Love the Dollar Tree but the new Manager is loud and arrogant, its very sad that he is running that store after the new store opened at the other end of town, and they brought him from Rupert to there. He made the Rupert store look like crap and was NOT a nice person there and talk rudely about customers after they had walked out. Numerous times I had experienced that and when I walked into the Burley one I had no idea he was there until a month later. A lady was paying mostly with bills and had to pay approximately $5 in change, she said thank you to him and he said nothing in return he just gave her a look that wasn't pleasant. It became my turn and I paid with cash as well and he looked at me and responded FINALLY SOMEONE WITH EXACT change and smiled. He did say Thank you to me and I looked at him and walked away just like he did to that other lady. I pray your old location does not become a trash box because of him.

I do not understand why this placw does not make use of the other 3 registers. Always only one cashier. The line is going down the isle. Wait time is rediculous. Prices went up so going to walmart pay a few pennys more and not have to wait 30 minutes to get out of there.

I love dollar tree and have never had a problem with anyone until today. The afternoon employees need better attitude and customer service. I was waiting in line to pay and Noone was around. The cashier clearly saw me waiting in line and kept vacuuming the store until the manager called her to her register. Then apparently I was in a closed register and when I asked if it was open Virginia said it wasn't with a very negative attitude and rolled her eyes at me. They had a no cards sign on the open Register which is why I went to a different one. There is no reason to be rude to customers. I've worked as a cashier and good attitude is everything.

I love Dollar Tree and all the variety… the only thing I see a problem is check out. There are usually a lot of people trying to check out at once

The store was as neat and clean as it can be while they're throwing freight. Employees were on the ball too. I asked for an item that their ad said they had but it wasn't on the shelf. She went into the back room and got it for me. When I got to the register she was doing something else but greeted me right away and let me know she'd be right over.

I personally love the store here in the Mall by AARONS and Burley Meats. It's clean GREAT STAFF And the way the Store is organized is Fantastic. Shadow man Recommended it to me and my BETTER HALF LISA. Check it out it's Great 😊 and Shadow Dog love's it also...

You mean $1.25 tree no a huge deal but they could use a sign to let ya know but staff was friendly and patient and for the low prices they have a decent selection of goods and even a fair amount of name brand products can't really complain

Today was a good day!!! I found a few of the items I've been searching for, Tumbling tower blocks to DIY with, a race track...score!!! Also they had an 80 count of the Downy dryer sheets in the scent I absolutely LOVE ❤❤❤. Plus seen my favorite Dollar Tree manager at the Burley location, Ida is thee best.

Got a lot of items recently and we always get dirty looks when we're about to checkout. Employees complaining about how we buy too much from them, it takes too much of their time to check us out, and I overheard them talking behind our backs about us about how, "They're sorry they had to ring us up and holding up the lines and taking too much time." Seriously? We're buying food and things for our dog. It's your job, do it. I work in customer service and I know how it is, but you've got to be kidding me.Suggesting calling corporate.

Expect to wait in long lines with slow cashiers who lack any sense of urgency. Usually I give up and just leave without purchasing. Several people today did the same. I forget until I'm ready to check out and then decide if my items are worth the wait and irritation of watching how unconcerned the employees are.

The store is located in the north end of Burley. They always have great products available, the employees are very helpful, the store is always clean every time I've been there, sometimes they get too many customers in line, but they always get their back-up cashiers. (Not like Walmart at all) , The Best Thing about the store EVERYTHING is $1. I give them 5 stars. 👍

DISASTER! The store was a huge mess, but that's pretty normal it actually doesn't bug me that much. The real problem was waiting in line for the checkout. The line stretched back almost half way down one of the aisles. An obviously new employee was running the register and on every transaction she had to call the manager over for help. Why the manager couldn't stay close during a large rush is beyond me.

They are short staffed, the heater in the store is not working so the employees were wearing gloves and were dressed in layers to stay warm, the store was packed with customers and yet the employees still had smiles and pleasant attitudes. I was impressed.

I don’t think it’s very professional for an employee to talk to my child about his biological father that is not even part of his life.. please get the employee on track that’s working right now 2:40 nov 26, 2020 she shouldn’t be bringing up anything to my child she does not know me or my child and should not talk to him at all!! 😡😡

Typical stop for me on my way to drill as they offer a wide selection at the obvious price of a dollar. Admittedly, sometimes the lines get a little long in the evening.

Every time I've gone into Dollar Tree in Burley it's been a joke there's a line mile long well two or three people sit in the little office but shout out to Dollar Tree in Rupert they have great customer service
