I waited a couple of weeks to make a purchase and there was no pressure one way or the other when I contacted him to check inventory. The price was reasonable and consistent. Highly recommended.

They are also very knowledgeable and help you to weigh all the options. They take old appliances for you and install the new ones. They are just wonderful!

We will definitely use Redder's again. We got a deal comparable to a big box store and they had the washer we wanted in stock, unlike the big box store.Chase worked with us to make sure we understood all the features of the washer we chose before we bought it. I paid over the phone and my husband swung by and picked it up. Very easy. We are very happy with our purchase and the customer service we received.

Purchased a GE Cafe range & dishwasher from Chase. He provided excellent service before & after the sale. We had a small issue upon delivery of the range, but Chase made sure everything was made right. I would highly recommend this company.

Our refrigerator quit on us and the particular color my wife want in stock anywhere. We happened to call Redder’s and the gentleman that answered the phone was fantastic. I told him our issue and he ordered the fridge my wife wanted and had a loaner fridge brought to our house while we wait for the one we want to arrive. I will definitely be using them again!

They had a very good price on the refrigerator we bought. It was delivered the next day. The employees who set it up took time to level it nicely and were very careful not to damage anything. They took away the old appliance also. 👍.

Love the service! Hometown shopping is important as well as access to people who know the product and want to see the customer happy vs. ring up their commission.
