Unbelievable, worse Albertsons in boise, while one person cuts meet in the deli three are decorating cakes one is stocking shelfs in front of the deli one announces a break time. As a result I'm waiting for my cold meet 20 minutes

If I could give this store negative stars I would. Your produce is disgusting. Everytime I buy whit onions, garlic, tomatoes or even limes, I bring them home to cook with and they're already rotten inside.

I popped in to pick up something made fresh from the deli section and was excited to see poke bowls available. While it was fresh, I was very disappointed in the overall flavor profile. I tasted something sour and unappealing. The dish lacked the salty saucey textures that come in poke bowls. Substituting lettuce for seaweed salad was also a huge miss along with overall flavors. Won't be buying this again.

I recently visited a grocery store and was impressed with the overall experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, meat, dairy products, and dry goods.The layout of the store was easy to navigate, with clear signage and ample space to move around. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions or offer suggestions.One thing that stood out to me was the quality of the produce. Restocking for Christmas, so boxes and carts everywhere! Wife fell in cooler tripped on boxes, while Hayden Beverage stockers watched, and said nothing. She then saw one of their supervisors in the corner of the cooler vaping! Class act! Not!

I remember when this Paul's was bought by Albertson's. The community was in an uproar about it. However, now that it is Alby's it is twice as busy at all times of the day. Funny how that works.Anyways, typical Albertson's. Prices are higher here than anywhere else and very comparable to Paul's. The staff is friendly. The selection could be better. The cookies in the purple bags. My kids love those.

I love the selections, and the quality of the beef. The staff that we usually go to are super friendly and a joy to work with.Vegetables could be watched better sometimes you can find moldy vegetables. Additionally, at night after mopping the area by the beer and wine tends to have a smell.Regardless of the negatives I love the place and coming here.

I normally shop at the store on Overload but due to the road closures, on Five Mile, it is easier to go to the Lake Hazel store. I have a bad right arm, due to nerve damage. I am spoiled by the Overland store grabbing my bags and always loading them even though I never asked. Today I bought some things and pleased no one was at the checkout where a young man was working. He put my groceries all in one bag except for a pie. I went to grab the bag off of the counter to put in my basket and it slipped out of my hand. It hit the basket hard. I said I hope I didn’t break the jar in there. He just stood there. I moved my basket around by him. Again he just stood there holding my receipt. No one was waiting behind me. As soon as I took my receipt he turned around to talk to another checker in the next check station. I am so used to the friendly checkers at the Overland store and will return there from now on. I believe part of the training should be customer service!!

Best fresh salt and vinegar wings I have ever had. Wish they would give them a larger hot case. Had to wait a little over 30 minutes for a party bucket. By the looks of things it was cause they don't have much space for the wings in the hot case. Thanks for the great wings and fresh tater wedges guys!

Prices are consistently wrong in computer system. Went to customer service to get my refund, Samantha and Karen are so rude. I would like nothing better than prices to be correct and I can go about my business, however I will always speak up about the wrong prices..so sad these two woman are nasty. It's not personal it's business!! I guess customer service isnt there strong suit.

Albertsons at Lake Hazel offers all the amenities you'd expect plus the convenience of easy access... unlike other busy locations. This is my favorite "go-to" grocery store. It's close to home and convenient for me. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a full service pharmacy and a great deli.

This Albertsons location is a nice store as you’d expect, staff is friendly.I have struggled, however, with their pharmacy. Often very long wait times. When you do reach the desk, you sometimes need to come back in 15-30min while they fill your order. I gave it several chances. In my last experience, I waited 15min in line.Once I reached the desk, I gave my info, they looked it up and confirmed my order, and I was asked to wait or come back later while they processed the order. I chose to wait (was about 15min). Upon returning to the desk, I was told hey didn’t have the order in stock, and to check back the following week. The problem was this was already my 2nd trip to this pharmacy to pick up that item after attempting to pick it up the week prior. I even called ahead to ensure the item would be there and they confirmed it would be.Other customers made their displeasure and opinion a lot more pronounced, indicating they too had been getting the runaround for long enough.Again, nice store and friendly folks overall. You can tell the staff is frustratingly frustrating , although they weren’t taking it out on their guests. Their pharmacy system and process flow need a fresh look from the ground up to determine where the issues are.

Everything is overpriced and if you get anything out of the deli be prepared to be disappointed. People who work there don't care about you and are rude. Only reason I went there is they were closer. I hate Walmart but would rather shop there than the lake hazel albertsons

The employees were so kind and friendly, but that's the icing on the cake! I eat a lot of produce and this store has the freshest and best, as well as the fruit. This store is very clean, well organized with wide aisles for shopping ease. Sale items are well identified.This store ranks on the top of my list for grocery stores.

More expensive than most other stores for the same products but typically have pretty good sales. Good customer service. They removed the 4 self checkouts they had and increased it to 9 now. Which really helps in the evenings when its busy. But they still have plenty of registers open with cashiers ready to ring ya up too, just in case you like the face to face experience more.

Super friendly employees. The pharmacy staff are new and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable. He spent a good 15 minutes helping us even though he was obviously busy. Can't beat the convenience of having a grocery store 4 blocks away from home.

I used to love shopping at Albertsons. This very location of Albertsons has probably the worst Cashiers ( rude, unfriendly, attitude ridden) working people. The prices are crazy ( same products you can get at Wincos). Then the constant Pharmaceutical advertising on the intercom is driving me crazy, every 2 minutes you have to advertise your jab business, it's disgusting. Won't shop there anymore.

They were very short staffed. Lines were very backed up, however the cashier I got was still very pleasant and apologetic for the issue. I can't imagine it was her fault but gold stars to her for maintaining such wonderful decorum and pleasantries.

My last experience with the Lakehazel and fivemile Albertsons was fantastic. My cashier was Zoe and she was above and beyond amazing. She was patient, kind and incredibly helpful. To top it off she was quick and efficient. Her customer service exceeded expectations by far.

Store is clean and nice, but I have a few observations.When you first walk in the store, there are displays all over that you have to walk around, and if it's crowded it can be frustrating.The tops of their 2 liters of soda are often dirty and sticky, and the frozen juice concentrate are almost all sticky every time I go in.They have at least 20 different taco seasoning packets, but not one single burrito seasoning packet.The organization or product locations are a little strange on some things, most noticeable the Bisquick, it's on isle 4, not near the flour where it should be.All in all it's a nice store and employees are helpful.

Clean store, great atmosphere, and friendly, helpful staff! Always busy for a smaller Albertsons, but it is located in a fast growing part of southwest Ada county. The floral dept has amazing flowers and you can tell the florists love their job! Has a Starbucks inside along with a pharmacy, sushi bar, fresh chicken french bread in the deli and bakery. The produce has such a great selection of product and the meat department has incredible deals every day! Highly recommend this store and love the Albertsons app to save money etc.!

Usually a good staff, but today I got someone named Samantha and she was really rude and kept rolling her eyes at me about the sales, I then had to come back to customer service and get refunded because the thing on sell I was trying to address with her at the cash register didn't come off the total. So I had to make two trips when if she would have just listened, it would have saved me time and not having to go back to the store for the sales that didn't ring up.
