Come here to get miscellaneous things and we decided to buy our first chickens the other day. The manager helping us was wonderful and really knowledgeable. He happily educated us and made for a wonderful buying experience.Will return to this store for what I need as much as I can based off my experience with him and the other staff over the past day.

Love these stores. Really like just looking around (something for everyone). I buy all of my pet food, yard and garden supplies, and ammunition here. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Great place.

This D&B reflects the quintessential SE Boise neighborhood vibe. Staff are welcoming and friendly, attentive without being intrusive. The store is always well-stocked and organized. Lots of spring planting options available right now, too.

I usually like this place, but I have to leave a review of an old situation. This was last year in the beginning of the cold days. I got home from a trip and it was fairly late and my hot tub had been off for an amount of time. It was going to drop in the single digits the night I got back. I checked the temp of the hot tub and it was 40. I needed a livestock water heating element to keep my hot tub from freezing out overnight and d and b by my house was closing in 2 minutes. I called and told them the situation and that I lived down the street maybe 5-6 minutes away on boise and Broadway , as I was in my car headed there, and the associate told me there was nothing they could do. I talked to the manager, and he said the same thing. Needless to say, I had to race to kuna on icy roads to the tractor supply store to get a trough heater to save my hot tub from damage. 1st world problems, but terrible customer service. I work in retail, and I couldn't imagine turning someone in a desperate situation down, for a couple minutes of my time. Cost me at least 1.5 hrs with icy roads. I’ll shop the other stores.

First time going into the store and they do have a lot of products in there that I use and I buy on a regular basis.I put $1000 worth of products on the countertop by the cash register and the clerk tells me I cannot have the hangersI’m not sure why a company would have that policy I did talk to the manager on duty and he didn’t want to give the hangers up either but he gave in and said I’ll be happy to do it.I’m glad he saw things my way because I like to store and like I said, I buy a lot of products from stores like this.So I will come back and shop here again in the near future. Brick and mortar stores are still living in a world where they don’t want to cater to customers. Unfortunately, online shopping will put them all out of business at some point..If you can’t give excellent customer service, and your clerks are all too willing to just tell you no.

We love our Eastgate store! And want to shout out to Andy to say thank you for all your help with our pellet stove. Andy is knowledgeable and professional as well as just plain nice. In fact, we have found the associates at D&B stores (and we have been to numerous store) to be a cut above. Thank you for making our projects go more smoothly. We were back again today and another 5☆ visit. I wanted to add Melanie and Bea to the list of associates who are helpingto contribute to the positive culture of the D&b stores Just had our first encounters with Bea and are happy she has joined the D&B family.. Melanie is the familiar face I look for in the store and at check or if I have a question. She is a role model for the D&B associates. Good work all and thanks a million.

This is my favorite D&B. After a frustrating experience on the Overland D&B we came here knowing we’d get better customer service, and they didn’t disappoint! They even helped us pick out the poles and helped load them. This will now be our primary store!

My daughter in law purchased a pair of boots over Christmas while they were here on leave from the military. She ended up changing her mind and was super stressed about returning them. We offered to return them for her and send her the money. Went to D&B with the receipt to return them. D&B would only give in store credit as we didn't have the debit card used. There is no D&B near our son and dil. And they will not be back for at least 1.5 years. And so in store credit is useless. There was no empathy or consideration for the situation and then they decided to try Visa required the card to be present.We already didn't shop at D&B but now everyone I know will hear about the lack of customer service from the store manager.

D and B Supply has a lot of great options to purchase in all of their stores. But, trying to find something with their search engine sucks. I've been trying to find Stihl weed eaters and I end up getting 100 things that has nothing to do with Stihl. Can someone look into this ? Thanks

Only been here twice before. Needed a pair of shoes...mine broke leaving a meeting earlier..found a cute pair- on sale even. They have a good selection of items as far as I have seen in my few visits. Clean store, very friendly and helpful staff.

Pre Covid I bought ammunition at 329.00 a box. During Covid 428.00 an increase of near 100 dollars. I didn't notice it till I compared 28 days later. I didn't think D@B would practice in price gouging.

I absolutely love this store!!!Always has the best selection of products I need, especially outerwear and boots!!!I have small feet so it's nice to find shoes/boots in my size. Their jewelry, and accessories are always fun and inspiring. Their outdoor equipment is a great selection and not too badly priced. Some things might seem a little spendy, but compared to low price low value and quality...Here you get what you pay for so in the end I'd rather spend a little more because the quality is worth the price.

Buy local. I typically pick up my tools here. Great selection with competitive prices especially when there is a sale. Buying Stihl tools here is a good experience. They will start it before letting you buy it.

This was the first time I've been in D&B Supply. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised at all the items they had. I found some good deals and scooped them up. I found some great natural cat food and my cat loves them. I'll be back to this store for sure 🙂

Great store, clean, and organized. Staff were very helpful and things are laid out in an attractive manner. Seems a bit odd where it is located as it is more of a rural feel, but it is in a suburban bordering on city location. But it is a cool store stocked with things needed and wanted for pretty much any environment.

This is our go to place for tools and Carharts! We’ve gone several times and they have some great deals and the place is relatively easy to navigate but each time we’ve gone to checkout it’s less than stellar service. Out of the last 5 visits, we’ve had probably 1 friendly cashier. Just went in to return a hat and yikes. I must of caught this gal on a bad morning!

Love this store! Good inventory and variety of products for Dogs. But my favorite part is the Staff!! So helpful and friendly. They recognize me and all of my dogs. I love when they spend the time to really get to know you and your needs. For a "Big Box Store" they are doing something right if they keep employing local happy people that love to support the community.
