Best thrift shop EVER. I’ve seen all the negative reviews, so I wanted to test them! In total rumors service is great amazing stuff, got some brand new roller blades there! I totally recommend. They also pay for spays, neuters, and surgery’s on animals like cats and dogs! In other words don’t trust all the negative reviews and comments.

I visited this place nearly 6 years ago while travelling for work and have desperately tried to remember the name of it ever since. I finally thought to look through my Google timeline and thankfully, it was still saved there!More than anything, I remember this place having great deals and AMAZING music! I can remember shazaming some it, and to this day, I still jam to some of their tunes. The fact that this is all for animals makes it even better.If ever I find myself back in Idaho, I'm visiting this shop again for sure.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST THRIFT STORES IN BOISE!I am an avid thrifter and flea market head, and the selection in here felt perfect. I got some pants, a vest, some work tools, and loved the experience through and through.They had amazing music going and are kind to veterans.Lots of oddly mixed reviews out there, but there's a 4.4 **** for a reason on 378 reviews.This place is a kick a** thrift store and I encourage you to come check it out frequently!

i have been here a few times, in October was my most recent visit, a very thin girl was organizing a shelf. I gave her a compliment about the store and she was rude it was the most uncomfortable feeling I've felt very passive aggressive toward the cashier as well. I continued to shop around was greeted by a very bubbly cashier, i asked her name it was Stephanie, she made me want to go back. I will say however i continued to witness the snobby supervisor treat others less than and not valuing their customers or employees. Anyway its a well organized store and if Stephanie is there you will have a great experience, if the Manager or Supervisor are there prepare to not be a repeat customer. I for one will not be returning a few times was enough for me to see the lack of effort on the main people there to have good customer service.

I like this place because everything is very reasonably priced and it's a pretty decent variety. The staff is nice and the location and parking are simple. Would recommend to visitors and locals.

they have an overabundance of stuff. If you walk downstairs you can partially see the floor to ceiling pile of garbage bags in their work area. I like how in another review about marking things too high, the business replies saying something like “should we just make it free and fire everyone.” I’m sorry, but you can absolutely make things cheaper when you have THAT much you are processing and dealing with! Please don’t forget this business also lied and scammed people into thinking they supported animals, when in reality the owner kept the money for himself (also heard he keeps donations as well) instead of, you know, giving everyone a raise.. I’ve heard terrible things from people that have previously worked here, saying they were overworked and constantly yelled at. Gross. They also throw away so many valuables! It’s sad because restyle really does have the potential of helping a lot of people, especially considering the inflation crisis we are all dealing with, but they have unfortunately taken the greedy route instead. Remember businesses don’t HAVE to raise the prices on items, they just do it because they can. Look into other local thrift stores in the area, there are actually quite a few. Please don’t support this awful “thrift store”

The variety of items they have is fantastic! Their prices are reasonable as well. The turn around for stuff they have in, as well as selection is great. If you are looking for specific items, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and if you don't see it - check back frequently! Found a set of porcelain Bunny/Easter salt and pepper shakers have been looking for. Yay! Also a new hat ♥ great day to have stopped in. Thank you!

I really like this store! I think they have a wonderful selection and a huge variety of shirts, which I love! They always have what I’m looking for such as crop tops and jumpsuits (which are hidden amongst the dresses). I was going to leave a four star review simply because the aisles are almost a bit too narrow to squish your cart into. I was reading the other reviews and I was shocked to find out they weren’t enforcing masks! I was too busy looking at all the fun clothes to notice the lack of masks (I was wearing one out of habit) so now I have to make it a 3 star review. Still a good store. Hopefully things will change when the pandemic is over.

The funkiest thrift store in Boise. They have a great selection of items for sale, but what makes this place truly special is the creative decorations. It's fun to just look around at the store. We also really appreciate the fact that their profits benefit the Humane society. Very good selection of vinyl records in the basement and be sure to check out the display cabinets to see the interesting $1 to $5 items - like a bust of Jimmy Carter! Also have found a few pyrex pieces here at ultra low prices. Be sure to stop by.

Used to love this thrift store, but was severely disappointed after they refused to sell me their 100% human hair doll heads. I understand that they want something to put a hat on, but that’s what styrofoam heads are for. At the very least they need to make it very clear on the displays that they are not for sale, instead of getting a poor cosmetology student’s hopes up. Most of these dolls don’t even look nice, having choppy, unbrushed hair and ugly highlights. Not a great look for something that is supposed to be showcasing their products. The only thing they would be useful for is to a hair student who would actually get use out of them. I have also read that they are not actually as involved with animal rescue as they say they are. Very upset and disappointed that this store is not truthful in its advertisement.

This place sucks now. I could not find one thing to buy. I saw a guy returning a dvd combo and they put it back out for sale. Sad, it used to be such a good store. It's like they purposefully not selling anything nice.

I've always loved this store and shopped/donated frequently. Lately, I havent been able to bring my kids there because they play very inappropriate music all of a sudden. I let that go.Now when I go in, i keep being reminded that i cannot afford to shop there anymore. I dont know what happened in the last 8 months or so but this THRIFT STORE is too expensive to shop. Bummer.

We had so much fun just stopping in to see what they had. My daughter and I found a great couch and an old desk with good bones. She is going to refinish it and add decoupage to it The store had lots of gems and hidden treasures. We are going back soon. We spent about 3 hours just browsing and loving the experience!

This place is pure genius. I've lived in Boise for almost 10 years and I can't believe the first time I went was just yesterday. I'm in LOVE. I'm a thrift store shopper for interesting clothing, but have been discouraged with the high prices of most places. Restyle's prices are on point. Actually, a a lot lower than I expected, which was very refreshing! Super cute/unique clothing from brands that I love. Shirts are mostly around $3 each. Pants and shorts around $6. I got the coolest asymmetrical gap jacket that is now my absolute favorite item for only $6. Funky pillows for my living room for like $3 each. Everything is in great condition. I had so much fun here. Not to mention that it is a charity for rescued animals. Score! Yay for you (and me), Restyle!

I wandered into Restyle one day when I was waiting on a client. (It was a super hot day & a lady in the parking lot told me they had a big bowl of water for dogs.) -i should say that I had my dog w/me for that to make sense. :) Anyway, I went in and it's the coolest thrift store I've ever seen. Clothes are sorted by size, color, season & application. The people working there are helpful and fun. Honestly, I'd rather check out what they have than driving to the mall or specialty stores. They donate to assist animals in need & everything displayed is very clean. Cheerful atmosphere and a great selection of some nice goods. I think they must be rather particular about what they accept. I sure hope they can do alright through this Covid madness.

I really enjoy shopping and donating to this organization. Their selections are always interesting and rarely do I come away empty handed. The displays are well maintained, neat and orderly. They have convenient hours and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I regularly purge my closets and cupboards and choose to donate here because I admire their cause for animals.

My favorite thrift store in Boise! Fun and diverse finds in their two level facility, great prices, half off colors, friendly employees, awesome music, and just a happy, fun environment in general! They also have a punch card system: purchase $10+ ten times and donate ten times to get 50% your entire purchase for one transaction no exemptions. Worth the stop for some awesome second chance items!

Hands down this is my favorite thrift store! I love that they're keeping the Benchmark building going strong! I always go out of there with awesome stuff and love that my money is helping out furry friends! Their punch card is amazing with 50% off your last purchase. Everyone is super nice and helpful and it's just a cool place to shop in Boise. Love you guys, keep up the good work!!

Been coming here for a very long time. Last time I went there was Nikes for $70. They aren’t even worth that much online. What is the definition of a thrift store? I don’t understand the huge markups on direct donations that thrift stores receive. I hope these guys realize no one will buy stuff at a thrift for ridiculous prices.

I just went to the Restyle store this morning. Everyone is always so friendly and nice. I purchased a nice winter coat and rain boots along with a few clothing items for both me and my husband. Sara was my cashier and it just amazing when u hear great stories about struggles and accomplishments. Thank You Restyle for helping in so many ways.

Went there today. Clerks unfriendly. The music was so loud couldn't even have a conversation with anyone. We went there before covid and it was a totally different experience and atmosphere. Also wanted to round up and was told it's too late next time tell us before we start ringing up your purchase. Won't be back with the unfriendly atmosphere.

Great prices, quality items, friendly staff. Some thrift stores in this area (Idaho Youth Ranch) price their items waaaaaay too high for stuff that was GIVEN to them. Restyle has reasonably priced items that are in good condition. Plus Restyle has a pretty sweet rewards program. You can earn points for purchases AND for donating items.
