While the selection is fantastic, and the general experience positive. The checkout arrangement where the cashier also makes keys with 10 people in line is ridiculously unacceptable. If you aren’t being paid by the hour I recommend the true value across the street, which respects customer’s time.

Large clean country store has something for everyone! We were driving through and stopped for gas and was pleasantly surprised to find a great store for locals and tourists alike! Besides being a gas station, inside you'll find Ace Hardware, a convenient store, clothing store, McDonald's, clean restrooms and so much more! Inside and out is immaculate and was a very pleasant stop. This is a great place to take a break, shop the store, get your gas and snacks. I didn't want to leave!

Bought a interstate battery back in September of 2021 well fast forward to today 6-30-2022 and the battery is bad. Took it in to exchange it under the 18 month warranty and was told they do not honor the warranties because they have no way to test to make sure it’s bad. Well don’t you think you might want to have a tester handy if you are going to sell a battery with a full replacement warranty?? Last time I buy a battery from them!

The one thing that will always stand out was in my mind is that there’s an old man that works in there in the evenings on Saturday evening now I guess and he is very grouchy and he doesn’t seem like he wants to work he should be working someplace where they don’t have to do anything at all in the whole wide world. Because I spent $73 buying some light and really that was basically it and he was very mean and he was all complaining about oh why do people come in here at 9 o’clock? And he just was very rude and ugly towards me and everybody in there so I just wanna say that much other than that the store is clean nobody came to help me at all . And I did need advice but you know his whole attitude…

This is probably my favoritist store in the world.... Ok,,,, actually,,, D & B is! But, Ace is definitely my second choice. Love how organized and clean they always are. Plus you can find anything and everything you need there. Given, Ridley's is attached makes for 1 stop shopping! Love that!

More attentive staff? Nobody mentioned the roof sealant needed mixing. Back to the store and almost a half hour to get my receipt drawn up, new can mixing and is done for almost 10 minutes. Im watching 3 staff members just milling around and making small talk while they ring up the occasional customer. Almost an hour before I get a new one and out the door when there wasn't much traffic. Other times, some big guy, Richard or Rick maybe, has been the only one attentive and informed.

When I don't wanna drive clear into Twin for supplies, I've got Ace! It's so convenient to have this place close to home. They've always been very helpful for me and got me in and out quick.

Went to buy a torch3 people leaning on counter talking. I asked for help. One told me to get a cig lighter with a torch the other said I didn't need one . Go buy ice melt. Well I really didn't need advice on not buying one. What it came down to is none of them wanted to help me. I finally just left and went elsewhere to buy one it was ridiculous.. not the first time. Went in for something for a sink repair same guy white hair said he didn't know and he'd be right back then never came back. When we went to buy he said there all the same just bring I t back if it isn't. Well there were about 15 different ones and they aren't all the same. I didn't wanna spend all day going back to the store when we had the old part with us.. Ace in Buhl is horrible. It Def is not due to lack of staff ..its lack of caring or laziness .sad we have to go.out if buhl to buy .. there used to be a elderly guy in here that was so good smart and helpful. This place sux without him. Ridiculous how they all just stand there talking to eachother like you don't exist.

Glad to have this store in town, however...... Twin Falls is 14 miles away. They have lots of stuff, however its twice the price. They identify as Ace, but they are attached to a grocery chain. They do not accept Ace Coupons oddly, and if there is a sale ad they are always "out" of said products. Also check online at Ace Harware if it's something you really want. Usually you can save yourself some money if your not in a hurry. Some fine tuning needs to happen with "this" store.

Great service and good quality tools. Me and my family have been in there several times and have never had any issues. Perhaps the last guy who posted a review here came at a bad time and they were busy. Went in there just last night I a lady came and asked if we needed help.

wouldn't even give them a star if i could. i have been in there 5 times over april and my wife a few and every single time i am ignored by workers or management. as if im invisible. haven't seen customer service this bad in ages. how rude ca you be to just ignore a customer trying to buy something in YOUR store.

They have a nice selection of supplies. It's conveniently attached to Ridleys Market, so you can get your groceries at the same time.

They don't stand behind what they sell....bought a welding helmet, same day usage I dropped it and the front lens broke....dude at the register (same dude that checked me out earlier) says "contact the company that made it...no returns or exchanges...."That's what you get for buying a $20 helmet...." Like...gee, thanks guy, you gave me every reason to never return.

It's nice to have a store in Buhl with a good selection of home stuff so you don't have to drive to Twin. The employees are fantastically friendly and helpful.
