They have A LOT of stuff!!! You just walk around until you see something you want/need or something that could be helpful. It is a mess which is why you just wander. I did take a cart with two kids and I made it work. Overall, they have a lot to offer and I think you'll be able to find what you weren't looking for. 😉

Decent products but often disorganized and customer service is efficient but cold. The cashiers have never seemed happy to be there.

THEY STEAL! yes you get your stuff but when you check out, they pretend like they put stuff inside the bag and they don’t even tho you paid for it. So not only did they steal but they won’t admit it or give us a refund. CHECK WHAT YOUR CASHIER IS PUTTING INSIDE THE BAG.

Found some random cool stuff in the discount section but the most memorable thing was how expensive some things were compared to other stores, selling some of the same things, within walking distance. Management probably needs to do some research on pricing but that is assuming they have any control over that at all.

They have good deal sometimes. But often the store is messy and disorganized with boxes and large items blocking aisles. Don't try and use a cart because most of the aisles aren't wide enough for it.

I love Ross! I'm so happy they are in Burley. They have such great stuff at amazing prices. Part of what makes it great is how unique the items are that I find. So far, the employees have been very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

I am Happy that there is Ross in little ole Burley Idaho. Great Deals, Good Quality. We bought all my Nephews School Clothes there. Including Shoes. I have an addiction to their Kitchen Products!

Most Ross's have a good selection of different styles of clothes but i rarely find anything here. The store is kept clean and looks nice so kudos to the workers.

Store was disheveled everything was obviously very picked through aisles were extreamly cramped and very close together was hard for me being a person with mobility issues in a motorized mobility scooter to navigate through the store several places I could not browse due to no room for my scooter to get through all in all very disappointed with this store and was by no means a good shopping experience for me

Love Ross! Unfortunately the Ross from burley isn't too great they do not have a wide selection of stuff. Whenever I go the shelves & Racks are empty.They need way more inventory out there. The Ross from Twin Falls is way better and has more Inventory. I just wish the Ross from burley can eventually get it together!

Disappointing experience compared to the ROSS stores in Los Angeles. The selection isn’t very good although sometimes you do get lucky. Their card readers constantly have issues so I’ve had to walk out several times without my stuff this is especially true for Apple Pay payments. The lines can also become really massive and there’s usually only 1 and sometimes 2 cashiers.

Ross always seem to live up to its reputation. Only disappointment is find the shoe your granddaughter loves, needs, wants...and there isn't one in her size.
