Such sub par service. Nails not trimmed. Grooming service was ridiculous. One eye was clean, other eye hair hanging over eye. Pet had an ear ache from water in the ears afterwards. Such inferior service. Never again My pet deserves better.

The groomer, (Rachel?), was an amazing groomer. She did a wonderful job on our dog. She made sure she addressed all of my concerns before I left. When she was finished she explained everything she did in detail and it was so reassuring to know that someone took such good care of our dog. It was a little messy near the door, the door mat was filled with fur, which can be inevitable when it comes to having dogs in your store. Maybe try sweeping it up once in a while? OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS FANTASTIC!Returned for another visit I believe with Rachel again? AND IT WAS PHENOMENAL, she was so kind to our dog and even though I was VERY late she was willing to fit our dog in. Oattie thanks you for fitting him in!

Great place to get your dogs groomed. Very clean cut and my dogs look amazing. Highly skilled staff and very, very friendly. Will definitely go back!One small hiccup: I was quoted $42/dog for the grooming, but they billed me $47/dog when I got there. Not a very big deal. Just a bit of a surprise when I got there.

I have been using these groomers for my dogs nails for over ten years so I took my dog on Wednesday July 28, 2021. I have used this service with this same dog recently but was told by the groomer that he urinated multiple times and tried to bite her. I asked to see the wound and there was no wound. I was told he needed to be taken to the veterinarian to get his nails clipped. She wasn't nice to my dog or even slightly professional with me. I will never allow them to touch any of my dogs or pay them a cent for any services!

Took my dog in for bath, haircut, teeth and nails. Very easy haircut, shave it short. There are long patches on her face, belly, paws, everywhere. Won't be paying for that again.

they got our Boston in really quickly and it only took about 5 minutes to clip and buff her nails. I t took longer to drive to Petco than it did to have the service for our Boston
