Employees helped me find the dog tags AND helped me work the machine. The man helping me noticed my puppy needed to be groomed. He said as soon as she gets her rabies shot she can come in and that the whole grooming team would treat her like a rock star! This made me feel better because I was worried that a squirmy puppy might be treated poorly for not standing still. Very nice team!

Two stars due to my first visit being very pleasant. However, if I could rate the customer service I received today a 0, I would! I called to raise a concern in regard to my dog’s “hair cut” and the lady presumed to get an attitude with me because I didn’t specify the type of cut. Clearly customer service isn’t your forte.

I absolutely love this store. Most of the employees here are always very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I always am and will be so impressed by how fast they get their online orders shopped for and ready for store pick up! Always less than an hour, more than half the time it's under a half hour! I just love that! They're so welcoming of my doggos when I bring them with me and they gladly went above and beyond when I needed help loading a large aquarium into my vehicle. Nothing but comments and love for SURE. Highly recommend, especially for shop online and pick up in store! Only reason is 4 stars is just because of prices of everything lately. Not their fault!

There was kittens. They were cute**Edit 3 Months later!** After that visit, we couldn't stop thinking about one of those kittens. We went back in and found the information for adoptions. It was a wonderful process and are loving our little guy! He makes a wonderful addition to our small family. And our older cat has a fur ball of fun!

I've seen multiple dead fish, I'm talking about starting to rot has been dead for a while, at various Petco locations and when I go to tell an employee they blow me off. Very rude. What kind of message is that sending to customers about the quality of care your giving your animals if you walk in and see dead Betta fish all the time? It's sad. I will not be shopping at Petco again. I hope others take their business elsewhere as well.

We’re we’re on the road with our elderly dog on what was suppose to be just a few hours. It ended up being over 24 hours so I stopped to get some food. The employees were kind enough to get me one of the paper bowls to put some water in and put the food in. They really saved us!

Very rude I came in after I schedule a appointment to get my dog to be grommed. I show up for my appointment and they tell my I scheduled it for a month later. Which the confirmation email said the date I came in. So I left and they cancel my appointment without asking me.

I’ve taken this survey before and I’m going to repeat what I always say… nothing ever happens though. I have a bearded dragon and more often than not when I buy super worms (50 count) for her there’s usually much less than 50 and (like yesterdays purchase) a lot of them are dead. I count 22 usable worms. There’s no date on the container so who knows how long they’ve been sitting there. It’s my fault for not checking first since I’m aware of this issue. But I shouldn’t have to. I will not be renewing my petco membership and will be switching to a proper mail order provider that actually guarantees the quality of their product.

They literally have everything I need for my 3 month old puppy and my 11 year old senior dog. The best food. Harnesses, leashes, toys. But they could get way way better selection of clothes for boy doggies. Have only found 1, maybe 2 tops. And what they do have are all extra large and stuff, don't they think about the smaller doggos? That's the only problem I find with them. They have stuff I didn't even think existed but it's just a wonderful One-Stop-Shop

I had been going to another and had avoided Petco bc of previous experience there. But I went to this local Petco in Nampa and am pleased with the customer service and supplies. All the employees are always so friendly and helpful. I don't mind if some items are a little more...it's not always about savings. We will definitely be using this store for all our pets' needs. Thank you for having sincere customer service!

The staff here is phenomenal with my little pup. The grooming manager was extremely polite and provided me with A+ service. I hope they give her a promotion she was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend this location.The cashier was also very helpful with providing me additional guidance with the new Vital Care app as well.10/10 location

I love the environment at this petco location. The employees know what they’re talking about and they work so hard to maintain all the little animals they sell. It’s really precious❤️ I bought my hamster from here, and her name is Squeaks. I love her so much. She looks like a little bear.

Millie is a little skittish when it comes to grooming but Jennifer was great with her and she did an amazing job. She did everything asked her to do and provided home care advice to maintain her coat until her next visit.

Possibly the worst groomers in Boise. I specifically asked Stephanie not to cut my long hair GSD hair but she did anyway. She is either extremely ignorant about how to groom a long haired GSD or she just doesn't care. I will never use Petco again.
