One star is well deserved for a few reasons. First, you can't return things after two months even with receipt. I have some very expensive hardware pieces that are overages from a project that took longer than two months. Naturally I have returns, but I must retain the items.Secondly, it is the slowest checkout experience I have ever faced in my 36 years of life.Thirdly, all things are overpriced.It's just beyond me how these very poor decisions have been made. Sad, and such a waste of potential. It's a nice building in a good location. I will avoid this store like the plague and would advise others to do the same.

Usually it’s a very nice place but today the staff was very rude! One of the older cashier saw me struggle to put my products on the cash register area keep in mind I’m 6 months pregnant and I was taking my time to put the strawberry’s I had on the cash register, she obviously saw me struggling while I had other things in my hand and as soon as I put everything on the cash register area she tells me I’m a very rude way “it’s closed go to the other line” so now I’m struggling to put everything back, as soon as I get to the other line she offers to help some other people? Kind of rude.

1st day of Stokes fresh sushi bar! Flavors are wonderful! Ingredients taste fresh! The rice is maybe not quite sticky enough.On the cucumber & avocado roll the rice was not rolled thick enough, and maybe not evenly spread. This caused the pieces to fall apart on the way to my mouth. However, the freshness of the ingredients was spot on!The dragon roll! The presentation was beautiful, the flavors wonderfully layered, and the texture wasn't mush. Perfectly made.Way to go Stokes!

We bought food from the fresh food kitchen for lunch and it tasted and looked like it was made this morning. I hope we don't get food poisoning. Our dog ended up eating it.Food prices were mislabeled and customers always pay more at checkout.

The prices are higher than big name stores, but they carry items that other places don't. For example: we have a dog that's very picky about his food and he requires a special diet. They are the only ones that carry it. Not even the pet stores in Twin have it.They also carry some local products such as the Popcorn Shop from Pocatello (so good).And we are addicted to the fried chicken and fresh sushi. Yummy

We live in Twin, but this store has different options. We drive over every once in a while to grab food. Their hot food delicious is delicious. They also have a cute boutique area in the front that has cute items for sale.

Good place for basic groceries and home and yard supplies. Their pharmacy is the only pharmacy that I have found in Burley, that is not judgemental, professional, helpful and pleasant, as a result, it is the only one that I will ever patronise.

Watch the computer screen while checking out and check your receipts!! Considering that Stokes prices are on the higher end as far as groceries go I tend to only shop there for specific items on sale. 9 times out of 10 there's always something that doesn't ring up right! Stokes is seriously lacking when it comes to keeping up on properly pricing for their own advertised sale items.

This place has great hours. The grocery side is well organized and they have a number of unexpected items. Go look. It's pretty cool.The True Value side is great too. All the bins are a jumbled up mess, so you gotta dig, but that's okay by me. If they got the parts I need they're alright by me. If you go after 5pm odds are no staff will be in the hardware side. If a staff is there they barely know where they are and they know even less about the store's inventory or purpose. So it's exactly like all the other hardware stores in that respect.Great store.

They are slightly higher in price but they definitely research the best quality products to put on their shelves you absolutely get what you pay for there and you can buy everything from patio furniture to sushi rolls they are a one stop shop for all your events love it !!!!

Nice deli and bakery in store. Food is excellent! On the grocery part it is higher priced than most other grocery stores but they have a nice selection and variety of things. There is even a Ace True Value in one half of the store! All around a great place if you can afford the extra money.

Been a customer for as long as stokes was in different location. Went there today and had a tray of fruit slip out of my hands. Right in front of a stock boy. Not only did he walk right past me, but as I as cleaning it up, as I would have anyways because we it’s my mess, another girl employee walked right past me twice!! Gave me nothing or offered nothing. I then went to the front were I was ignored yet again by a grocery bagger that was not even bagging groceries. Teach your employees customer service.

If you're looking for milk and windshield wipers, this is your store!Ok seriously they carry a lot of cool stuff. Check out the seasonings in the meat department, it's behind the paint department. The floor plan is crazy, yet it's functional.

this store is like how they did it in the olden days when they had mercantiles. it has a pharmacy, grocery store that has baked goods and anything else you can think of, handmade specialty items, holiday decorations galore, plants, Hardware, toys, and the list goes on. I have never been in a cooler, cleaner, and more well stocked store than here. rarely will you ever find a gym of this quality and this size that offers so much. absolutely love being there and spending the time I did with my family there looking at things and getting great products. this is the best grocery store I have ever been to In My Life!

I shop at here on a regular basis and always loved this store until today. After I made my purchase and started walking out to my truck an associate named Pam followed me and began accusing me of stealing simply because I walked into the beer cooler and did not buy any beer due to the fact that they did not have my brand in stock and she said I was suspicious cause I zipped my jacket prior to walking in the cooler. It's a cooler and it's winter so everyone wears jackets. The way she treated me was completely disrespectful and embarrassing. When I ask to speak to a manager she said she is the manager and when I asked for someone above her she pointed me to a young lady not in uniform and she said "I am not a manager", it was bad enough already and now she is lying to me. I will not let this go until my complaint is heard and this is rectified.

The meat department is great, both staff and deals, love their donuts. I'm glad they started packaging the ice cream balls so children with snot covered hands can't finger them anymore and I'm surprised to see donuts in stock even later in the day but their very popular so I thought it would be a matter of time before they get made through out the day.

I went to get a cake today, we had some miscommunication I guess and the cake had not been made. I didn't get the lady's name but the bakery manager was the sweetest ever, she made she to get the cake ready, and even gave me a phone call to apologize. Now that's good customer service if you ask me !!

Came in to get some donuts for a company meeting. I was skeptical about the price, but after tasting the donuts, all the employees asked me where I got the donuts and I said Stokes.Well worth it and very delicious.

Only like going to this store if Smith doesn't have what I need. They are expensive and checkout is extremely slow. They do have a really good housewares department.

This place is great! The employees are genuinely nice. The scalloped potatoes in the deli were surprisingly good. The sushi does not taste like grocery store sushi, we ate it 3 times while in town. The person making the sushi deserves a raise!
