Excellent 5-star service. The sales associate helped me troubleshoot a leaky shower/tub manifold. He helped me determine that 3 simple o-rings would likely solve my problem. Indeed this was the solution. This saved me from having to call a professional plumber. I suspect his service saved me several hundred dollars if not more. Extremely satisfied customer. Thanks many times over!

I'm grateful this store was a available and had stuff I needed in stock to fix a tenant issue quickly. But I paid $70.52 for a valve cartridge that's $16 on Amazon. So I can't help but have mixed feelings like I got the "he doesn't look like a pro" price. The extra $55 is worth it being fixed in a hurry today, but I will probably shop around in the future.

Was struggling getting a really old shower cartridge out. I've came to plumbing parts supply before cause they have everything thing you'll ever need for service. Any little tiny piece you think is going to be hard to find they have it. I went there for a cartridge puller and Tom recommended the perfect one. Went back to my job and it was the easiest thing I've ever done in my life. When it comes to service plumbing this place will take care of you everytime

I screwed up and lost the retaining clip for my Moen 1225 shower valve. Went to Plumbing Parts and Supply and my newest best friend Tom had one in stock. He gave me advice on tying floss to the new one so as not to lose it again, and charged me less than I expected to pay. So thanks Tom for your help. They really pulled my butt out of the fire on this one!

What an amazing store. They have so many specialized parts you can fix almost any faucet ect. If they were not here i would have had to tear out my tile and put in a whole new vaule. Thousand dollars vs 150. Thank you for being here for us.

Family coming in from out of town, kitchen sink sprayer hose decides to break the day before. Called several other locations looking for a replacement. Big Box stores and others in town all said they could order one and it will be here in two to three weeks. Plumbing Parts Supply saved the day and for less than the quoted big box stores could do it for.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place; it’s a ‘mom-n-pop’ shop where there are always peanuts on the counter (next to the very pet-able cat, and today some decadent lemon bars. Hey, did I mention they’re the best plumbing place in the valley!Any curveball question I’ve had has turned into an easy fix!

The least friendly place I have shopped this year. If you want to be insulted and hear excuses this curmudgeon is your guy. He sold me parts I could have bought down the street for 25 percent more than I would have paid and also tried to tell me that my present parts were defective. So I did a little research. My parts were fine. The ones he sold me didn't fit but he now had a kit that would make them fit for even more money.

Terrible customer service and priced excessively. They had the part I needed but were double the cost from other two local businesses. Sounded like he pulled the price out of the air to take advantage of a residential customer and wasnt helpful through the process. Looks like others have had good success here but I think I may have caught the employee that gets the company bad reviews here and there. Good luck on your try.

They many times have the parts that other stores don't have and being a specialty shop help our service department find what they need.
