I rarely shop here anymore. I realized the prices are not that great, not the employees fault, but something that can be very frustrating is how little people care about other people. Life is overwhelming at times, and maybe I'm the only one, but I usually have alot to do during the day and I get a lot of anxiety in public places so I'm trying to get in and out. So when I go to a store I don't like to be ignored or looked at like I'm an inconvenience to the cashier.

Horrible customer service was horrible, they several empty shelves, and the rude lady at the counter wouldn't sell me a gift card, horrible place won't recommend

Prices are over rated.. Caution 3out of 5 items cost more at the register than the posted price. I used to love shopping here. Prices are terrible and the selection is not whatbit use to be. . I feel bad for this review but i will never tell anything but MY 100% thoughts and experience in a review.

Ok so we go in and the girl is putting stuff up, tess I think was her name, but even though we rang the bell we know their supposed to stop to help the customers. She didn't until a line was forming, we felt ignored and insulted, got home and my girlfriends mother went to smoke the "cigarettes" the woman sold us WITHOUT CARDING and they were cigars which makes her mother SICK! she said CIGARETTES! This is absolutely ridiculous.

I took my son and we were looking at shoes. The lady in there was really helpful and had told us about the sales they had. We did have to wait a bit til they came up to check us out but the service was quick and we were out the door.

Workers in there are not pleasant and friendly....I understand that with the way things are going in this world right it's hard to stay positive....but having no hi bye have a nice day nothing makes it a bad place to visit. Store looks good and smells good but employees need an uplift

They never have enough staff at their stores there for both Family Dollar and Dollar Tree always has items in the back or inboxes on the floor instead of on the shelves, I've gone into both stores four times in the last week to get some very needed items, I spend at least $200 a month at each store when they have the items on the shelves, I've been told and both stores that the items are still in the back room because they don't have enough time or staff to get them on the shelves so items that arrived a week ago are still in the back so they have not had the items I've needed and I by 15 to 20 of the items at once, and they haven't had the items I've needed for 2 weeks they've just been sitting in the back at both stores, I think even though it's a few cents more or even a dollar more I'm going to have to start just going to Walmart where I know that it's there all the time.

... sincerely , my shoping at the Dollar store in Burley has and is a perfect fit. The smiles and greating are always there along with there attendance to questions and direction for items and such . The employees are reconizable and are members of our community and is reflected in their hospitality and performance . . I don't like family dollar Burley Idaho cause every time go in there the food is out of date and the terri disrespected me and my aunt you guys that goes to Burley family dollar check the date on everything there or go to rupert one they are way better
