Fantastic customer service, my dog is prone to ear infections and I let the groomer know, she offered treat post bath to ensure he had dry ears! No head shaking today! Thank you so much!

I was charged full price for a dog that was supposed to be fully curled. They did not trim her top knot, pluck her ears, and they did not shave her face or her feet like they were to be. Lady claim they were unable to, but every groomer that she has went to her whole life has done it. This is the first groomer that has not done it. They did not even offer to discount the price of the grooming for an incompleted groom.

Changing my review as of 6/13/22, my last visit was a while ago, maybe 6 months? I stopped going because of bad service. Twice, my Mitzi was very anxious after her visits & that alarmed me. I was not satisfied with her nail grinding & when I inquired about it was only given excuses instead of an offer to clean up their shotty work. Her nails looked chopped & ragged. Since I pay extra for the service, I'd expect a thorough & clean job. Her ears were left dirty & I felt the whole experience was rushed & unpleasant for my pooch.

We were greeted by the grooming staff and were checked in for the doggy spa day. Our pug, Georgie, is always excited to see everyone and comes home with nicely trimmed nails and smelling great. We usually let friends know how well he is taken care of. I rate his visits based on the fact he goes out of his little mind every time he comes in for an appointment. Petco is our go-to doggy spa.

Amber is great to our Goldendoodle (she can be handfull and too excited). She is patient with her and makes her feel comfortable. This is our third time with Amber and will be back. You can tell she loves what she does and is super kind to humans too 😉 Other places would make our Skye very nervous to the point she would NOT enter the place unless you dragged her. Amber also recommended vital care plan which pretty much pays for itself each month and we get discounts on food, grooming etc. So in a long run it pays back.

My dog does not like getting groomed at all. I was trying to do it at the do it yourself grooming places and finally got tired of fighting with my dog. The first few times I brought Hilly she didn't like being left, but she was always good for the groomer. Now she is comfortable and I know it is because she has a groomer who is good. Anna does a great job. Always professional and ready to answer any questions or concerns.

We visited the Petco in Boise on Milwaukee. Our groomer is Anna and she is great! Our dog is very shy and has caused troubles in the past with groomers and Anna is kind, understanding, and patient with Coconut's personality. She makes good decisions to insure that trust continues to be built between her and Coconut. Plus she does a great job and coconut looks adorable every time!

1. The nails don't seem like they were buffed because when I picked up my dog I was left scratched up and when I looked at them they did not look rounded but just sharp from when they get cut. 2. The face never got a haircut, it is exactly the same way that is was when I took her in. The body cut looks great but now my dog looks like a mini lion because the hair on the face is not even with the body. I called and left a message but have not heard anything back. For it being the first time and the amount I paid for the whole lavender spa deal I was definitely not satisfied at all. It took about maybe 1 hour and 20ish minutes when I was told atleast 2 hours so it seems like the stylist rushed through it or didn't even finish.

Anna does amazing work. My little Shih Tzu always comes back looking wonderful. Anna is very patient with her and goes at her pace, making the grooming experience less traumatic for my little one. I would recommend her to everyone!

Clipped my dog's nails as a walk in. Everyone was so nice and kind to my dog, Sadie. Update: Kyle and Beverly are amazing! They are so sweet to Sadie and Bella. Beverly even tried dresses on Bella to help me find the right size!

Cathy Sage is an awesome groomer and we love her and so does our little 5# Teacup Yorkshire Terrier. Cathy does an amazing job with her and as long as Cathy can do the grooming we will bring her to Petco. We followed Cathy there; she is the BEST!

Perfect communication. They called before they were finished. They were knowledgeable while answering my questions. This was our first experience with a groomer. I have a shih tzu/ bichon frise mix with difficult fur. He was able to clarify specific ways to help me keep her snag free!I would absolutely recommend them!

Starting with Kyle when I call who help me to set up an appointment and make sure I have the paperwork I needed to get my puppy's nails done to Kyle and the lady that cut Toby's nails they were patient they were willing to to try whatever needed to be done to see how he was going to react to them and just to see my dog except getting his nails cut without freaking out it was really cool and the price was right in line with what I normally pay
