The staff are definitely AWESOME! Very friendly and helpful! We went there to get some breakfast. Got a sandwich on bagel, a sandwich on English muffin and a burrito. The Burrito was good but the sandwiches not so much. A bit pricey of the quality but it seems like they are there for their drinks. Hot chocolate was good enough.Parking: Parking at the Gas Station

Like any other casino, a good place to loose your money, LOL.Every time I have been here is always hard to get a drink, something I had to go to the bar to get my own drink more than once on a visit there.Their restaurant do have good food and service it's just the thing of having to pause your game to go grab a drink.

It can be hard to find coffee in burley for obvious reasons. And this place is open on SUNDAY. Lots of options for coffee lovers and for non coffee people like me. They made me a tasty smoothie and a delicious coffee for my significant other.

11/06/23 830amFor whatever reason the ladies working this morning were extremely rude.They forgot the drizzle on my drinks and then when I asked about it at the window the lady said "omg well that's gonna be extra." Didn't give a new total or receipt and then turned around and told the lady "just put a little bit on top." I wasn't rude to her so idk what her issue was but I promise you it did not make me feel good about paying almost $17 for 2 drinks. Workers in the past when i have went have always been pleasant and made the drinks well. Not this time I guess 🤷‍♀️ do better ladies..

I had family in from Oregon for my husband’s celebration of life. Before they left, they wanted to go out for a sandwich. It was Sunday, June 4th. I took them here, the young lady at the counter was very sweet and kind. No sooner than we sat down, a different gal came to the table and said we had 5 mins to finish. She said they were closing and wanted to go home. As soon as she walked back behind the counter, she shut the lights off! So rude, and not accommodating. She should have told us that when we arrived and we would have taken it to go. you don’t turn the lights off on customers. Bad example for my family from Oregon. I will never go to the Bent Bean again! I also will make sure I tell all my friends and family. The only reason I gave you more than one star in some categories, was because the young lady that took our order was very sweet.

The Bent Bean is a nice place to go have a great cup of different kinds of coffee, and Tea! Delicious Sandwiches, The coffee is Starbucks and Seattle's Best! and the employee's are kind and have great courtesy when ordering! I recommend, that if you haven't stop there for your favorite coffee drink, or sandwich, your missing out! Wonderful atmosphere, the fireplace is gorgeous, and they have comfortable seating! Located on 2101 Overland Ave, Burley Idaho!

Nothing against the staff but the sandwiches definitely have something to be desired. One small piece of meat on a dry hoagie bun. They might have pretty good drinks but we just had lemonade. Overall pretty expensive for what they offer.

Great find at a Truck Stop/Gas station. An actual coffee shop with food and nice ambiance. Worked there for a few hours with my pup who enjoyed napping in the natural light from the windows. Internet was okay, not too fast but steady. Better then most other places in a small town. Glad we found this coffee shop.

Ohhhh...myyyy...goodness. I've lived just blocks away from Bent Bean and I've NEVER stopped to grab a sandwich. At least not until yesterday morning. They have THEE BEST breakfast sandwiches and for a very reasonable price. I will definately be a return customer. Jamie is awesome!! YAY...

Great drinks but it seems like they are out of whipped cream 80% of they time I go. It doesn't seem to matter if I go in the morning or later in the day. They are always out. But the drinks cost the same with or without it. Most of the time it doesn't bother me. But if you can't keep an important ingredient to most of your drinks on the shelf then what's the point.its supposed to be homemade so how do you run out early in the day. When you are out of something so simple most of the time that is ridiculous. I will find another place.

We had been traveling from West Yellowstone and needed coffee. We asked Siri for a list of coffee shops and picked this one. The girls who were working on the Fourth of July are both gems. Very sweet and friendly. The coffee here is also very good and we’ll return again on our way back to Idaho. Thank you for the nice experience.

To be honest, our experience was not that great. Granted, we did ask for hot cocoa at a coffee shop, but it tasted like water with some cocoa powder. And the person who took our order acted like she hated the world. She didn't smile once the entire time we were there.The pastries looked amazing, and I bet their sandwiches are good, so I would be willing to go one more time and try some of the food, but based on my experience, I won't go there for drinks ever again.

The coffe is good here...the issue is how its made is inconsistent...and the bigger issue is customer service. Sometimes i come in and the staff is super friendly and the coffee is amazing...other times they are extremely rude and make it known its on purpose and they purposely mess up your coffee by either making it wrong entirely making it way too sweet you cant drink it or making it luke warm borderline cold just now i was in there and the barista was very rude and i could literally hear here saying she didnt care she made the coffee wrong and then took a call and started screaming the word bull***t everyobe in the place could hear. Its a bummer when a good business with a good product gets ruined by terrible employees. I can get my coffee elsewhere for cheaper and consistently made right with consistently good customer service which after today is what Im going to do.

Pros: inside atmosphere is great, open Sundays, coffee is usually good, prices are reasonableOnly reason for a lower rating: the drive thru can take forever and sometimes the person working the morning is not very friendly and welcoming. But others there are friendly and awesome so I just wish I could figure out exactly what shift I’m trying to avoid.

The food here is excellent. You can customize your sandwich much like at a Subway restaurant. However, the quality is a bit better. My only complaint is that there isn't much seating. I have had to stand and eat my food each time I've gone.

These reviews are insane. If your going to write a review on a particular place, make sure you know what it is your writing about. Bent Bean is a coffee/sandwhich shop attached to a gas station. It is NOT the gas station. They have a very warm setting with a beautiful fireplace. Their seating is warm and inviting. The staff are amazing! Super friendly, always have smiles, and quick to get you what you order! The food is amazing and they make some amazing drinks as well!

They usually have amazing service and wonderful food. The coffee is delicious, but you can tell them everyone makes it differently. Never tastes the same! I still love it here and go get my favorite coffee at least 2 times a week 😍🖒
