Employees are amazing but ordering propane is a joke. Monday they told us delivery will be Wednesday, now it's Friday. Once or twice, life happens but it's been every time we order.

I live in Buhl but work in Boise. I need a receipt when I get fuel so that I can expense it and it’s astonishing how often their fuel pumps are out of receipt paper and/or the receipt printer just doesn’t work at all. Because I leave for work so early in the morning the store is never open and when I see that “receipt inside” message, I know I will have to deal with my office again to be reimbursed. I just started going to another gas station but today, I thought “surely this can’t continue” and decided to try Valley Wide again and low and behold, “receipt inside” fool me twice.....

Horrible place to deal with. Had fuel delivered to combine at edge of field, after fueling Kurt the fuel boy tried charging more for the fuel, since we had not purchased fuel from them in a while. Already had a price from the office. Seemed to be trying to gouge due to who you are. Even though we spend thousands of dollars with them on other products. No more

Only one star because I can't get any lower if you are a OTR/LONGHAUL driver don't come here they only want local drivers!!! The local drivers can park here as long as they want but anyone else over night only so if you can't get a load out of here or you need a 34 they say too bad so sad you have to leave I WILL NEVER BE BACK

Prices too high and employee yelled at me for bringing my leashed very well trained dog inside. I would understand if it was a grocery store but it’s a gas station. And I didn’t bring my animal anywhere near the McDonald’s section.
