Hands down, the very best selection and prices of supplements in Boise! They also carry a wide variety of natural products and delicious food, including many food-sensitivity items. A great place to shop!

Great location. Love the selection of organic foods, Kombucha, supplements, dog supplies that are grain-free & natural soaps. Oh & you can purchase all you need to make your own elderberry syrup (or buy it premade).Members get great egg prices.Edit... Dropped my rating after years of shopping there. 5 down to 1. I will never shop again at a place that is faceist. :(

I recently switched from WFs to Natural Grocers for certain items and I wish I had discovered Natural Grocers sooner - they have a great vitamin selection! The produce section is limited, but other items are great.

I typically go to winco but I would recommend walking through this store. There are so many healthy, organic options and there were a lot of sales on items that typically cost more than I would spend! I was on the hunt for dates which I found but I’ll definitely be back! The cashier girl was incredibly friendly as well and was able to point me to the rolled oats!

Tried to make a return with my receipt. Was treated very poorly and was also told I could only return (2) items even with a receipt. I have been shopping here for years and their customer service was horrible! They were very rude. And because of their terrible customer service I won’t be shopping here again!

We visited here for the first time last week and love this store. For organics, some of the prices are very good too. There were ample selections and ideas. We even spoke with the person doing the healthy living demonstrations and registered. We will be going here regularly. My only reason for 4 stars was our first impression walking in the store which made us almost turn around and leave (glad we didn't). There was not a single grocery cart in sight. Yet there were only a few cars and customers. We found one used for empty boxes by employees down one of the aisles and took that one. It was not a very good first impression at all being there were only 3-4 customers in the store. There seemed to be adequate staff.

I have shopped at Natural Grocers since they opened at this location, and I was very happy to have them so nearby. However, when I tried to make a return recently, I was treated so poorly by one of the employees that after thinking it over, I've decided not to shop there anymore. When I made the purchase, I specifically asked about the return policy and was misinformed. When I came back a few days later to make a return, the clerk was very nice, but said I couldn't do the return. She called the manager to speak with me, and he approved the return. During all of this, a different employee who had nothing to do with it kept repeating that no employee would ever have misinformed me, and she all but called me a liar. She came back 3 times to repeat this, even after the manager had approved my return. It was very uncomfortable, with other employees and with customers overhearing this. After the transaction was completed, I told her that as a customer I felt she was treating me badly, and she was condescending in her reply. In the future, I will be driving to a different health food co-op instead of shopping here.I had noticed several times that this same rude employee was sometimes rather snappy with customers and seemed to have a snobby attitude towards some people, but I ignored it. But this last visit was a deal breaker.

This is the place to go if you need organic, gluten-free, or other types of specialty foods. They have essential oils and natural beauty products. They also have natural sweets, cookies, chocolate, and such. I love shopping here and highly recommend them!

My 1st time visiting and I will definitely be returning, after having such sublime service the cashier miss Jennifer went out of her way to give my little son special attention and engage in some friendly conversation, when she really didn't have to. She was so nice and got me to sign up for the rewards program. I will definitely be returning soon with my new reusable bags.

I tried to feed my family pretty healthy these days and it's hard with the high prices of groceries. I do most of my shopping at WinCo, but there are certain nutritional items I need and natural grocers is my go-to. I get my produce from there as well as it is always organic and last longer. Natural grocers also has the natural beauty products and toiletries I need for my family. They also have a good selection of cleaning supplies. I absolutely love the staff here and they're very helpful and knowledgeable in their products. I would choose this over some of the larger health food stores in town.

The folks that work here are top notch, very knowledgeable, and friendly!! The store is clean and freshly stocked, and the selection of healthy, organic, and natural foods is 2nd to none. Plus their vitamin section is absolutely incredible!If you haven't checked this place out yet, you should! Highly recommend!

I love healthy and organic food and natural grocers doesn't disappoint! The reward system is nice and you get mini perks for being a member.They have good sales all the time.Its great they have a reverse osmosis refill station!

Excellent store for healthier food and also fantastic produce. They also have lots of different gluten-free options. They also have a large vitamin section with various soaps and lotions. Also tons of dairy-free options. The nice thing though is I still have lots of regular organic food.

I've always had a pleasant experience shopping here. As someone with dietary restrictions, I greatly appreciate all of the gluten-free options. They also have quality produce, a well stocked vitamin and supplement section, snacks, pantry staples, and freezer meals. The staff have always been friendly and helpful!

This place is AMAZING. I was helped by the nutritional health coach, Jennyfer Berg and I was shocked at how caring, attentive, knowledgeable and patient she was. She helped explain how multiple supplements work that I was asking about and gave educational papers to help me learn more. My spouse and I both have health issues so this was super encouraging for me today to find a place I can go to buy what I need and get the help I need. I won't shop anywhere else now for my supplements! Thank you!Emily

After shopping here for well over two years and spending $$$$, I will no longer give my loyalty to this place. They refused me service for not having a mask and I will not spend my money to abide by those cultist beliefs. I have not, in general, had a good experience here overall. I've been having better shopping at the Boise co - op in meridian and am willing to spend my $$$$ there instead. Don't waste time coming here. It's not worth it.

I have found so many good things at this store. And this time it was no different. I called ahead and talked to a really nice woman who gave me such caring service. She checked on several things for me and was so sweet. Then when I got there they were so nice and helpful and I got everything I needed. Great place for natural and organic health products and unique products.

I went here for the first time today and I really would choose this place over whole foods. Prices are better, the store is so clean and organized, and a lot of varieties.I was honestly impressed with the big selection of self care products they had. Will definitely be returning soon!

The best place to get most supplements out there in quality brands at the best prices compared to places like the coop with a larger selection. Get the liquid (not the capsule) liposomal vitamin C, it is great! You will notice a difference right away. Also they have clearance prices and sales on quality products on a regular basis. I can't recommend this place enough for a organic/natural/health store. Absolutely #1 by a long shot and well worth the extra drive!
