much Sir. 9/7/23

I’m reviewing Rita today in the customer service department. I had to return something and my phone died just as I went to open the app. She had a plug in and plugged my phone in with a smile. She went on to help 3 more customers in record time while I waited for my phone to charge a bit to open the app. I have never had such a positive experience at a Walmart return counter! I told her she was just running Walmart and she deserved a raise or a bonus! Her lead said I could do a review and that’s where this led me. Great job today Rita! The world needs more people like you! Helpful strong and smiling! ♥️

Rita in the customer service department was horrible she uses words that are unprofessional and make you feel very uncomfortable. Not to mention how rude she is staring you down and telling you that she can stare if she wants to. I am thankful that another employee noticed her rude attitude and decided to step in. It was not just me she was rude to, but also the woman behind me. I truly feel like management needs to step in on her unprofessionalism, and either relocate her to a different department, or coach her .

I love going to Walmart, and I also travel a lot. The Walmart in Burley is the most awkward as far as the arrangements. I had to ask for help several times to find my items.Beyond that, it is a very friendly place and I enjoy going there.

I'm in there just about every day so I have a few of the employees I have fun with . There is one gal who is really funny and very attentive she is in electronics, the prices are a bit steep but over all they work hard to make things easier for us

Wenatchee Walmart is the place to go. Clean, friendly employees, and well stocked. The online grocery service has been a special blessing. With both my husband and myself ill it is a convenience that has worked out well.
