Shout out to Jeremy for going above and beyond for me. He directed me to a product they sell, a pet spot cleaner, that I was able to apply to my couch myself. Saved me hundreds of dollars since the whole couch was not needing cleaned, just a small area. He even threw in an additional cleaning product for free to use on future spots. This is the at least the 3rd time we've had Ultimate clean our carpets. Twice (or more) out of regular maintenance and once at the spur of the moment after a big water leak on our brand new carpet! Happy with the service each and every time. The cleaning doesn't take very long, no smells, dries quickly. Would recommend this local, family owned company!

I called Ultimate Carpet Cleaning on Tuesday. They worked me in on Friday -- in time for our Sunday guests. We moved into a house with dirty white carpets. The young man who came did a superb job of cleaning -- fast, efficient, and thorough. He explained the options, we agreed on a price and he went to work. Great care was taken with furniture and other fragile things. I noticed he had all the equipment needed, including large floor fans to facilitate drying -- which takes about 6 hours. Good thing is, you can walk it almost immediately with shoe/feet booties. Next day, all was fully dry. Highly recommend these folks.

These guys are so professional, helpful, and know their stuff! Jeremy and Chris were prompt, gave me good advice, and some free samples to try that worked awesome! Our renters basically ruined our carpet, and they were able to bring it back to the look of a new carpet. I'm so glad I chose them to clean our carpets and not someone else. The technician was here for over 2 hours, which means he did a thorough job on our carpets that were long overdue for a clean. I liked that he didn't try to up-sell though he did clearly describe the differences between each package. I went for the middle package which offers a 7 day guarantee in case any spots came back. A couple pesky stains did return, and the call from customer service on the following day allowed me to easily reschedule a follow-up clean. Certainly worth the money!

I have had the carpet cleaned in my daughter's bedroom several times by professional cleaners. This is the only company to ever make the carpet look like new. Ultimate Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We purchased a home and the previous owner said he had the carpets cleaned but they still looked really dingy to me. I opted to go ahead and get them cleaned myself before we moved everything in. Jeremy quoted me a fair price over the phone that included a 20% discount because the home was vacant and they did not have to move furniture. Chris explained the cleaning process thoroughly, was very professional, and left the carpets looking almost brand new after he was finished.

Very thorough and nice job. Serviceman was prompt. Although our carpet was not badly soiled it did have spots that we hadn't been able to get up. Spots gone and carpet looks great!One thing I was a little disturbed about was that when I originally called for a quote I was quoted $125 for our small apartment - only small living room, dining room and short hall. I thought that was a good price! When the serviceman arrived he told us that yes that was for the basic service but if I wanted the six month and one year guarantee our price would be $260. Don't get me wrong. I think the additional "scotch guard" treatment and guarantees were worth it but I wish I had been given more detail when I originally called as we were caught a bit off guard on the step up in price. Us fixed income folks get "sticker shock" easily. Still, I would have them do us again.

Well, I truly did not receive the "ultimate" carpet cleaning. In short my floors were not pre-vacuumed which undoubtedly led to a lot of dog hair in the cleaning apparatus. Our retriever's hair blends in quite nicely with the carpet so even though it would appear hair free I'm confident there was a substantial amount since I was remiss in vacuuming for a couple weeks. Then after twelve hours the carpets had many areas that after kneeling down on a knee would still result in a wet knee. Some areas were OK which would have to discount the humidity factor due to rain showers. Or those areas were skimmed over and not thoroughly cleaned. An email was sent and a reply was received giving the standard spiel but also saying I would be called the following morning. That call was never received - hence the 2 star rating rather then 3. Oh, after a second email a call was received the next day offering to come out and set up some fans. Unfortunately, no one home that day and besides after 48 hours they were finally getting to normal. Also offered to come out and vacuum the floors - seems like that was irrelevant since the point is to do that before the cleaning. So in my opinion Ultimate is no better or worse then the average carpet cleaning service and not worth the premium they seem to charge. From their website I was expecting so much more. Alas, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Should I also mention the 1.5 square foot area of brown grass I now have that was right where the hoses/truck was parked.

I have been using Ultimate Carpet Cleaning for a few years now and will never allow anyone else to clean my carpets again. My carpets look fabulous, have no residue, and are soft to the touch every time Ultimate comes out.Most recently, a raccoon came in through my pet door and sprayed my carpet - so awful! Ultimate was able to remove any trace of odor and, as always, my carpet looks amazing.I love you Ultimate!

They will come back within that time period and reclean any areas if anything happens to the carpets after the initial cleaning. My little boy threw up all over his bedroom floor the day after the carpets were cleaned. Gah! Ultimate came back 2 times to ensure the stains were completely gone.

I called April 11th at around noon when I returned to a house I had just moved into the night before. My dog had apparently been pretty upset with the move and had peed and mashed feces into the carpet in our bonus room. Shane was on site by 4pm the same day and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The stains and smell are gone as of this review. I will say, it was one of the more expensive carpet cleanings I have had but was also one of the more detailed jobs I have seen done. Thank you again Shane.

I feel like Ultimate did a good job on my carpet cleaning. However, I was displeased with the pricing. Less than 1400 sq feet of my house is carpeted: the living area and bedroom, one hallway, 2 more bedrooms. that are mostly covered with furniture. I was quoted $468 to clean all of my carpets. I apologized and told him I could not possibly pay that much. He asked me what I had wanted to pay and I told him (embarrassed) that I couldn't spend more than $200, when in fact I felt like it was a $150 job. He cleaned my living room and one bedroom that connects for $208 and threw in the hallway "for free." So, yes, I think he did a good job but feel I wouldn't return to Ultimate or recommend them because I don't like the way pricing was handled.

Jeremy ( owner) Justin (General Manager) As a perfectionist they are First Class.Painting my nails (red polish) and had the night mare of polish hitting floor accidentally and onto my off white carpet in dining room. Made the mistake of calling a nationally advertised company here in Boise which made stains worse promising to get out nail polish- and made it impossible with products used and the stains remained. Called Ultimate and they came out today spending over 6 hours cutting out dining room stains and replacing with carpet from an area in my closet - patched and you can not tell period I had a problem. Should of called them first as they said they had a better chance to remove polish initially. Want your carpets cleaned professionally- Call them first! They also follow up and I am so happy with their work.
