Annie, Tamil, Denissen, Smith, are such wonderful vets and people. We haven’t had a vet who treats our animals the way these people do. They sit on the floor with the dogs, they listen, they ask questions to get the right information. Everyone is beyond kind and friendly. Y’all really should be bringing your animals here for the best Vet experience of yours and your furry babies lives 🏻

Critter Clinic is an amazing place to take your pup. The knowledge,compassion,and flexibility has been incredible to say the least. They have always taken great care of each pet that I had. My baby of 16 years had to be euthanized January 2ns, 2024. It has been a very hard and miserable journey saying goodbye. I know that Lilo is now in a better place and pain free. Thanks to all the staff at Critter Clinic for their compassion and empathy. I still have one pup left and I can say with certainty that I will continue using Critter Clinic for all my pets needs. Dr. Smith and staff are fantastic. They were able to get us in quickly to see our Lab we just rescued that has a terrible skin issue causing pain and itching. 2 weeks later and she is like a new dog and her skin is slowly healing after a long time of neglect. Wonderful clinic

Bring your fur family here. Seriously. We started coming here because we had to get our dog looked at for cheet grass because the waitlist at other vets were long and it was an amazing experience. I then decided to move all of my animals to critter clinic and have never looked back. They are fast and friendly, and its VERY apparent that they love our fur babies just as much as we do.About a month ago our club footed Rottweiler, Godric, started limping more and two weeks ago his club foot swelled up really big. We brought him to CC where Dr. Smith did x-rays and had the unfortunate job of delivering the news that our sweet boy had bone cancer and was in a lot of pain. Through the entire experience not only were they so kind to us, but they each spent a little time saying their own goodbyes to him. Dr. Dennison who alongside dr. Smith personally signed a condolence letter each with a sweet short paragraph, was so great on the morning we said goodbye. She was such a comfort and i truly couldnt have done it without her.They have always factored our lifestyle into things like prescriptions to make things easy and they make you feel at home. I wish i could give them more stars.

Dr Smith and the crew at Critter Clinic treated our Buddy Boy with kindness and compassion. He wasn't the easiest patient, but in a critical situation, we were clearly advised, all the alternatives spelled-out, and though the situation took a while, we were made to feel welcome and part of the care team: truly superlative care! In the end our cat lived to fight another day. If you want good care for your pet, the Critter Clinic can be trusted to provide the kind of care you hope for. Thank you, CC!!

I have been bringing my babies here for well over 20 years and not once have I ever had a bad experience. The Vets..techs and receptionists are nothing but kind and will treat your baby just like it is is one of their own. I would give them 20 stars if I could.

Love the staff at Critter Clinic. They took care of two of my cats that had hyperthyroidism and were always coordinated with specialty vets to find the best treatment.

Took my Schipperke here to get her nails trimmed. She was drugged up with Trazadone & Gabapentin (to calm her down). Dr. Dennison came out & mentioned that she may need to be sedated for her nail trim. I left my baby in her care. Jordan (Vet Tech) held her while Dr. Dennison was able to get her nail trim done without sedation. I barely got home & got the phone call that she was ready to be picked up.They're my heroes!!

Was yelled at by the vet in front of my 6 year old son. The vet scared him, me and my cat. His lack of control was very unprofessional. I asked him to calm down and he refused. I had to leave. I’ve been taking my animals there for 19 years. Dr Mike was awesome. This was a (newer?) young male vet. Wish I got his name. (I was explaining that I was told something different from another vet regarding my cat’s shots. Miscommunication between vets.) he also cut my kitten’s nail too short, hurting him. :(

Dr. Mike and Dr. Smith were extremely helpful with my senior pug's dental cleaning. Explained every blood test and any concerns. Very honest and so helpful with my questions and concerns. My sweet senior pug is doing well, and I'm so grateful. ❤️🐾

Great staff to take care of any of our cats & dogs, past and present. Friendly, helpful including great appointment & vaccine reminders, greeting peys/people as well as follow ups after any procedures. Even after moving to Meridian, we're loyal to them. Every visit is a joy!

They treat my pets like their own family providing them lots of love and care when in office or reaching out to verify vaccines or procedures went well. They quickly respond to any questions I have and provide guidance in person or on the phone. These guys are the best! There has never been a real wait when we've gone in and they have always gotten right to work and we haven't had to sit in a waiting room forever. They have been super sweet with our Bernadoodles, Poppy and Daisy, and have shown focused care plus happily answered all of our questions. The girls love going there and have never acted fearful of the girls in the front office or the vets. I whole heartedly recommend Critter Clinic!
