Each time I step foot into this particular location, it's becoming increasingly frustrating because they consistently fail to stock my preferred brand of dog food. It's perplexing, especially when I know for certain that all the other D&Bs in the vicinity have ample supplies of the same dog food I'm looking for. It's not just a matter of availability; it's also about the inconvenience it causes me and my pet. It's high time they improve their inventory management and ensure timely ordering of shipments to meet the demands of their customers, including pet owners like myself.

I was just in this store for 20 min. I just left at 3:35 pm. I was in there trying to find some items. Not 1 person asked me if I needed help. But yet there was one guy carrying on a conversation for I would say 10 to 15 minutes. Finally a guy walked down the aisle and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for. He had no idea what I was talking about. And basically no help. I was looking for some socket holders and the tool box drawer separators for my wrenches. So sad and people wonder why more shop on line.

They actually sell those overpriced Yeti brand 5gal buckets for $42. If they didn't have other things I need, I wouldn't shop here on that principle alone.

I came in for snow boots and found exactly what I wanted. I don’t recall the associate who assisted me throughout my visit but he was very kind, patient, and helpful. He approached me within a minute of my entering the store and saw me through checkout. On the left are my old boots and on the right are the ones I picked up!

I almost always find what I need when I come here. This last trip was mainly dog food and dog toys. I always check and see if they have the ammo I need and most of the time they do. This time was no exception.

D&B has been a great resource for me as a new pet mom. The staff is always eager to help and willing to answer my millions of questions. They've recommended good products and given me resources to help me. I have pet bunnies and I'm always pleased with the selection of food and products they have, I much prefer D&B over any of the big box pet stores - both for selection, quality, and price.

Great selection of work boots and everyone there is really helpful and nice. They have a thin off dewalt tools and twice a year they have dewalt week and all the power tools are crazy discounted. Also, they usually have a decent selection of discount boots. I'll buy those to wear down and try the brand before buying new.

I brought my Stihl chainsaw 026 model in because my blade was not quite right, and my saw kept cutting out. Kevin did a great job of repairing my blade and explain to me what had happened to it, and Ken fixed my spark plug wire so the saw now runs great. These guys were really really helpful. So good to still have people in customer service help that much.

Went in to grab fence posts, paid and the n went in the back to pick them out. 1 guy sat on the forklift while we went thru the culled out pile. After moving about 20, we had 3 chosen. We asked to have the perfectly good pile opened up but we’re told that corporate wouldn’t allow it. So we got our refund and on to Home Depot. Guess we’ll find a new place to purchase dog food and everything else we used to purchase here. Would rather reward good customer service 😖

I wanted to share about Lois in the clothing department at the Overland store. She went above and beyond to find a jacket at another store that I was looking for. She was extremely pleasant and totally professional. She was knowledgeable of procedures and made me feel like my need was her priority!She made my day! She was the Best!!

I was looking for long carriage bolts and a 1-1/2" diameter metal ring. Ring price was great, but the carriage bolts were high priced. Paid much less close by. Love shopping there on Tuesdays as it is discount day for seniors.

This was my 2nd time shopping here. First thing I thought was they have whatever you need for tools and equipment. Prices are good and the employees are friendly and extremely helpful. Now I have to say that my experience was not 💯 amazing. The store security employee decided to Shadow me and I assume was because of my tattoos. I'm shopping with my 80 year old father and he noticed it also. It was a little bit insulting. I'm new here in Boise and no bs I'll shop here again but it definitely was un called for. Soured what otherwise would have been a great experience cause the employees are just so freaking awesome.
